Saw Wild Robot!

It was very good! I don't have cohesive thoughts yet, I need to see it again. But first blush: A tiny percentage mushier than most Chris Sanders movies. Really awesome to see a motherhood movie in the year of our Lord 2024. Kicks the ideology of family-planning and selfish control in the teeth. So hard.

The flavor text in this chapter! And the little moments with O and the characters we are romancing KILLED ME! I love seeing the change in the characters however small! I think I'm officially retiring my Sevenmancer title for every other RO 😔

I did say things will start having more of a weight starting chapter 3 !! hehe im glad you liked those moments ! The ROs are starting to become Aware of things, slowly but surely !

and I have an inkling that Chapter 3 Seven will win back all of the Sevenmancers lost....I do not believe Sevenmancers who say they left it's just been so long you guys forgot your origins /j

how would the ROs react to an mc that is constantly seeking them out for protection/reassurance (say, standing close to them or hiding behind them, or looking for them at the first sign of danger)

I honestly think that most of the RO would already be expecting the MC to use them for support in those situations, and they would gladly be that support for them whenever they needed it, but some ROs would not actively encourage that behavior, even going as far as trying to "toughen up" the MC for their own sake. 

Would try to discourage the MC and make them rely on themselves more: Mars, Paladin and Archon.

Would gladly take a central role in MC's support system: Zodiac, Ace, Wildcat and Stardom.

Role playing a diabetic episode is crazy 😭

I was fucking around while writing and I made stat charts for the ROs during chapter 1 and 2.

What do the ROs feel about mc enjoying ambushing them (gently, unlesss they request otherwise👀)? A very much so always startling them but making it better with kisses (or more? They won’t say no to escalation) during or after the spook? (Bonus points for tall/buff mc pulling nat20s in stealth)

P.s. I can’t help but imagine the pet dragons seeing and copying the ambushing and now there are six little minion gremlins all too ready to pounce on their new parents

Sekh': probably the one who startles more easily, as Sekh' is kind of either on guard during social setting (a necessity, given how they are sometimes treated), or a bit absentminded otherwise. They complain and hiss warnings at MC with eyes still dilatated from surprise, but truly they start to enjoy this as part of their lover, and get concerned when MC for any reason doesn't do it.

Cherena: Cherena has a keen surrounding awareness, perhaps developed by them having to always know who's behind and beside them. They don't startle easily, and when taken by surprise they often relax easily afterwards. They enjoy MC's pouncing in a way no sane person would. They like to welcome MC in their arms, by any means, and honestly seeing MC so radiant makes their heart full.

Zaphia: Zaphia might either be completely caught off guard, freeze, and take a moment to compose themselves again, or catch MC mid pounce beacuse they somehow heard or felt them. But also, Zaphia has a competitive stake, and so MC might need to watch their back. In a way, Zaphia aknowledges this is a way for their lover to show their affection, and wants to participate.

(I LOVE the thought of six tiny dragons doing the same. MC is a menace, and their little pets just reflect it)

Then mc subtly threathening his brother at his own chess game?? On a scale of 1 to 10 how into it is Merikh lol

Haha, the short answer is 10, but he wishes it was 1.

We'll see it a bit later, but every day Merikh spends with the MC, especially if you've chosen the flirt options, makes him concerned for his sanity and morals.

(Adding in stat changes for approval right now and he's liking what he's seeing, depending on your choices. Especially if you're really unfriendly to his brother.)
