Satoru Gojo has made it out of the grave.

In another life, he sits under the sun in the evenings and lazes for the hell of it, not for a ten minute break from the chaos. He enjoys the silence, unlittered by curses and fighting and white burning static. He smiles now and then, when he wants to and never to prove himself to be okay when he isn't.

In another life, there are still dark days. And when the nights are cold and memories of friends never forgotten become haunting, he is free to cry. He finds comfort in his peers, never judgement, and lets himself be sad until the sun rises and his slate is once again clean.

In another life, Satoru Gojo doesn’t have to learn to love his name and the weight it holds. He learns to love his body, his scars, his memories both good and bad. He learns that it’s okay to love, and its okay to fear loss- he learns how to share his meal time with others and accept compliments with one in return rather than a faux over-confidence.

In another life he finds a soulmate. You’re kind and strong and not with him for his name or glory. He doesn’t have to worry himself over protecting you because in another life there is nothing out to get him. You have loving sex each night and can’t keep your hands off each other the morning after either. He learns your body like it’s his own and treats it with the reverence that so many have given the Gojo name—though without the gory weight of responsibility.

Maybe, in another life, he has kids. Probably girls, but maybe a boy or two as well. He isn't a perfect dad, never will be, but he's one that stays and loves and leads by example, not by empty threat and misplaced anger and the expectation of power and greatness. He teaches his daughters what love a man should show his spouse through his affections towards to you. Teaches his son how to love himself before trying to lean on another for love. He raises a family, not a clan.

In another life, he buys a house with a garden. He commits to watching his garden grow, tends to the weeds when they become unruly after he's put it off a little too long. He stays in one place, doesn't feel an urge to move around and stay on edge. He builds a shed and turns it into his space: teaches his kids a secret knock to let him know they're in trouble with you for abandoning their chores and want to hide from the gentle wrath of your loving discipline.

In another life, Suguru comes to visit every weekend. He’s Uncle Suguru to his kids and they sit on the porch and talk over a drink as the sun sets. He doesn’t have to worry about his friend because they speak rather than act. Satoru isn’t so focused on himself. Suguru isn’t so reluctant to ask for help.

In another life, he enjoys the quiet of domesticity. He’s not facing death each day—not shaping students up to kill and exorcise. He eats good, and lots, and thanks you for every meal by doing the dishes wrong and growing confused when you take over yourself to do it right.

In another life, he keeps photo albums. They're off in some box in the attic he has to strain his back to find, and they're worn out and dusty and some of the faces he used to see every day are seen for the first time in years when he pulls them out to show the grandkids. They show interest in his stories, albeit half-feigned and more interested in giggling at how cute his friends were back in the day. He laughs along with them.

In another life, he’s old and gray and still makes the effort to dance with you in the living room to the old music he loves. He kisses you goodnight before bed and good morning when you wake him for breakfast. You go on date nights, because he’s never too busy fighting curses to be with his one love. He feels like a teenager in love every day, even well into his senior years.

In another life, all is well: he lays down in his grave with a smile, having lived a hard life, but one worth reliving over and over and over again. He does first, because he couldn’t bear to lose you, and he dies happy.

But thats in another life—one where he wasn’t doomed from the day he was born. Maybe his next life, if he’s so lucky.

Not a wip, but nevertheless a bit of writing for this sunday wip

Wilmon AU where Simon and Wille, well known singer and actor, have been in a relationship for a while now. Everything is going so well, Simon couldn't be happier about how things are going. They're public now, which had been quite a bit stressful at first, but everything is surprisingly going smoothly. Or as smoothly as things can go.

One day, one of Wille's managers, an annoying man named August whom Simon cannot stand -and the feeling is mutual- talks to Simon about how well Wille's stats are now, and how they probably won't even have to keep dating for long. Simon doesn't understand, because what the fuck is August even talking about, until he does understand.

His relationship with Wille is, apparently, a PR one. A very one-sided PR one, but a PR one nonetheless. Could he BE such a full that he wouldn't see if his boyfriend was only there for PR? But what about all the time they spend together? About the way Wille looks at him, and touches him? About Simon meeting his family, and Wille meeting his?

Simon confronts Wille a few days later, hoping this is just August pulling some twisted lies. It's not. Wille is a good actor, good enough to have lied his way through the last months, but he's not good enough to hide this from Simon anymore, not when he now knows what to look for. He doesnt Wait to listen to Wilhelm explain himself.

Simon spends the next while locked in at home, alternating between crying in bed and writing angsty songs. He's got a good breakup album recorded on his phone, and he knows he could have a few hits in there, but he doesn't think he wants to put them out, to admit so publicly to Wilhelm ho much of a fool Simon is, how in love he had been.

Sara sends him a link one day. No other messages, just a link. He clicks on it, finding an article about how Actor Wilhelm has broken ties with family agency. What will happen to him next? Click more to find out. Simon hates himself for the way he clicks so fast, and for the way his heart beats faster when he sees Wille's face.

It's a video of a radio interview. One that looks recent, Wille's hair shorter than Simon has ever seen. In the video, he explains why he has cut ties with the family business. It's a very vague explanation, but it has to do with diverging values. Wille continues, then explaining that he took his decision months ago when he ended up hurting someone he particularly love. Simon exits the video, can't listen to Wille talk anymore. It's been so long, and Simon still loves him so much even through all the pain.

