#Ocha and Deku talked

daily reminder: Ochako had to make herself physically see the damage the villains and war created in order to forget the uneasy feeling she got when Himiko smiled sadly (+ all the things she thought when she saw her). She cant forget what she has done (because she doesnt like the destruction), but that doesnt mean she cant forgive her or that made her feel distance from her.

Izuku can't forgive what Shigaraki has done, and as far as we know, he doesn't need to remind himself of the pain; his empathy doesn't make him feel weird about reaching out to a villain, at least on its own.

Its not a copy paste of the same battle or story.

Himiko and Izuku make Ochako wonder about the concept of heroism and saving, the roles heroes and villains have, and they also have an impact on her behavior, ideals, and feelings for them and herself. Shigaraki's fate and the world around Izuku seems to make him wonder about his role as a savior, because he doesnt feel like he fulfilled it really, when it ended up with someone else dying. He finds in Ochako someone who would agree on ideals about saving others, and thats great on its own.

honestly even if izoch didnt become canon, i think they still had the best conclusion out of any relationships. the last climax of the final war was their talk, izuku basically calling ochako his hero and holding her hand? meanwhile we havent even gotten an actual talk between bkdk and izuku didnt even acknowledge anything bakugo did for him. thats why many people think hori chickened out from confirming izuoch and just left it soft canon/implied at the end.

first:

izuku and ochako are definitely important to each other this is canon and is beyond love relationship, they are friends first, like everyone in class 1A, this is the canon part that is not implied. Obviously if some people view more as love it’s ok too!

but now let’s talk about the importance of the acknowledgment of the hero thing and the hold hands in mha!

calling someone hero there is to show how this person is important, it’s not romantic at all. Izuku is kota and eri’s hero and obviously this is not romantic, it’s a way to show to that person how much their existence impacted on them. (and shoto also said something similar about izuku being he’s hero) And izuku calling ochako hero there make total sense, why? because she was struggling because she didn’t save himiko, that’s way he said that ochako was he’s hero, because even tho he couldn’t say that she was himiko’s hero deku needed to show her that she is important as a person, not as a friend, not as a lover, as a hero.

and i love this part because shows a lot about uraraka’s development! and i will also say the importance of him calling her by hero and not heroine, as her japanese VA said, uraraka is a hero so she is a woman that goes there and worked for her own things as a HERO, she recived and sacrificed herself for that work, if hori used heroine so this would make them being implied because heroine is the love interest, the girl who is a hero but is always saved, and kidnapped, and used as a weapon of torture, to disturb the hero

and who recived that cargo? katsuki.

now the hand hold, this is way more symbolic because it’s like a izuku’s thing and iz//chas used that as the biggest reason just because the hand hold has more history with bkdk than with anyone else 💀, but in mha holding a hand is to support someone or/and asking if they are by someone’s side, just because someone hold the others hand this doesn’t imply nothing and i say that for bkdk too! Iida, kirishima, ochako, aoyama, tenko, all of them had their holding hand, kiri with katsuki and the rest with izuku and this just shows the importance of the “hold hands”

but why this is important for bkdk? because katsuki rejected. Again this doesn’t mean that they are a romantic pair! BUT ITS MORE SPECIAL BECAUSE ITS THEM. the thing is the whole bkdk development was around that fucking river scene with the no hold hand, so the importance of this to bkdk is to show their development and their relationship, but not to say like omg they are canon, if was just because of this so half of mha would be canon. And the problem is that iz//chas misunderstood that and made this as the final point, but there was just two friends talking about how ochako was sad because of himiko (who i dare say had more impact in ochako’s life than deku did, because she showed to uraraka her importance and made uraraka understand more the villans and watch them with another eyes)

and obviously the reaching for izuku’s hand is one of the biggest reasons why the hold hand with bkdk is important in another level, this represents katsuki accepting izuku and he’s friendship, it’s when he decided to be different, to be better and be with izuku for the rest of their lives

i’ll be sincere to you, i also missed a scene with a bkdk talk. But i do not agree when u said that izu//ocha had the best conclusion, because mha is about izuku and katsuki. The manga started with them and ended with them (and all might). Platonic, romantic, whatever they are, they had the best conclusion because the show revolves around them, without one there would not have the other.

All katsuki’s development was around izuku and he’s relationship with izuku, everything he did was to izuku or for izuku, he grow up, he died, he cried, he trusted, he changed because he understood through his relationship with Izuku.

