Thomas: wants to do a good job, prevent everyone from getting to the candy jar (we fix each other's makeup)

Amanda: wants to do a good job, prevent people from getting to the candy jar, wants to scare everyone, but kids only a little and have them have sooome candy (we fix each other's makeup)

Devon: wants to do a good job for future job opportunities, just overall chill (we have to fix an emergency together)

Jason: scares the THE LIVING HELL out of everyone AND we stab him!!!

how do we have “ugh im hairy and my step family thinks im weird!!” when we used to have

missy’s mum being an absent junkie, her raising her sister, her nan dying, her failing school, having to search for her mum then cut her out of her life over and over as she cannot escape the cycle of drug abuse, being struck and killed by a car

jordan and cory being abused, involved in drug dealing and in debt to drug dealers, theyre teen parents, burning their mums pub to the ground for leaving them, jordan becoming homeless eventually

sam being raised in a extremely racist crime family and falling in love with a muslim woman, being forced to rob her teachers house and getting caught, turning her own mother into the police and becoming homeless

nasreen being stabbed by her own sister, coming out as lesbian in a muslim family that eventually accepts her, her best friend missy dying, dating a girl from a racist crime family

chloe being shipped from london to north yorkshire after pushing her pregnant stepmum down the stairs, walking into the school where her mum works drunk and vomiting in front of her entire class, stealing a car and going missing, almost overdosing in a club, dating a 25 year old as a teenager

aliya being a rich muslim with her father sponsoring the school to going bankrupt, bullying people who use foodbanks, having to accept her father cheated on her mother and has a child from that

the entire school going through a race war after nasreen got missy’s muslim killer beaten up by racist thugs related to sam in a moment of grief

there are so many more characters and these plotlines and characters will never be topped tbh

If I have to make the content myself so be it,

but goshdangit I want a story where the apocalypse future turtles arrive in the present and Casey is so happy about it and everyone is excited that they survived and sure yeah it’s great but the side plot shows at least ONE OF THE BOYS gets really anxious and feels sad because he thinks Casey is replacing him and he doesn’t love them?? He went out of his way to resurrect his family through space and time?? Because the ones in the present weren’t enough of a family for him?? So obviously Casey must hate him?? Fear of abandonment who?? Inferiority complex never heard of it?? And so little by little they start to resent the older versions of them (and maybe Casey too)

Because honestly

I would eat that up with tears in my eyes like it was forrest truffle porkchops cooked by Rupert Swaggart himself

No one has asked me this, and what a good question it is, hehe.... The black ooze storyline will not be wrapped up in Book 1. In my planning I have RN, it's actually gonna continue to pop up until Book 4. While the team would like to focus on it, more and more things begin to spring into their lives, preventing them from doing so for a while...

In Book 2, we finally get to see how involvement between MC and the team will fully develop and transpire into romancing a teammate, as the Advocacy will temporarily re-assign the team due to: 1. the MC is already familiar with Cydrein, and that leads the team's Proctor to assume they will have an easier time working with each other; 2. the family members of higher-ranking Advocates do tend to take priority, especially for what's in store in B2; and 3. the Advocacy will re-assign teams to assignments that are equal to or greater than the one they are currently working on, especially between the top 5 teams.

So... I guess that says something about books 2 and 3, huh? Whatever is going on in them is equally or more important than a Plague slowly creeping through the Supernatural world....
