now that i've seen the DIK fight island obstacle course and how it's. a course. not just them swimming all day makes me wonder who would do best at running through sand. bc you gotta have a technique. or a certain kinda muscle built up. sand is difficult terrain but by pitting garu-dante-quin against each other... hmmm... that's tricky bc they ARE pretty evenly matched. a trio of athletic little lads

used to dislike hearing kids yell (theres a bb court across the street and there used to be a playground as well) but now im glad to hear it knowing the kids are outside especially considering how back when i was a kid during the summer break this was all empty and it was just me and like 2 other friends and only from time to time we saw a group of other kids playing outside so compared to that, theres more kids now than there was before. theyre not all on their phones yippe

#also to add there was a playground that wasnt really used because it was quite broken down but when they tore it down i was sad #i mean that was my childhood. i spent most of my time outside there #we used to play house there and there was a bush and the leaves were money and there was like an empty hole for sand #which we used as a 'bunker' for when a 'tornado' would come lmao #and i lost a toy in a metal fence like one of the hollow beams it just fell in never to be retrieved... or maybe someone stole it lmao #well they tore it down and leveled it and instead put an outside gym there #WHICH NOBODY USES. EVER.#literally went from 2 kids playing there and teens sitting on the benches there at night -> rotting gym nobody uses.#people dont even walk there. i think i saw someone use it once in my life #such a waste

I am an assistant teacher in a preschool, and one thing I pride myself on is nicknaming my dear kiddos. One of my little boys I call Muppet. Ohh good one. If we're just going for rarest, while I don't own any prototypes I do have my Kid Cuisine, Polaroid Sun 600 LMS. Not sure what these go for now, but I know its got to be ridiculous.

For weirdest, I have this giant nanco plush stuffed with styrofoam, Mother Of All Furbys. Sorry for the dust on her, she lives up near the ceiling and is a magnet for rabbit hair.

But specialest, most important to me personally, would be my first ever furby, E-Tye. I got her the christmas of 99, and I'm sure my parents regret that choice. She's definitely seen some hardcore playtime, and never worked properly after furby bath time...

because I'm bored, here's a bunch of info for the little guy!!!!

Game mechanics (?)

basic attack : Throws sand in people's eyes(/hj) for the base, their m2 is blunt force with the bucket they carry, their next attack (my bad idr the name :(((() is making a little sand pillar, and their Phinisher is them making a sand castle for their team to hide in/gain a vantage point :)

They're based off of the 'Portable Beach' gear in Roblox

Lore!

Beach doesn't belong in a specific faction, either! To put it simply, sand just wanders around in crossroads for the most part, although is frequent in the Playground and they enjoy being around Skateboard and Boom box :3

It used to be part of Lost Temple, however they have no understanding of money and was 'removed' from there.

Very bubbly personality wise, often offering people to come play in the sand with them or something of the like

It's a demon manifested from a bucket that a child left behind for a very long time (the bucket they carry around)

Physical details!

Beach is around 5'3 (160 cm) and their birthday is July 4th (I DIDN'T MEAN FOR THAT I JUST PICKED SOME RANDOM NUMBERS HAH)

They are practically covered in seaweed on their arms, as well as having plenty of shells scattered along their body (seashell paws!!! And a little seaweed tail!!!(they have a little Patrick star on the back of one of their legs too)). As well as finding seashells in its sand, there's also the occasional trash or trinket in there.

Beach also has a little cape that's made from a beach umbrella. Their little flag is red (but could also apply to be a LGBTQ flag or something else) their shades are pink and vaguely translucent, with a little button that would let them light up (water has damaged the circuitry inside, the lights no longer work :() As well as the shades being broken, their bucket also has cracks in it.

idk if this counts here but a voice claim for them is Steven Universe himself!!!!

My city's japantown has been getting gentrified for years now. Probably since the mid 2010s when I was in high school. There used to be so many old mom and pop shops but they closed down and now its being filled with expensive white people type coffee shops, white people spiritualist stores, etc. There's still some old shops that have survived thankfully but honestly I don't think my city's Japan town is going to last much longer which is sad

Took a nap in the middle of the day and had the most bizarre series of dreams, some were in fact nightmares, HOWEVER Ollie and Felix were in the last one??? Felix Catton continues to be the most beautiful man I've ever seen in my conscious or unconscious life???? All I got was one of the best and most real feeling kisses I've ever had in a dream, and I'm so mad I woke up. :(

cannot escape Saltburn or the Felix/Reader/Oliver fantasies even while asleep it seems...

(my tags are for posterity lol sorry but if you wanna read the full dream go right ahead. I reached the tag limit but all that was left was essentially the main text of this post lol)

#i will say the early part of the dream was very different. i Was jason momoa for a while there. also a child. also maybe peacemaker #evan Peters as magneto was tearing apart school buses and children and also he fucked my (whoever i was as jason momoa) mom which i saw??#then there was two of me (jason momoa)?? he also may have become peacemaker i might be misremembering. we were in the jungle #no metal so he wasnt a threat #except he was peacemaker and i (artie the writer in the body of jason momoa) am not a good fighter and he bullied me for it. womp womp #then we were saved by a tribe of superheroes who lived in the jungle and were definitely pitting us against each other #but i wasnt Jason momoa anymore except i was when i was swinging through the jungle like george of the jungle #but i was me when i got to the beach and started swimming and hunting for food and shoving every random piece of food into my mouth #except the eel which i was told i had to cook 😞#cooked the eel over a tealight at the beach camp/tribe which i was apparently part of even though i was meant to have been with the forest #also spoke to some irl collegues from the festivals i worked at last year and aparently as an 'initiate' to the tribe i and the others #have to find a place to sleep in the open #also that theres some kind of game???? some weird game that happens with the forest tribe initiates???? like hide and seek #and we on the beach only have a set time to prepare #immediately me and the rest of the beach initiates are like Get Fukt were not sleeping on the sand and gravitate towards #the weird warehouse based playground?? that was there for some reason?? and had so many security cameras??? what was my mind doing honestly #its under cover but the two other initiates im close to now dont feel like its secure enough to not be found #also the hide and seek aspect now has sinister undertones for those doing the hiding it seems. its more nightmare again #im a very awkward person irl with touch (its the autism lol) so it was big of me to hold hands with this dude #because we were running out of time to hide and i was afraiddddd #for the record i shouldnt have been lmfao #ANYWAYS idk when or who gives me the tip that i should hide on the other side of these weird black bed frame situations #but im assured by a girl i went to uni with (maddy i lov u thanks for cameoing in my dream???) that it works???#so im squeezed up in the corner behind this loft bedframe and it turns out the hiders can see like it's a sunny daytime #seekers are going around in the dark #makes it much less spooky #also it means i just got to watch fi and ollie (and others) being hot and essentially hunting people down #(hm do i have a thing for predator/prey dynamics??? that's future arties problem to think about)#the point is fi and ollie find my friend maddy #who is just in front of me but i duck out of their grasp consistently but they're weirdly persistent so much that even maddy comments on it
