I have a few freckles here and there! Mostly on my arms and legs. I also have a few acne scars on my face from when I was younger. I used to hate them because I thought they made me ugly but now, I don't care as much! Beauty isn't all about physical appearance, ya know?

Well, I s'pose since I raise poison types, a lot of people think I'm dirty and unclean, which is the complete opposite. I hate being dirty and grimy- it's like a sensory issue I guess? Uhh anyway I always carry around hand sanitizer and wet wipes on me.

Well I'm not a scientist, but I think it has to do with the shape of our spinal columns and pelvic structure?

On the other hand, humans can't walk on all four limbs, because its bad for our backs, but we can crawl on our hands and knees though. -Although I guess, it's not the same...

I keep trying to stand on two legs like a human, but it's super hard to do it.

hmmm, what worldbuilding infodumping have i not done yet....

i can tell you that the names "light magic" and "earth magic" are not pan-cultural terms! they're tachni's way of categorizing the binary system of magic. there are some cultures in which what tachnins call "earth magic" is referred to as life magic or death magic. also some cultures in which "light magic" is referred to as true sight, manifestation, oracle magic, luck, or liar's magic.

light magic deals in abstracts: illusions, the future, possibilities and probabilities. it can influence the likelihood of certain events coming to pass, and the illusion component can be used to cover up or alter basically any story. light magic is all about telling the stories you want to tell until those stories become true.

earth magic deals in more concrete things: life, death, agriculture, architecture. an earth magician can't bring someone back from the dead, but they Can accelerate life/growth/decay/healing/etc. they can also strengthen certain infrastructural components like buildings, homes, roads, etc. obviously being able to influence the growth of plants specifically is MASSIVE for agriculture, which is part of why tachnins refer to it as earth magic instead of life/death magic.

earth magic is all about telling the stories that are true and making cracks in foundations and healing ugly wounds. it's sort of anathema to a city whose Entire guiding principle is "don't look too hard under all the glitter."

So uhhh being both autistic and having ADHD, I do this... A LOT. I tend to pick up on euphemisms from other people, like speech quirks and shit. I honestly don't remember where I've picked up every habit, but it's usually from people I'm closer with.

I don't even know I'm doing them half the time, so it's hard to stop.

Now that i think about it I’m curious about Nova’s and crescent’s reaction about the rat situation. Well i bet crescent would totally tries to catch it lol or maybe not.

Nova would probably do a catch and release. Nothing too crazy. Crescent would catch/kill and probably try to eat it. LMFAO (He might play with it for a little bit before hand)
