The Best Online Shopping Experience for Natural Products: Handcrafted Soaps and Unique Stone Jewelry
In today’s world, online shopping has revolutionized the way we buy personal care products and unique accessories. With a growing demand for natural and eco-friendly items, platforms like plantlife.net have become the go-to destination for consumers who seek high-quality, sustainable products. Whether you're looking for natural hand and body soap online or exquisitenatural stone made jewelry online, there’s a wide range of choices that combine luxury with nature’s best offerings. Let’s explore why these two categories have gained immense popularity and how shopping online for them brings convenience and quality right to your doorstep.
The Growing Popularity of Natural Hand and Body Soaps
Over the past few years, there has been a notable shift towards natural personal care products. Many people are moving away from synthetic chemicals in favor of more organic and natural ingredients. Natural hand andbody soap online have become a preferred choice for individuals who want to pamper their skin while avoiding harsh chemicals commonly found in mass-produced soaps.
These natural soaps are typically crafted with essential oils, plant-based ingredients, and other sustainable materials that are gentle on the skin. Ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, and shea butter are often used to create moisturizing and nourishing soaps, offering a luxurious cleansing experience. When purchasingnatural hand and body soap online, customers can access a wider variety of products than they would in a traditional store, ensuring they find exactly what they need for their skincare routine.
Additionally, purchasing soaps online gives customers the chance to read reviews, check ingredient lists, and compare prices to find the best products for their skin type and preferences. With eco-consciousness at the forefront, many online stores, including plantlife.net, provide biodegradable packaging and sustainable sourcing for their soaps, further enhancing the appeal of natural products.
Embracing the Beauty of Natural Stone Jewelry
In addition to skincare products, natural stone made jewelry online has captured the attention of fashion enthusiasts worldwide. Natural stone jewelry, such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings, is loved for its unique beauty and healing properties. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with no two stones being exactly alike, which makes wearing natural stone jewelry a special and personalized experience.
Natural stones like amethyst, turquoise, jade, and quartz are often used to create stunning, handcrafted jewelry pieces. These stones are not only aesthetically pleasing but are also believed to have various metaphysical properties, such as promoting healing, protection, and emotional balance. When buying natural stone made jewelry online, customers are exposed to an expansive selection of styles, designs, and stones that may not be available locally.
Moreover, many artisans and small businesses that specialize in natural stone jewelry place a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and environmentally friendly practices. By choosing to buy online, shoppers can support artisans who prioritize sustainability and craftsmanship. The convenience of browsing online stores allows customers to explore detailed product descriptions, check for authenticity, and make informed purchasing decisions.
Why Shop for Natural Products Online?
The decision to shop for natural hand and body soap online or natural stone made jewelry online comes with a variety of benefits. One of the main advantages is convenience. With just a few clicks, you can browse a wide range of high-quality, natural products and have them delivered directly to your door, without ever needing to leave the comfort of your home. Additionally, online stores often offer detailed product descriptions, including the ingredients used or the stones featured in the jewelry, giving you all the information you need to make an informed purchase.
Another advantage of shopping online is the ability to compare prices and read reviews from other customers. This transparency ensures you are getting the best value for your money while purchasing items that align with your values. Many online platforms also offer a broader selection of products that may not be available in local stores, especially when it comes to specialized items like natural stone jewelry or organic soaps.
Furthermore, shopping online for eco-friendly products aligns with the increasing desire for sustainability and environmental consciousness. Many online shops, including plantlife.net, focus on offering products that are not only beneficial for personal use but are also gentle on the planet.
Final Thoughts
Whether you’re looking for a luxurious, natural hand soap that nourishes your skin or a beautiful piece of natural stone jewelry that reflects your unique style, shopping online provides a convenient and fulfilling experience. The trend towards natural products continues to grow as more people seek ways to incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable choices into their daily lives. When you choose to shop for natural hand and body soap online or natural stone made jewelry online, you’re not only investing in quality products, but you’re also supporting artisans, sustainable practices, and your own well-being.

net meet cute
aka: how they start cyberstalking you. Some of these are more on the innocent side, some are slightly more intense.