He texts Sara back, cursing her for sending him that link. There's a knock on his door before she can answer.

He finds Wille on the other side, looking all windswept and regretful. Simon shuts the door on his face before opening it up again, squinting at his ex.

They talk, because Simon is so sick of feeling sad over this, so sick of hating himself for having fallen for a liar. Even if Wille claims he had never lied, had jumped on the opportunity to meet Simon when his management had brought forth the idea of PR relationship, but had never seen Simon as anything else than the love of his life. Simon doesn't really believe him, but Wille does look particularly regretful and he did quit his management.

They start texting again. It's slow and quite impersonal at first, and then they meet, once. Except once turn into twice and into more, and slowly but surely, they're spending most of their free time together.

It takes him longer to trust Wille again, to trust him when he says that Simon is still the love of his life. But Wille gives him space and doesn't make a move, which is good because Simon can't do this again, can't get fooled for a second time. Until it isn't enough anymore, and he kisses Wille good bye one night when other man is going back home after a movie night at Simon's.

Simon's next album is about the love of his life, yet again, but this one is much happier. He doesnt know how the last one would have charted, but he has many hits in this one.

i think of it as keith and lance’s envy towards each other. they both feel overshadowed by the other without knowing how much they are admired by them

holding his heart is letting him feel all of his love and emotions, even if it gets crushed. i think this is how keith and lance’s relationship works. lance is literally one of the only people that makes keith feel seen, being able to understand his emotions with barely any words (i think about the scene where everyone just looks over at lance and waits for him to go comfort keith. and lance does so, not even knowing that everyone was expecting him to do it)

i think about this as post canon klance. they have left such a big impact on each other’s lives, and then they just go their separate ways??? like no keith is definitely still thinking about lance who’s down on earth. he doesn’t want to forget him and probably never will

i think about this a lot with black paladin keith + red paladin lance. they are both learning to step up, wanting to prove themselves worthy of their positions.

this describes someone who’s love is so intense that it’s overwhelming. this is very klance to me because of how deeply connected they are to each other without even knowing it. keith being the person who gives lance the reassurance he needs, and lance being the person who is able to either push keith to do something or pull him back to rationalize his thoughts. THEY CANT LOVE LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE because they are stupid and i hate them

shows how different they are. they’re complete opposites but still somehow complete each other

this one is more about lance and his insecurities of being a paladin. although he desperately wanted to use the black lion, (s3 in the ep where they were seeing who the black lion would respond to, lance really hoped it would be him, even sitting in the lion longer than the other paladins did, just hoping it would work) he supported keith and pushed him into stepping into his new role.

the rest of the song is a lot more aggressive and i don’t think it fits keith and lance’s feelings towards each other. like even early season klance doesn’t have the same hatred as in the song but the bridge will always be lance to me

PEAK ROMANCE‼️ i don’t have a lot of reason for this one but being tattoo ink in someone’s skin is like being with someone forever. it makes me think of the permanent scarring there were left with by the end of the series (keith’s face scar after returning to voltron and lance’s altean marks in the finale)

this always makes me think of when keith and lance get separated. especially when keith leaves voltron, he’s still with lance (especially bc i like to think about keith leaving lance with his red lion, giving lance a little piece of him). this can so be post-canon klance because i know they are still thinking about each other even though they’re off doing their own things

even despite any fighting, bickering, and disputes, keith and lance always care about each other, wanting them to be able to work together as a team. especially with black paladin keith!!! lance is always trying to make things work because he’s passionate about voltron’s success (and by further extension, wanting keith to be a good leader)

vic fuentes “think i’ve finally won” is in reference to being able to settle down with his wife. and so like i think about this as klance. by the end of the series, they both got their ending (i don’t like lance’s ending i fear) but they actually are “winning” when they are together

At first photo there's my new purchases, the second shows how it fits into my full DL merch collection:

I'm really happy that now each of my top 5 diaboys (except Shu, but he has some kind of CD cancellation curse that doesn't let me get any) has at least two CDs related to them.

In the case of More, More Blood, I bought the deluxe version, so if you are curious what it looks like from the inside, I put the rest under the cut ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The first thing I noticed about these boxes is that they differ in more than just the covers!

The sand in the hourglass is flowing more and more with each volume. In the case of my dramas it's a little ragged, but with the full collection (or at least less extreme numbers compared) it definitely looks great. Also in place where the box opens there's small family crest which is really nice detail too!

But we're all here for the contents, not just to look at a foil-wrapped box (btw I can't imagine how people can keep this things in their original obi for years. I don't have as much control over my curiosity) so here we go:

As you can see, there are two CDs: the first with the main drama, the second with the ~10-15 minute bonus "Another Story", a tin badge and an illustration card. This card has also a diaboy comment/short description related to the plot of the CD on it's back. (For me the concept is a bit similar to Daylight's "message from vampire", but I feel like those things are more like cool teaser when daylight lettrers are good to read after listening to daylight to make you cry even more)

Your ask reminded me of a song that I’d often connect to Ben 10 - Alien Boy by Oliver Tree, if you’ll allow me to exchange songs with you - and the lyrics always made me think specifically about omnivoracious, but “I’m an alien among the human beings” stood out to me.
