updated itties yayyy!!! i mainly wanted to fix suns' entire outfit, give moon and sig better shapes, and also make the difference between generations a bit more obvious! also, white eyed sig <3

extra rambles under the cut !!

-sig and pebbles are both technically 3rd generation iterators, but sig was one of the first of gen 3, while pebbles was one of the last

-moon and pebbles have matching cloaks, but pebbles' outfit was made for him while he was still being built and they misjudged the size of his puppet so his shit dont fit </3

-moon and suns, being from earlier generations, are built like ball jointed dolls, more specifically moon is! suns has a little more articulation than moon does

-pebbles and sig have much more articulation in their bodies, being from younger generations. pebbles especially has the widest range of movement in his puppet, and his hands are the most fine tuned and articulated

-moon was built with durability in mind, while pebbles was built with expression and looks in mind. because of this, moons outer shell doesnt crack, but she rusts easily, meanwhile pebbles cracked easily, but the metal of his puppet doesnt rust!

-the newer the model, the more common it is for them to have neon paint markings on their puppet, which was really just for aesthetics

-pebbles has the simplest cloak because his ancients kinda stopped caring at that point lmao. the strand of pearls around his waist was a gift from one of his maintenance workers who pitied him. he stores his most valuable info/memories on those pearls

I completely forgot to post up last years wrapped playlist. 2024 was definitely a bit of a hodgepodge of events and my music followed suit.

There was a handful of albums that dominated my listening, the top one being Aurora's What happened to the Heart? - an absolute fantastic album and was hands down 'album of the year' for me. Both Caravan Palace's Gangbusters Melody Club and Pocket Sun's Mirror in Blue Light took second and third respectively. Runner up was definitely Magdalena Bay's Imaginal Disk.

I also finished the prequel arc to DIVE, the story I've been working on last year so that definitely influenced my listening habits. Most of the top 10 songs were from the playlist I made for the inspiration behind the story.

Either way, some of my other favourite artists are cooking up some goodies for this year and I can't wait! Hopefully 2025 will be just as good as 2024 or better!

I can’t shake off just how beautiful the confession scene was. Sun Jae, in the literal face of impending doom, learns not only when he’s going to die but why and although we see that he struggles to grasp the concept of dying, he finds a modicum of solace on Sol, and instead chooses to focus on her. Sun Jae understands that he died saving her/protecting her, and that this whole time she’s been there for him. She’s already seen him die and chose to literally travel in time to save him, what more proof of her love for him could he possibly ask for?

With this, he just says ‘don’t run away from me. Please just like me’ because truly that’s all he wants, Sol is all he’s ever wanted for himself and since now he knows that his feelings are reciprocated and that he’ll eventually die… why not just give in to their feelings while they can?

Sun Jae writing Sudden Shower for Sol and fulfilling his unspoken promises to her over and over again in every timeline is extremely beautiful and gutwrenching to see. Their dating college era may be ephemeral but I’m sure it’ll only make Sun Jae want to wait for Sol even more. All I’m hoping for is a good ending for these two who have gone through a lot for each other

#they really didn’t lie when they said this scene would be better than the ending of ep 2 #because wow #him taking out the watch out of his pocket had me gagged #these two love each other so much #I hope they get their happy ending #tho I’m pretty sure they will #lovely runner #lovely runner ep 10 spoilers #im sol #ryu sun jae
