Suddenly, like a starting gun had been fired, the four of you sprang into action. It was a dash to the showers, with elbows bumping and bodies jostling as you all struggled to be the first one in.
Abby, with her speed and strength, managed to dart ahead, closely followed by Ellie. You and Dina were neck and neck, both determined not to be left behind. In the chaos, you stumbled over each other's feet, arms flailing as you tried to maintain your balance.
"Watch it!" Ellie grumbled as she tried regaining her balance.
Eventually, you all reached the showers, each claiming a stall with exhaustion. The sound of rushing water filled the air as you quickly stripped off your clothes and stepped into the warmth. 
With only a few minutes to spare, you all hurriedly scrubbed yourselves clean, trying to make every second count.
“Fuck! Does anyone have shampoo?!" Ellie yelled, shaking her empty bottle in frustration.
"I do!" you exclaimed, quickly grabbing your shampoo bottle and rushing over to Ellie's stall. 
Ellie's eyes widened seeing you approach, her initial reaction being to dart her gaze away, her face turning a deep shade of red.

Without hesitation, you squeezed a generous amount of shampoo into her waiting hand. 
“t-thanks..” Ellie stammered, her voice slightly shaky. 
"I think I need some too~," Dina purred, her voice flirtatious, waving her hand dramatically as if in desperate need.
"Shit, me too!" Abby chimed in, her head popping out of her stall, trying to catch sight of you.
"You're both so unoriginal," Ellie grumbled, rolling her eyes in annoyance.
"I'll be right there!" you replied, turning around to share shampoo with Abby and Dina.
Ellie's gaze lingered on you for a moment, eyeing the way your hips swayed, the curves of your body traced by droplets of water. The softness of your skin, illuminating in a soft glow. There was a certain beauty in your movements, a grace that captured her attention.

The teacher shrugged. "I'm not sure, but she sounded urgent. You better go check."
"Alright," she nodded at the instructor before turning to the rest of you. "Catch you later, guys," she said with a smirk.
The three of you exchanged knowing glances.
"Mhm.." Dina remarked, her tone suspicious.

With a forceful slam, the nurse's back collided with the wall, a small whimper escaping her lips as Abby pressed her against it. The nurse's eyes widened in surprise, her breath hitching as she felt Abby's strong grip on her wrists.
Abby leaned in closer, her voice low and seductive. "You’re so fucking impatient.." she whispered, her breath warm against the nurse's ear.
The nurse's cheeks flushed crimson, excitement coursing through her veins. She struggled to find her words, her heart pounding in her chest. Before she could respond, Abby's lips crashed against hers in a hungry kiss, sending a surge of pleasure. The nurse squeezed her thighs together, her hands reaching up to tangle in Abby's hair.

You nodded in agreement with Dina, "She's right, Ellie," you chimed in, "We'll plan it out and make sure everything goes smoothly. We won't leave any evidence behind."
Ellie raised an eyebrow, surprised by your willingness to participate. 
"Come onn, El's!" Dina groaned,  "Don't you want your finger—"
"Okay!" Ellie interrupted, cutting Dina off before subjecting her to more teasing. "But you owe me a pack of cigarettes.." she huffed in annoyance.
Dina grinned. "deal!" she replied cheerfully.
A sudden small buzzing sound caught Ellie's attention, a tickle on her right shoulder. She glanced over to see a pesky fly. 
"Don't move," you whispered urgently, eyeing the fly.
Dina, sensing an opportunity, slowly raised her hand, ready to swat the fly. But just as she made her move, the fly darted away, escaping her grasp.
"Damn it!" Dina exclaimed in frustration, waving her hand through the air attempting to catch it. 
The fly continued to buzz around the kitchen. Ellie, determined to get rid of it, swatted at the air wildly. You, too, joined in the frenzy, swinging a dish towel in an attempt to kill it. 
“Don’t let it land on the food!” Dina urged. 
In your frantic attempts to catch the fly, bottles of oil and water were knocked over, creating a slippery mess on the floor. Ellie, caught off guard by the slick surface, slipped and crashed to the ground with a loud thud. 
“Argh! Damn it!” Ellie groaned in pain.
Meanwhile, your efforts caused water to splash onto a cooking pot, leading to a sudden burst of sizzling oil that sent you yelping in pain. 
“Ouch!” you shouted, stumbling back and landing on top of ellie.
Amidst the chaos, everyone momentarily forgot about the bacon, sizzling on the hot stove. It was beginning to burn, filling the kitchen with thick smoke that billowed up toward the ceiling.
“Hey guys,” Dina called out amidst the commotion, “Something’s burning..”
Abby walked back into the kitchen, disheveled with lipstick marks scattered across her neck. “Hey guys, I’m back...” her voice trailed off. 
She stood frozen for a moment, taking in the utter chaos that had unfolded while she was gone. 
Ellie was still on the floor, rubbing her bruised body, while Dina was frantically trying to clean up the spilled oil and water, her clothes stained and her hair in disarray. Whilst frantically trying to dodge splattering oil from the pot. You were scrambling to turn off the stove, desperately trying to salvage whatever remained of the bacon.
“What the fuck happened?!” Abby exclaimed, slowly walking over
Before anyone could respond, the sprinkler system activated, sending gushes of water down from the ceiling. Abby stood frozen in shock as she was drenched by the downpour, her already disheveled appearance now completely soaked.
The kitchen descended into madness as everyone scrambled to avoid the flood of water, slipping and sliding on the now-slippery floor. Ellie let out a frustrated groan, while Dina cursed loudly, and you desperately tried to shield the food from the onslaught of water.
Abby shook her head in disbelief, “I should’ve just stayed for round two..”