And izuku didn’t have to acknowledge anything because he already trusted katsuki even from the beginning and izuku called katsuki he’s hero a long time ago, AND izuku saw katsuki crying because he lost he’s quirk so he knows.

they know eachother more than themselves so has no need to do such things.

third:

izu//cha was not implied at all in the final, they didn’t even talked in the time skip, while bkdk talked before and after so, has nothing implied there is actually about iz//cha

but kacchan spending years saving money with their classmates and all might (with him being the heart of it) and working harder everyday so izuku and him could be heroes together for the rest of their lives? oh this is a romantic thing to talk about

I have this different (platonic) ships I have and was wondering about your thoughts on them since you really know the characters! I don't like shipping non-compatible characters so your thoughts on if they'll get along or not would really help!

The platonic ships are:

Baku&Camie (I feel like he would put up with her slang bc of dealing with Denki)

Melissa&Deku (They would totally [and did] geek out on tech/quirks)

Baku&Ocha (He already acknowledges her strength)

Kiri&Tamaki (They already work together with FG so I like to imagine Kiri begging Tamaki to spar with him)

Momo&Iida (With being Class president and vice, I feel like they would hang out a lot and develop a friendship that way)

Sero&Todoroki (Todoroki is pretty dense romantically and I think the same applies platonically, but Sero probably approached him after the sports festival because he found him interesting)

Mina&Jirou (Mina helps with Jirou's style and Jirou teaches Mina an instrument [I like to imagine the uke, but maybe something else would suit her better-])

Anyways! These were just some of my platonic thoughts because I've noticed how crazy the fandom is with romance and thought why not mix it up a lil with asking your opinion on them!

So I love these! I’m big on platonic ships.

But here’s the thing,

Bakugou is friends with all the girls (whether he’d admit it or not). Canonically, he gets along with them because they simply do not care about his little attitude issue. My favorite platonic Bakugou pairing is him + anyone in the rich kid club. (Momo, Iida, Todoroki, & Jirou)

Melissa and Izuku but also Monoma (If he can figure out how to stop being a dirt bag). I feel like they all geek out about quirks, especially Monoma because he wants to try them.

Kirishima and Tamaki are already sweet on each other. They both push each other to be better and Kirishima likes to take him on little introvert adventures to make him feel good. (Book cafes, walks, etc)

Momo and Iida, I feel like they get along outside of school very well, but often they’re together for things like press conferences and business meeting, same with Bakugou and Todoroki.

Todoroki and Sero are friends, but I think there’s a very specific dynamic they have. Tired friend + Snarky friend.

Jirou and Mina are BESTIES. Typical yapper+listener friendship. Can be very messy with gossip lol. They are normally who plan dorm activities (movie night, game night, birthday parties, etc). The equal opposite to their friendship is Kirishima and Kaminari.

Sero and Ojiro are best guy friends, they can talk about just calm, normal things. Low energy pals.

“I want a baby,“ your boss, Deku, the near-CEO of media conglomerate AllMightco, says randomly one day, halfway through your lunch break (that he demanded you spend with him), and in the middle of your well-earned silence after a long conversation about whether Bakugo needs antidepressants.

You can only gape at his words, close but not too close to where he’s seated at one of the little armchairs he has in his office for any business casual meetings that require somewhere cozy to sit in spite of any fighting words that may be spit (and for fucking, you’re rather quite aware).

“Maybe it’d be… good for me. I love kids and, I think, I think,” he continues, stuttering like he always does when he’s nervous, excited, high, his tone questioning despite his making of it a statement. “it would give me a break from work?”

All you can do is laugh at the question, dryly, in disbelief, unsure of whether he’s being serious or just sharing some secret, wistful dream. You decide to tell him the truth either way.

“You can’t have a baby just because you want time off.”

He ignores you, though.

“I have all this money, and what for…?” he waves his shaky hands, “I could have a family. I’d change diapers and buy toys and take them to the beach.”

(Though just last week, he was fighting the board for more funds, screaming in that raspy voice he always develops after working through the night that he’d give up any and all vacation time for the foreseeable future if it meant keeping Toshinori Yagi in a position, any position, at the company for the next five years.)

You throw your laptop aside and stand up from your wilted salad and grapefruit soda that’s now sweating on the coffee table to walk around the edges of his desk. You throw a leg over one sharp corner, the exposed part of your ankle brushing his knee as you address him directly.