Gaz sees you pop up in the people you may know section. He most certainly doesn't know you, but you are his type. As it turns out, you have some ridiculously distant relation of people that leads to his circle of connections (you're like his sister's college roommate's wedding photographer's cousin or something). But that one little tether is enough to make him feel tugged.
Soap started following you for your artwork. He follows anyone who even remotely interests him, and he liked what you made. You become a name he looks forward to on his feed-- he feels a bit parasocial about it, he knows your body of work so well now. And one day, he sees you share a post you were tagged in: It's a photo of you with another artist, both holding up the pieces you'd made to trade each other at a convention. He'd known you were talented, he didn't realize you were gorgeous as well.
Ghost sees you in the background of a video Soap shows him. Some disgusting display where people are trying to identify liquids they're drinking. When it's your turn, your face twists and you stick out your tongue, a little patch dyed umber from the soy sauce you'd sipped. He does a little detective work, finds you have a tiny little channel of your own. Nothing with a consistent schedule, clearly just a hobby, but there are a few videos of you restoring old toys, repainting dolls faces and things like that-- usually just showing your hands, but he finds your voice so soothing and you work with such delicate precision. Pretty soon he's obsessed with you, and fantasizing about ending up on your work table.
Price has very few reasons to surf online, but he does have a guilty pleasure: r/AITA. He loves a bit of tabloid level gossip now and again, and its the perfect place for it. He can see the world's most delusional people hard at work. His favorite ones are when both sides are clearly deranged and meant for each other. But then he sees you, posting about your shitty boyfriend, and all too willing to take the blame for the sorry state of things. And he finds himself rather keen on showing you how girls like you ought to be treated, as well as kicking your current man in the teeth.
I've mentioned this before, but I think König meets you in an online game. At first, you never speak on the microphone, and he doesn't either, but you're quite good, and your playstyle compliments his rather well. So he sends you a friend request on a whim, you accept it, playing a few rounds before turning on the party-only voice chat. And once he can hear you when you thank him for tanking damage, or targeting a player who'd been flanking, or pinging a pick-up for you, he's cooked. Looking you up on every social, trying desperately to find pictures of you, because he's sure you'll be as pretty as you sound.
Nikolai find you on a movie review website. He watches movies by the dozen when he gets some time off, but he's admittedly a little bereft of discussion partners, so review suit him fine. He typically disagrees with most of them, partially because he's naturally a contrarian, partially because the majority of online reviews are made by casual watchers and not lifelong cinephiles. And he comes across you, having written one of the only full, multiple-paragraph reviews for the obscure little number he'd just watched. And it straight up made him smile. Your review was punchy, funny, addressed multiple areas including the score, cinematography, casting, and costuming, and he agreed with a surprising portion of it. What he didn't agree with, he was intrigued by. He looks at your page to see what else you've written. You've seen and shared thoughts on many of his favorites, but quite a few things he's never seen, as well. He ends up watching them all, and feels a certain perverse excitement when it comes time to read another review, like he's a teenager taking you on a third date. Before long he's wondering where you are, if you go to the cinema. If they have non-hostile airspace.
Nikto finds you on the staff of some insanely obscure wiki/ID forum. Like, you help run a website/blog that's devoted exclusively to soviet era stuffed animals produced in Sergiev Posad (formerly known as Zagorsk). You help people identify them from pictures, from vague descriptions sent in to you of something from their childhood. He doesn't know why, but he ends up searching up images from others, often from unpopular and defunct listings on marketplace/bidding sites just to send to you. Just to read what you have to say about the stitch markings and stylistic eyes and the little tab of fabric on the leg seam from where the tag was cut. Maybe he'll take it further, maybe he won't. Maybe he'll find out where you are, just to make sure you're safe. Maybe he'll have to keep you safe. People with hearts like yours don't last in this world.

A Very Niche Level-Up + Looksmaxxing Idea List for 2025
This list is for the girls that get it. It’s niche and not for everyone, but I’m throwing up at the fact that every “how to level up in 2025” post talks about journaling sad pages 24/7, drinking 8 cups of water a day, and walking 10k steps. How original.