Only a few I have at the top of my head right now
Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley:
Simon hates the rain and the feeling of wet clothes sticking to his skin, but he loves petrichor, the smell after rain hit the ground.
He can cook, whatever your heart desires, he just needs a recipe and within the estimated time you’ve got an insanely good looking and tasting dish in front of you.
Simon plays football like a professional player (the European football not American style). And when he’s in the mood for it, you can find him on the nearest football pitch and play with some of the kids living around. Sometimes there are little tournaments and Simon helps the kids that participate win and of course getting better by giving tips and showing tricks.
He’s really work focused and needs a few days to acclimate to being back at home and not on the field. In those few days he follows his strict military routine. He wakes up at five in the morning, goes for a run, prepares a short but nutritious breakfast before checking his to-do list on what is on top.
Simon has a lot of stamina :)
He’s a gentleman who treats his partner with patience, love and kindness and respect and expects the same from them. He’s not scared to speak his opinion and he doesn’t mind a fight once in a while when emotions become too much for both parties, as long as he and his partner find a way to settle without hurting each other.
Simon watches ducks in parks and feeds them with seeds and glares at people who feed them bread.
He volunteers at local shelters. The animals love Simon, but especially the little critters like bunnies, hamsters and even mice and rats.
Simon doesn’t prioritize his work over his partner. He balances his work and love life as best as possible.
Simon hates paperwork. He has an office in his house that looks like someone blew it up and he didn’t bother to clean it up, Price reprimands him constantly for the mess when he comes for a spontaneous visit.
And he organizes get together’s once a month with friends, military and from his civilian life. He’s not the center of attention or the life of a party, but Simon loves to see his friends have fun.
Maybe some of them are a bit too unserious but I don’t know, they make sense in my head and I see Simon Riley as a human instead of just a soldier? I hope that’s what you wanted <3

Lilia has a pretty bad habbit of staying up late to play video games, so he often tries to convince you to sleepover at his place to ensure he gets proper sleep