“And who would be having this child, Deku?“ you ask. “An ex? A surrogate? Ocha—“

He gives you those eyes, slouching down into himself, reaching out to pull your butt of his table and grip the back of your thighs to pull you in between his legs. You can feel the length of his overgrown green curls brushing your fingertips as you put your hands on his stiff shoulders to keep yourself from falling right into him.

“Me? Izuku,” you clarify, (though you always call him Deku), “me? What do you think? I’m just gonna say yes, no warning, no nothing? We’re not even dating, sweetie.”

—and just last week Kirishima offered to drive you to the clinic with him to tested, though you’re not going to bring that up now, even if you know Deku already knows you’re sleeping around. He is too.

He closes his eyes, resting the back of his head against the heavy, red leather of his office chair. The stubble on his face is more noticeable than ever; he even has a little knick under his chin from shaving, and you move to brush your thumb against it as he swallows thickly.

“I’m just tired,” he says, blinking his dark lashes into the bags under his eyes,

“I know, baby. But a child is not way to fix that” you say. The for anyone part, you just think.

Deku pouts. He sighs. Then his face relaxes and he sags, his hands falling off you to lay limp in his lap, the silence in the room stretching like salt water taffy from the pier.

Maybe they are not ready yet to talk about it. But I would love to have a Saviour Trio talk just once. (It's more likely it will be split though once again to Izu-Ocha and then Shouto separately).

Yes I do find it distasteful for the(probably) last appearance of Himiko, one of the only actually queer characters of the entire fucking manga, to not center about her and Ochako’s relationship or even about HER.

It’s about fucking Izu///Ocha. It’s about a FUCKING STRAIGHT RELATIONSHIP.

Like, they had the gall to have her appear as a fucking ghost or something and tell Ochako to talk to Deku instead of anything else.

Instead of an ACTUAL FUCKING CONCLUSION TO THEIR ARC, TO THEIR RELATIONSHIP.

I’m so fucking angry actually. I wouldn’t even care if tgchk wasn’t canon, but this shit didn’t even try to conclude their relationship and arc in a way that actually felt nice. It didn’t focus on Ochako’s guilt, her grief her mourning, it didn’t focus on what Ochako was doing to better hero society, not even on that quirk counseling thing she did.

It focused on her relationship to a man. And that, pisses me off, so much.

okay it's been like, sixteen hours to get my brain unstuck from denki I actually want to talk about the epilogue now allow me the luxury to go on a possibily very long rant about bnha even if I haven't actively been in the fandom for about a trillion years, let's go

the thing about bnha is that talking about the epilogue by itself when you talk about whether it was a satisfying ending or not for me is sort of useless since, well, for the setup horikoshi gave to it yes! it was a good ending! I don't know how it could have been better and remained coherent with itself any other way, every plotline he'd held onto until the end reached closure and the characters, for the way they'd been written for ages by then, remained true to themselves and made all around reasonable choices with their lives and future

the problem for me has always been that at some point bnha lost part of what made it appealing to me, changed some characters in ways I didn't understand, and started focusing on morals and ideas I personally didn't share - so when you ask me if overall bnha was a satisfying manga to read, the answer is no. Especially if you don't count the new epilogue, the whole story felt like it had set up a lot of relationships and character developments in the first half that were just abandoned for no reason, and focused too much on relationships and characters I genuinely never thought would have any sort of relevance, so overall there are just some core things I'm not satisfied with, I did not enjoy reading bnha for ages before it ended, on a scale from 1 to 10 it's a barely passable 5.

That's my opinion on the manga as a whole! I've had this opinion of it for literal years by now and I will absolutely not lie, the only reason why I read it till the end is that for the past I don't know how many years I've read each chapter thinking "for sure, time another couple chapters it will end. there's no reason to just drop it if it's about to end." (spoiler, it was not about to end)

