Finished my werewolf sketch-dump on Halloween, just getting around to posting. Point was to loosen up a bit and also push the body horror aspect. Kinda got a little addicted to the fur though. Didn't quite reach what I was aiming for so I may revisit this.

Shout out to @nataliehall, I did draw inspiration from your work. Just to say this is a sketch dump, I'm trying to push my limits in terms of design.

I love these type of sheets. And yeah it's perfect for the both of them. I don't really think Naoya enters the 'self-sacrificial' category but he's willing to sacrifice everything for Ema, even if it's only because he's selfish. Ema does it in a more selfless way yet it's extremely toxic both for their own well-being and for the people around them.

*holds head in hands* Somehow, it hasn’t ever clicked before how Wolfwood must have told Vash about the orphanage. That Wolfwood, someone deeply driven by fear and trauma, who has actively and openly feared Vash himself, must have confessed about Hopeland. About what it meant to him. About his fears for it, maybe even. Because Vash came to aid him so quickly, he must have known. And yeah, logically, Vash should have been going after Knives, but he knew how important that battle was to Wolfwood and came anyway. This was a place that Wolfwood was willing to—and did—die for. And Vash came because they trusted each other implicitly to always have each other’s backs. Vash knew the stakes, but he came. Wolfwood was terrified of Vash, but he trusted him.

we've seen that his cage is never locked. he flew out to save Charles.

imagine Monty, whenever Esther nipped out for a sec and left her victim at the time alone with him, trying to gather the courage to slip out and head towards them.

even if he couldn't undo their restraints as a crow, maybe some of those little girls liked animals. maybe seeing the bird in their witch kidnapper's scary house brought them the slightest bit of comfort. maybe Monty could sense that, and felt that the very least he could do was distract them from their terror, by flying out, letting them marvel at the clever crow who seemed like he understood them in a place where no-one at all could hear them. if he could just momentarily make them forget their inevitable future, or rather, the lack of it -

but he would always be too late.

debating whether he should go or not, torn between his own morals and his own fear of Esther, the witch in question would always return before he'd fully stepped out of his cage.

and he'd helplessly have to watch an innocent girl disappear again. and again. and again.

knowing he did absolutely nothing about it.

Watching youtube with your friend and they start rubbing your back to keep their hands occupied. You've wanted to share this series with them for a good while, but your mind keeps drifting to the hand rubbing your skin, the shirt you wear the only thing keeping escalation at bay. It tickles, but only slightly, your focus trying it's best to get back to the thing you guys are watching.

They're laughing at the video and you're so happy they like it! But then, the hand slips downward towards the small of your back and you can't help yourself...the shock of ticklishness that zaps through you makes you jolt forward at that tiny little touch.

The video is over and your friend is quiet. Your own voice sounds small as you ask them if they liked the video. Instead of a straight answer, they smile at you and put the next one in the series on. And the hand returns to your back.

In that same little spot that made you jump.

The video is starting and you desperately squirm in your seat, trying to hold back giggles as the video stretches oooon and on... You never notice that your friend is now solely focused on your reactions rather than the video playing on the screen.
