kind of obsessed with the fact that season 1 starts with a really tonally different (in comparison to the rest of the show) scene where daniel is (kind of poorly) advertising his masterclass in journalism and then daniel’s last appearance in season 2 starts once again with a very tonally different tv appearance (except this time he’s having a diva moment on live tv)

He is a perfectionist in the sense that he will do whatever it takes to get to where he wants to be. He isn’t this always-serious, domineering man tho. He is so funny! He is a bit of a dork, part of his charm is him being funny. He is passionate and only looks scary because he is 6’5 and has a deep voice and thick accent.