That said, when looked at through this context and accepting all the flaws I think bnha has, the epilogue was good, I liked it, it made me happy! I wanna talk about it, I wanna talk about why it made me happy despite it all

first of all, I do not like uraraka's relationship with toga, and I do not like toga - I think all things considered uraraka had no reason to be so obsessed with her, and I also don't think the positive and empathetic light horikoshi wrote toga in was in any way deserved. It's honestly somewhat ridiculous to me that when all's said and done years later uraraka is still thinking about how toga saved her life and conveniently forgetting that she was also the one that nearly killed her to begin with - but that's just uraraka for you! that's how horikoshi decided to write her in the second half of the manga! And if you accept that, if you accept that for whatever reason she was highkey in love with toga and felt responsible for her, I like that her solution to it was quirk counselling for kids. I think that's exactly where she should have gone with it - trying to help kids have a better relationship with their quirks, whatever they might be, and help them avoid whatever the hell happened to toga to turn her into that to begin with. It's good! It's very uraraka! It's also rational! And I like that it mirrors deku's choice to help teenagers navigate their desire to become heroes too

Talking about deku and uraraka, I've never made a secret of the fact that I liked ocha*deku so my thoughts on them are pretty obvious - honestly, whatever ship you might have for them you can't deny that the build up to them specifically was obvious throughout the whole manga, it did feel sorta weird that by the last chapter horikoshi hadn't done anything with it. I think I might be a little partial on this though? I did say that I've always liked the ship. And I think the way he wrote it was cute too! I like that uraraka was ready to stay friends with him and I like that deku needed bakugou of all people to tell him to get his head out of his ass - the whole "if you treat everyone as if they're special it means that no one is" is something I DO believe deku needed to hear, but I can't deny I'm sad it made it in the manga only by the epilogue

I think it should have been a core part of deku's character development. I think it should have been brought up when he insisted on saving shigaraki despite how dangerous and obviously adverse to the idea he was, I think someone should have told him that he needed to get his priorities straight way way way sooner, and not necessarily only in a romantic context. But the truth is that overall I used to have high expectations for deku's personal development and I realised a long time ago that it was just never going to happen, so the fact itself that someone told him that line at all was a pleasant surprise for me

Talking about deku and bakugou!! I can't say I liked the way hori made baku all about deku in the latter part of the manga, but whatever, we have what we have. I'll deal with it. I like that he offers deku to work with him, tbf, because I actually believe most of the things he does for deku are partly to make up for his own past actions and driven by guilt (not entirely, hori made it plenty clear he does like deku, I just think it'd make sense for his going out of his way for deku to be driven by that kind of feelings, in part), but I'm also happy deku told him no the way he did, because despite having resigned myself to character inconsistencies being the norm in bnha I do think it would have been ridiculous for them to have goals aligned enough to work together, by now

Okay let me talk about the stuff I actually care about now

I'm soooooooo pissed off that we needed an extra chapter to get bakugou and kirishima's relationship back on page, but the fact that they ARE still best friends is wonderful to me. I'll take it. I'll take the fact that kirishima can get bakugou to do what he wants by being a shit, I'll take it, whatever, I don't care, after all this time it's way more than I would have hoped for - I LOVE that he's shown to still understand bakugou best (the way he immediately understood what baku was trying to say to deku) and I love the fact that he still has the exact same hairstyle actually. I love love love that at the end it's he and mina and probably either denki or sero that are hitching a ride with baku, how long had it been since I'd last had any bakusquand interactions in the manga? Where were they, horikoshi??

On a related note, I like the dynamic between deku todo and baku. I like how relaxed it feels (I love todo too, even if his development outside of being a hero feels so rushed...add this to the very long list of things I'm glad horikoshi addressed at all, but that I wish he had brought up earlier to give them the proper attention and plot relevance they deserved)

Absolutely insane about the fact that Kirishima is one of if not the one with the highest ranking in the class after todoroki (can I be a broken record? This is exactly what he deserves but how about Showing This To Me instead of just saying it after a hundred chapters where he's done absolutely nothing, horikoshi??). Crazy about Mina's design, god she's gorgeous. Amajiki's design got me crying it's just a haircut why is he so beautiful - and the fact that he's still fat's sidekick!! I love that, I feel like that's so right for him. Sero.... deserved better. LOOOVE the implications of the fact that Aoyama is Hagakure's sidekick (did she help him after he came back to be a hero? Their relationship is so sweet... if only... horikoshi had spent more time on i-*gets shot*)

And yeah whatever I'll say it again Denki's gorgeous!! He's SO beautiful!!! He's Soooooooo insanely pretty!!! And I figure you all know that I liked kamijirou as a ship, but the fact that actually they're just friends is so sweet to me? They have such a cute relationship...... Denki saying he was nervous about starting solo so he picked the building next to Jirou please!! Besties behaviour I love them!! And the way the panel where they deny any romantic involvement is framed *shipper goggles on* with jirou leaning away from denki and on yaomomo I know what you girls are no need to be more explicit than this