but you can't blame him really, cuddling with you is just so warm and comfy
doesn't really have a sense of decency in public and will wrap his arms around you and spin you around in the air as though you didn't wake up in his room 4 hours ago
he loves snuggling into the crook of your neck and planting butterfly kisses all over
also loves teasing you with his cold feet and holds you close so you can't escape, and you just end up being a tangled mess of limbs
big spoon!!! it likes how you feel safe and protected in his arms
also the sudden cold hand at your waist when he's teasing
usually he's the first one to wake, used to his military training and all
so he'll just be next to you and gently brushing your hair, admiring just how peaceful you look in his arms
he'll wake you up gently and if you want to sleep in, he'll gladly indulge you unless you already have plans
but on the rare occasion he's completely drained, you'll wake up to feel his arms tightly wrapped around you, almost as if he's afraid you'll disappear
you can try to shuffle around, but he might just tighten his arms even more
so you resort to staring intensely at his features, playing around with his hair, or gently poking his face
his eyebrows furrow, a slight pout forms on his face as he opens his eyes, the lingering haze of sleep evident
but the moment he registers it's you, his features soften, his eyes sparkling with endearment and he gently tilts his head forward to connect your forehead with his
"Morning, beastie..." he whispers, his voice still hoarse from sleep
the first time you slept over at his place, you had an awful morning trying to navigate his room with how cluttered with random bits and bobs
ever since though, he's made sure his floor is clear of clutter aaand has a nice fluffy pair of slippers especially for you
and of course! he wouldn't be the lovely partner that his is, if he didn't serve you breakfast!
you better pray he didn't decide to make pancakes or anything even slightly unhealthy because it's not gonna be good ಠ⁠﹏⁠ಠ
just keep telling him salad is you favourite dish, okay? if it's nutritious enough, the chances of survival are higher
or, if you wake up first, you can convince him you'll make breakfast for him instead
he won't ever refuse your acts of love for him, after all
"Darling..." Lilia's voice soothes, a gentle touch sweeping through your hair to brush it away from your face. You groggily open your eyes, and see your beloved sitting by the bed, his eyes crinkling in affection. "Come now, you must wake up! I've prepared a new dish for breakfast-"
Oh. Okay. You immediately tug the covers over yourself, attempting to shield yourself from his culinary creation.
"Oh, don't be like that," he scolds lightly, pulling the covers back. "I think it turned out quite wonderfully! Won't you give a try for your beloved's efforts? I did spend quite some time on it..."
Your eyes remain shut in resistance, but there's no denying he's pouting now. With a resigned sigh, you sit up, resting your head on his shoulder and mumbling an "alright."
Maybe it's worth waking up earlier than him.

Meal schedule
Cafeteria at Defence Force’s base is not the best, but is not the worst either.
This day-and-night cafeteria provided tolerable nutritious dishes and allowed officers to adjust their meal schedule to their shifts effortlessly. And some divisions even had a special routine of gathering together and starting new day with a collective breakfast. So did Third Division, except Captain Ashiro who rarely joined them (but when she did, everyone was very happy).
Soshiro was sitting comfortably at the table, watching his rookies out of the corner of his eye. Even at breakfast they demanded close attention, but it wasn't like Soshiro was controlling them much: he was here rather to maintain a slightly more strict and collected atmosphere. Although, let's face it, he was the main initiator of jokes and teasing. Now Soshiro was focused on another volume of poetry by Akiko Yosano, snatching at least a minute of time between meals and further training just to pay attention to his hobbies.
Out of the corner of his eye, Soshiro noticed your figure rushing into the cafeteria. You walked past the tables with a serious expression, straight to the cashier, grabbed some takeaways, and quickly darted towards the exit. Soshiro hummed thoughtfully, trying not to give in to anxiety. He was well aware that the number of patients in the ranks of the Defense Force had been steadily increasing lately due to the appearance of larger and larger kaijus. However, Soshiro was still alarmed by the fact that you hadn’t even had time to eat in peace. He frowned and thoughtfully continued reading.
Lunch was also a bit of a slog. This time, he was the only one from his division who came to the cafeteria so late. The cafeteria staff had pushed the remains of the lunch dishes to the edge and were slowly starting to prepare the serving area for dinner, so Soshiro wasn’t surprised that there was almost no one in the cafeteria. He himself was late because of another showdown with the high-ranking officials that he and Captain Ashiro had to listen to. Soshiro sighed heavily and began to chew slowly, when he suddenly met your gaze again. This time, you were also in a hurry, but your gaze betrayed fatigue and detachment. You nodded to Soshiro in greeting and left again, holding takeaways in your hands.
And then Soshiro realized that he couldn’t just leave it like that.
At the end of the day, you were finishing going around the medical wards, making sure that every patient was there and that everything was under control. When you returned to your medical office, Soshiro was already waiting for you, displeasingly looking at your desk covered in papers and today’s takeaway empty boxes.
"Sorry, I didn't have time to clean up," you said sheepishly, being visibly embarrassed that you’ve made such a mess. It was not like you at all. As a doctor, you were used to keeping everything clean and tidy, and seeing the junk on your desk made you feel a little sick.
"It's not that," Soshiro shook his head and sighed. "You don't care about yourself at all. You can ruin your stomach like that, you know?"
"I know," you smiled softly and, making sure no one was watching, walked closer to Soshiro. You left a light kiss on his lips and ran your fingers down his cheek. Soshiro's gaze immediately became softer, but still remained stern and demanding of attention. "Today was a hard day. There was no time to waste on a proper lunch."
"You're a wonderful doctor," Soshiro said sincerely, pressing you closer and leaving a kiss on the corner of your lips. "But if you continue like this, you won't be able to help people any more."
You nodded understandingly. Soshiro was right, and you couldn't find a single argument to counter him with.
"In that case, I'll take care of dinner tonight," Soshiro suddenly said, with a more cheerful sparkle in his eyes. The atmosphere around him seemed to come alive and shine, and you couldn't help but smile. "Choose any place you want. And don't even think about being shy."
Your smile grew even wider, and you pulled Soshiro closer, breathing in the familiar scent of his skin.
“Thank you, Soshiro.”
Soshiro smiled, his whole being was full of pure desire to care about you. Undoubtedly, your well-being was his first priority, and he promised himself to do everything to make you happy.

