Steves absent asshole parents come home carrying a new born and he's rightfully confused as they hand it to him explaining that they're his half sibling (from one of his father's affairs that they have custody of for narrative reasons)

His parents just straight up leave telling him they'll send money for the baby expenses every month

They didn't even notice or care that the rest of the party was there hanging out and just watched Steve in real time accept single fatherhood of his baby sibling

(Eddie of course doesn't let it stay single father hood for long they've already got 7 kids together basically what's one more)

I rlly think Danny hitting on batman is hilarious and kinda feel bad for batman for having a twink of a man who looks as young as one of his kids hitting on him lmao

Danny had an afternoon off. He was bored out of his mind since he was trying to save money, and going somewhere free was only fun if he had someone with him. Sadly, every other adult he knows worked until five or later

He caught up with all his remote work. He watched every episode of his latest show. No chores needed doing. No errands to run. It's been a long time since he had some time off, and he had nothing to do.

He had put on an old movie that wasn't grabbing his attention, and now he lay on the couch staring mindlessly at the screen. If only something was entertaining to do.

His movie flickers from a scene of a child chasing some goats to a news anchor sitting behind a red line that reads Breaking News. Danny sits up a little when a box appears in the right-hand corner.

That box shows one of his favorite pastimes. Batman. He feels his lips curving into a mischievous smirk.

"Breaking news: Joker has launched an attack at city hall resulting in fifty hostages and one person harm. Their condition is unknown. Joker has released the statement that he will kill a hostage every thirty minutes. He made no demands, but Batman has arrived and is working on saving-"

Danny shifted into Phantom, flying out of his house towards city hall before the woman could finish explaining what was happening. He became invisible, feeling oddly giggly as he neared the scene. Piles of police cars were outside, various police officers in uniforms running around between tents, and a news crew was set about.

He flew right over them into the building. It wasn't hard to find the hostages. He followed the loud laughter to the last floor in the latest conference room.

They were all tied to chairs, laughing with crazed smiles cut onto their faces. Danny was momentarily thrown from the horrific sight until he remembered the rule.

He could cure them if they were injected with a poison within the last thirty minutes. Joker venom usually only gives victims about ten minutes before death or permanent damage.

Danny wasted only five seconds on each guard. He flew at them as fast as he could and landed in a tackle, knocking out most of them. The rest of the guards only saw everyone falling to the ground aggressively, so they couldn't call it in.

Then it just left Danny with crazed, laughing civilians. He became visible long enough to gather healing ice and smiled at the staring hostages, laughing but crying.

Batman burst into the room an hour later. He was worse for wear, with fresh bruises along his jar and some cuts in his costume.

He just finished taking down the Joker, and whatever dumb goons thought they could put up a good fight against him. Despite the mask, Danny could tell he was preparing himself

He obviously wasn't expecting to find fifty people passed out with clear signs of having someone treated them. A side effect of this particular joker venom had them clawing at their arms until they drew blood. Danny had snuck away some first-aid boxes to grab their bandages.

"Batman! You've come to rescue me!" Danny swoons from the rolling chair he tied himself into. He wiggles his feet against the floor and approaches the still form in the doorway. "I knew you would save me!"

"Oh," Batman sighs. "You again."

This was better than daytime TV.

i'm also very annoyed about how the symbolism of cassian's character was handled throughout this season. in rogue one and going into season two, the great tragedy of cassian was that he was no one at all -- destined to go unremembered and never live to see the world he gave everything to create. he had been through hell and back not because it had to be that way but because he was brave enough to choose hell in hopes that it might make a better tomorrow. and then he was wiped off the map and the men who destroyed the death star using the plans he stole never knew his name.

according to andor season two, though, cassian was always meant to be on scarif because he's a "messenger." he has lampshaded plot armor until he can die the way he was born to die, because it was always his destiny to make sure those plans made it off that base. also, he is survived by his partner and a child he never knew about, solidifying his legacy. this... is silly. it is beyond noble for cassian to make the willing choice to be forgotten in service of a greater cause. i'm much less compelled if the story is about cassian unintentionally being dragged to his death by fate and then getting remembered as a hero.

I really think the Williams team hasn't realized how much of their treatment towards Logan has lost them a lot of good will among fans. Like take his lap of legends, so much work went in to that, (from Logan, Williams Alumni, and the team behind it), was such a big opportunity, and really could have had generated some much needed good pr for the team and Logan, especially with the team and their treatment of Logan. Yet they allowed it to be overshadowed by the Alex announcement, like really you couldn't have waited at least a few days?

The moment Logan leaves I can see a lot of fans, just not interacting with Williams content anymore. As much as we talk about Alex and James Vowles being the ones who are restructuring/rebuilding Williams you can't forget Logan has also been a major face of that movement. All of their new era content, like their podcasts and interviews, Logan has played a major part in and I think a lot of fans will have a bad taste in their mouth watching once he leaves on such bad terms. Because realistically Logan has the perfect personality for that type of content and it will be nearly impossible to replace him there, its why he and Alex work together so well, they can match the energy and tangents.

Then you have to take into account of them Americans and drive to survive people. They get a lot of hate for either liking the sport at all or how they get into it. Logan is their driver, if you look at social media beyond Instagram comments you will find so much support for him. It is one thing to drop Logan as a driver because he's under-preforming (though I have thoughts about That to) but to go from saying you are going to do everything to help logan to publicly flirting with new drivers? Thats just rude. And now Williams are shutting themselves off from these markets/fan bases. I'm sorry but realistically Logan is leaving F1 and Americans will no longer have a home driver to root for and they will blame Williams for that so people will not stick around.

TLDR; Williams by being dicks have shot themselves in the foot next year publicity wise