(talking about having my shipper goggles on, when baku tells deku he can't see what's right in front of him... and deku says you're one to talk... what are we implying here, deku-san...)

anyway how long is this thing I dunno whatever I'm stopping now, I had a lot of things I wanted to say, I said them, I think I'll go back to thinking about how gorgeous denki is now. Like wow. Wowowowowowow. Wow

An izu//ocha shipper on tiktok pointed out something so interesting about the deku moment in this chapter that I didn’t even think about

He was nitpicking some things (he overall really enjoyed this chapter and has mostly good opinions btw that’s why I watched his video) and he said that one of the things he was upset by was the fact that the image of deku is so… nondescript. Like it has no real importance, it’s just kind of an image of deku, it’s just there. It’s nothing special and it means nothing as a scene to both of their characters.

And everyone is like “omg this image of deku kind of made me upset in this chapter” and personally, I think just the fact that it means nothing to them as people proves that this isn’t supposed to be focused on. It’s not about her feelings for deku, or even deku himself, it’s about how toga is simply able to express how she feels freely. It’s about how she ADMIRES toga, not how she likes deku.

And how ironic that I realized this because an izu//ocha fan was annoyed by it? It’s just so interesting, everything has these little details you can just see in his chapters and it’s just so UGH I LOVE HORIKOSHI’S WRITING

And I want them to have girl talk, to gossip, to be everything beautiful about femininity and women and love. I want that. I want them to kiss or hold hands or just become besties because I don’t care anymore. I got what I wanted. It’s this.

Not only deku didn't have any talk with Katsuki after what they went through but also not a talk with his mom after that traumatizing war? 😭 Inko wasn't in epilogue at all (that small silent panel is nothing), she always was there after traumatic events talking to izuku... Also not a talk with ERI who harmed herself and saved his life... Not a proper talk with all might and never a thought on seeing corpse of his childhood friend, seeing all might dying, LOSING BOTH IF HIS ARMS IN A GORE WAY, NO THOUGHT ON TRAGIC BACKSTORY OF TENKO HE SAW IT ALL, but literally nothing. Izuku gets to be a tall bastard. Ochako is tiny. Katsuki hates all of this because she's actually quite tall, she's just surrounded by tall bastards.

Honestly I think all four are in a very weird "I will remind my partners to eat while I pass out from forgetting to eat" cycle. Where yeah they're bad at remembering to eat themselves, but they know their partners little tells. The shakes the hanger. So when they pick up on it they tell them to go get a snack.

Oh you have so many different categories. Izu/Ocha/Kiri are the more positive ones that can grate on you. Kats/Ocha/Sho will shit talk at the gala. Izu/Kiri can give you so many Hero Fun Facts™. Izu/Kats are menaces who do a 'okay but what if-' , Ocha/Sho are down to scam people(ethically).

Hi. I just got an idea for a gamer au. Not sure if you know but some fics play with the concept of game for Izu. "What if Izu has a quirk that allows him to see life as a literal game?"

My take: Izu has this quirk waken in him when he was 8 years old (bk is a PoS and calls him deku) now the difference here is how...the quirk does interact with Izu and people can see it. My main gripe with this trope is how ...no one ever touched how sus would for Izu to "obey" quirk that only talks to him and no one can see it.

So...in this au, the quirk has the form of a green bunny (of course!) And her first priority is to protect Izu and she acess the situation. Aldera is not the best place for him and Inko is not...a great parent.

She bestow Izu with a quirk, a beginer one. Izu can control the perception of light one see.

Everyone is jaw drop. Quirkless Izu is no longer quirkless! Then everyone move on. Bk continues to be a PoS (his issue is with Izu, not the fact he is QUIRKLESS)

Bunny level up with him saying Izu to open his others quirks needs more stats and time "but this one will do"

We see them bond ad Bunny is now the mom of Izu. Inko? She doesnt change much she is relieved her son has a quirk but never asks about the bruises he got.

Bunny second mission is to elevate Izu's self love. She even hears Izu's rambles on how to defeat BK. "Cold water will do" bunny is pleased.

Here the thing...foreshadow for Bunny being a lovecraftian THING. Smth even Dark Shadow is wary and cowering.