There are a lot of fun jokes and fics about which if any of the Bats can cook and while it's funny to say all of them except for [whoever] is banned from the Wayne Manor kitchen here are my actual thoughts on who can cook and who is actually good at it.
Bruce: Can cook in theory. Very good at technical skills and everything he makes is highly nutritious, but he's awful at flavor and texture. Tends to err on the side of overcooking because he's bad at determining when something's done. His meal replacement bars are the stuff of legend. Chalky. Chemical aftertaste from the nutrient paste. Can keep you going all day like lembas.
Dick: Can follow a recipe with minimal mistakes. He is, however, working two full-time jobs and is usually too tired. People make fun of the cereal, but, let's be honest, the boost of iron and sugar from vitamin fortified children's cereals after a night of patrol helps a lot with blood loss.
Jason: Actually started learning from Alfred about a year after being adopted, but the lesson were interrupted by his death and didn't pick up after. His cooking is much better when he's feeding 20+ people. Can't quite get the hang of bread.
Barbara: Also capable of following recipes, but unlike Dick she's confident enough to do ingredient substitutions. There was a while after getting shot when she almost gave up out of frustration, then Bruce threw several thousand dollars at remodeling her kitchen so she can use it in a wheelchair.
Tim: He can make staples, but he mostly survives on caffeine pills and take out. Surprisingly good at baking if he doesn't get distracted by something else.
Stephanie: Great at breakfast foods, much less confident making anything else. She *can* cook, but doesn't have the money to throw at ingredients and refuses to let Bruce pay her living expenses on principle.
Cass: Cannot cook. She could incinerate pasta on the stove.
Duke: He can get by, but he's also just a high school student. The type to get really good at a couple specific, complicated looking dishes. Not above using Bruce's credit card for groceries.
Damian: Genuinely never thought about who makes his food before coming to Gotham. If he wants food that reminds him of his childhood he needs to make it himself, so he's learning. Applies the same focus as Bruce to learning, but with better results since he isn't focused on Maximum Nutrition. Never going to be good at improvising, but very good at complicated recipes.

do you know of any places in the uk i can buy vegan ready meals which do deliveries please?
also things i can buy in bulk for breakfast, lunch etc like cereal bars where prep isn’t needed

Huel is a good option for very cheap meals, you can buy ready-to-drink ones or powders that you just mix yourself. That can be breakfast and lunch sorted by itself. There are also quite a lot of meal delivery services in the UK who offer vegan food, I found about five with a quick search but I haven't tried any, so I can't make recommendations.
Stocking up on basics like soups, pasta pots and packaged noodles would be good in a pinch. Protein bars would be good to have on hand, Misfits ones are great but Trek do protein flapjacks that are vegan as well. Home and Bargain and Heron do big flapjacks which are surprisingly vegan and are very high in calories, for when you just need to get some fat and calories in - they're about 5 for £2. For more nutritious options, canned foods can also be just thrown in with microwaves rice, things like chickpeas, lentils, black beans, kidney beans etc. You can buy microwavable packets of pre-flavoured grains and such from most supermarkets, they're reasonably healthy and not too expensive. There are also loads of snacking faux meats that you just throw on some bread for a quick lunch. Even just having some bread, hummus and carrot sticks in in can serve as a quick lunch when you really don't have the energy.
The best advice I can give is to pre-prepare meals in bulk, during those periods where you have the energy to do that. This doesn't need to be complex recipe making, you can throw soy chunks/fake chicken, rice, broccoli and soy/teriyaki sauce in a big pan and make enough for a few days in about 10-15 minutes. Meals like chili, pasta, curry, homemade soups and noodle dishes freeze pretty well so you only need to blast them in the microwave.
