Some concepts for a comic I’m planning from an AU of mine called metal to flesh!

ANTAGONIST FIDDLEFORD❗️⁉️❗️❗️💥💥💥 FUCK SHIT UP BABYGIRL, I BELIEVE WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND WRONGS <33

30 years ago, during Ford and Bill's fallout; instead of threatening to steal Ford's eyeballs, Bill just goes ahead and steals Fiddleford's! Which then further leads to Fiddleford parting ways with Ford as his research assistant.

In my perfect world, where my AU is a 40-episode fully animated show; this episode would reveal the seemingly unsuspecting Old Man Mcgucket as the leader of a powerful secret cult of memory erasure. Mcgucket, believing Ford to still be under the influence of "the demon that stares," kidnaps him and attempts to "exorcise"/erase the so-called demon out of Ford's brain.

However, with the metal plate bolted into Ford's skull not only keeping out demons such as Bill, but also keeping them in; Bill is forced to instead take over Ford's body with nowhere else to go. Together with the twins who've come to rescue their Grunkle Ford, they frantically run from a hoard of cultists and their terrifying leader.

The twins discover that their Grunkle Ford's past goes much deeper than they had originally anticipated, and that their Uncle Bill isn't who they think he is....

Page One:

Inside the grayed out attic, Bill possessing Mabel floats over Dipper, who shouts, "Mabel! Bill! Let her go!"

Bill taunts him, "Are you kidding? It's been a while since I've had a vessel. And this one smells like strawberries."

Page two:

Bill says, "There's almost nothing you can do to stop me. So I'm gonna bounce! Gotta bunch of things on my to-do list."

A stricken Dipper whispers, "No."

Bill turns and continues, "And a long overdue appointment to keep-"

"NO!" Dipper shouts.

Page three:

Dipper holds onto Mabel's shirt to keep Bill from leaving. "No wait!" he says. "Please. You said almost nothing. So there's gotta be something."

Page four:

Bill says, "Well... there is one thing."

Dipper says, "I'll do it. Just give Mabel back."

Bill grins as the room lights up in blue flame.

Page five:

In Dipper and Mabel's room, Stan is scanning Bill's page in the Journal. Mabel sees Dipper stir awake and runs to him, saying, "Dipper! We saw Bill jump into your head! Are you okay?"

Page six:

Dipper slowly opens his eyes, revealing yellow eyes with slit pupils, and says, "It's... It's been a while since I've had a vessel."

i’m a mabel defender forever dipper is Just As selfish as she is and also if you legitimately think mabel is at fault for not breaking it off with gideon herself i will actually just start throwing rocks at you like i don’t know what i can say to convince you how insane you sound. it is a cartoon but that part was upsettingly real. it is horrifying as a girl when you’re having your boundaries pushed in little ways that still make you uncomfortable bc then You’re being unreasonable somehow, just saying No is unreasonable somehow. and then here shes Also being societally pressured into dating him. i think it was very sweet that dipper tried to break up w gideon for her bc the episode legitimately sets up that She Couldn’t. but no she’s Wrong for that somehow. girls are taught to be nice to boys pushing their boundaries too much we need to give them hat pins again

Random Headcanons No One Asked For :)

I have many Thoughts.

Ford speaks many alien languages from his time dimension-hopping and will forget human words sometimes. so he uses the alien word for things and no one knows wtf he's talking about

Stan being on the road for 10 years & Ford dimension-hopping for about 30 years has parallels that I can't articulate right now

Stan gives Mabel boxing lessons after she uses her Mabel Power on him (aka: puppy-dog eyes)

Mabel & Ford share a love for scrapbooking/journaling, so Mabel gives him some tips about better glue and the use of fun stickers

Dipper and Stan play card games together, including poker and slap jack

Family Game Night is one of the most chaotic nights of the week and Monopoly was banned after "The Incident"

Ford is allergic to strawberries and fucking hates bananas (because I say so)

While sailing together on the Stan O' War II, Ford and Stan find out about each other's scars and where they're from. Protective Sibling Bonding ensues.

Stan makes an off-hand comment about an attractive guy and that's how he comes out to Ford

All four Pines have different mental struggles after Weirdmageddon & the whole Bill Cipher situations, so they try their best to be there for each other because they understand a bit better than anyone else

Sometimes Ford & Dipper get really horrifying nightmares relating to Bill-Possession and stay up talking in the middle of the night

Ford still struggles with paranoia and paranoid episodes (as does Dipper, depending) but he's growing and learning how to trust again & always has his family to support him

Stan likes to visit the Mystery Shack sometimes to check in on Soos and Wendy

Ford and Fiddleford work on rebuilding their friendship, sharing sea adventure stories and how life is living with Tate

Fiddleford and Tate work on rebuilding their father/son bond, which often includes fishing together at the lake

Ford, now in his 60s, discovers he's asexual and has this moment of peaceful realization. helps him feel more like himself as he recovers from everything he's been through with Bill

Stan sometimes worries that a piece of Bill is leftover in his mind, but is often reassured by his family that Bill is truly gone and can't hurt them anymore

Stan struggles through memory relapses and amnesia episodes, but Ford & family are always there to help him through it (the memories always come back in the end)

Stan and Ford finally catch up with Shermie after so long of no seeing him & it's an emotional reunion (and a bit of a surprise to Shermie to see both of his younger brothers alive)

at some point during highschool, Dipper has an "oh shit" moment when they realize they like using they/them pronouns

And many more things! This is long enough, lmao.

This is so embarrassing I’m literally an adult sitting in my adult college class for adults, half-listening to the lecture because I feel physically sick to my stomach thinking about the fact that Mabel and Dipper only go home alive and happy and together in one timeline. All the other Mabels and Dippers who had to spend the bus ride home alone, or died, or suffered a fate that kept them stuck in gravity falls. This is humiliating. I am an adult who has a job and goes to college and I’m trying not to puke over the non-canon fates of fictional characters. Somebody please just kill me I need to be put down