Izu's life changes...not bc he has a quirk but bc he has someone on his side.

Izu meets AM who is impressed at Izu (and confused at bk as why he is being so rude to Izu "he saved him...there's smth wrong here") and wants to give him ofa - bunny has talked about afo and how he is a joke among the gods, oh yeah in this the outer gods messed up humans 200 years ago and the results are quirks- and Izu declines. Bunny chews AM out and drops Nana's name.

AM is shocked.

Bunny:😒 do I look human to you?

Nana is also shocked. But curious. They all are curious.

UA invasion begins and Izu saves Aizawa from Shig...and starts to belittling him and Shig is not having it. "He saved you! Show some gratitude!" Bunny is scheming.

Aizawa is a PoS. Bk is not at ua but he tries to appeal, only Aizawa hears him. The staff hates him for that.

The mall date begins and...well, bunny is very pleased to see Shig did take him to a nice cafe while he is bitch talking about his boss and stain. See in this version Shig wants to kill afo and accepted the mission of invade ua bc he thought afo would share some potential weakness to him.

Izu:🤨my dude. Afo is a moron.

Shig:🙄tell me about it.

Is bunny plotting for Izu to take down afo? Maybe. She is a ride or die here. If Izu wants to conquer the world...she is on his side.

Bonus: people get a bit unnerved by bunny, especially if she just stare at you- is she seeing your soul? Your future? Your death?- but Shig is strangely cool with that.

Ochako confessed to Izu - right the time he gets a big intership🤨- and tells how he is plain but she likes him anyway.

Izu...turns her down.

Ocha:😮

Izu:🤨you called me plain! I think you are plain too so maybe we shouldnt hang out

(Not to insinuante Ocha is a gold digger but I cant really see her a love interest nor his friend anymore. Kudos for those who can)

I certainly don't remember seeing this trope done before for Izuku but it certainly sounds like an interesting concept. An Izuku that sees life as a game, very cool!

Also I love your green bunny guide for Izuku that even makes Dark Shadow wary. Ooo! Perhaps Izu and Tokoyami could have a close bond in this considering the other worldly nature of their quirks? I do like the explanation you gave for quirks in this AU too.

It's so sweet that Shig and Izu have a respect and fondness of each other in this version of events and that Aizawa gets called out and Bakugou never makes it into U.A lol.

I do like how in the Bonus 2 omake Izu shows respect for himself by calling out Ocha calling him plain but still asking him out. It's strange how Hori treated Ocha and Izu - she's meant to be his endgame love interest yet Hori gives their friendship hardly any focus, they don't spend time together much at all or are shown / referenced to speak to each other and has her do things like calling him "Deku" all the time and "plain" which undermine the ship.

So Idk how to explain exactly the way i see it, but i had the same reaction when Deku was mentioned. I went from "oh noooo" to "HELLO???" really fast i almost had a stroke lmao

But i guess it has to with how Uraraka compared something she admire abt Deku, a hero friend in common with Toga and applied that to forward how strongly she felt abt Toga and that caused her to make that gay ass confession and commit to Toga in a deeper way and so on.

It's all a jambled mess of thoughts and words, bc, well emotions still running high lol. I hope i can come up with something better bc i really wanna talk abt it

I don't know, I'm super torn 😵‍💫 I haven't seen images of this one scene yet, so this is all based on what the leaker said, but to me Uraraka thinking about Deku and then saying that she wants to be like Toga automatically read as "oh, I want to be upfront about my feelings too", that's why I'm... annoyed/frustrated with it, like girrrrl you were doing so well, and then you had to bring mr brocoli into it (+ I think it's kind of dumb to put an ordinary crush on a boy on the same level as Toga's feelings, even if it is to validate them/show that there's nothing wrong with them, that there's something admirable in the way they're expressed)

I mean, I was an absolute doomerist for this arc (with some of my old posts as proof askxkgk), so what happened has wildly surpassed my expectations as it is, and Uraraka will always be gay-in-love with Toga in my heart no matter what 🫶🙏 to me it's one of those classical shonen cases where In Theory there's a couple we should pay attention to and look forward to seeing (izu//ocha), but In Practice the members of that couple have waaaaay more interesting things going on with someone else (LIKE "DRINK MY BLOOD, FOREVER" HELLO ?????), but with girls too for once lol. Idk, patiently waiting for @/pikahlua's translations in meantime to have a clearer idea of what's going on 🫡