Again, this is a very niche set of ideas. If you can’t relate then you can’t relate. But if you enjoy a good plastic surgery post and luxe lifestyle, maybe you will :)
1. Upgrade your car. We’re getting the Lexus’, the BMW’s, the Mercedes, the Jag’s, etc.
2. Upgrade your home. We’re living in high rises, we’re living in coastal areas, we’re living up in the mountains, we’re living where Amazon can drop our package off and we don’t have to worry about a porch pirate; we’re living in nice areas and in nice units/homes.
3. Breast augmentation.
4. Rhinoplasty.
5. Medical grade skincare.
6. Fresh, organic whole foods; focusing on lean protein, nuts and seeds, mushrooms, onions, leafy greens, pro/prebiotics, sea moss gel, etc.
7. Russian manicures and pedicures or a good acrylic set. Dip powder had its thing for a while but I’m not going to dip my nail in a powder everyone else dipped their nails. I bet they don’t even wash their hands and if they did, they prob didn’t even use soap.
8. Laser hair removal. Everywhere. If you want a design down there that’s cool, but you literally use the bathroom and it drips in the hair. “Oh but I use a wipe”. Okay, next time you need to wash your hair.. don’t use shampoo. Use a wipe. Invest in a bidet but still, hair shouldn’t be in your 🍑 or near the sensitive areas of your 🦋 the top is fine but if you have a period, pee, or “the other thing”, hair should be no where near those areas.
9. Lip filler. Everyone can benefit. Ask for a pout that sticks out a little bit. I don’t suggest a lip flip, I couldn’t do anything with a lip flip and it was driving me nuts.
10. Fake tan. Sunlight is fine but a spray tan just makes you look a million times better. Every skin tone and every race benefits from a spray tan. Trust.
11. Muscle definition. Muscle looks so much better than fat AND bones. You want muscle. Did you see how Bella Hadid had her foot on our necks at the VS fashion show this year? I was sickkkkkk.
12. Long hair. But if you have a face shape like Hailey Beiber, short hair looks better.
13. Makeup. Remember water-based products and oil-based products don’t mix, so make sure you choose your products wisely so your makeup doesn’t separate and you look a mess.
14. A better paying job. I left my hospital job and now I work in luxury real estate and international yacht sales.
15. Red light therapy for face and body. I have a body red light therapy dome that I got online for around $3,000 (USD) and it’s life. The one I have for the face is from Sephora and I spent like $400-$500 on that one. Whatever it says on the website.
16. Lashes. If you’re a pro at strip lashes, then yes. But I get my lashes done. Do not go crazy. Natural lashes are in so I ask for a classic whispy set focused for thickening my lash line and NOT for length.
17. Morpheus8 for skin tightening. I used it on my inner thighs and it literally saved my life
18. Lipo. If you’re a good candidate, get it. Sometimes belly pooch is hard to lose. I don’t have a pooch but I’m sure when I have kids I will.
19. Vampire facials. I can confidently say my best facials were vampire facials. My med spa charges around $950 for each facial
20. People can tell you’re wearing Shein. Their clothes are cute online but I’m going to hold your hand when I say this, they never look flattering in person when they’re being worn. People can see the loose thread and the see-through material. They also don’t fit anyone well and makes a lot of you look square. You get what you pay for in clothing. Learn about the basics of clothing and you’ll quickly only buy quality.
Yeah this list isn’t meant for everyone, but walking 10,000 steps isn’t going to take you to the next level. Neither is drinking water. They’re good habits, but they’re not going to level you up. And yeah I understand my list requires having money, but this is literally what my blog is about.
My 2025 Mindset Level Up book is here!

The Spirit of Gluttony - The Gamer
The spirit of gluttony didn't have far to travel - in a nearby apartment building, the spirit encountered Will. Will was a gamer in his mid 20s. With dirty blond hair, and a nose too large to be considered conventionally attractive, the spirit sensed something of a kindred nature in the man. Will was already working on something of a dad bod, his belly soft and flabby, his arms weak from lack of exercise. Entering the body, the spirit found Will ready for him. Already inclined towards laziness, Will had no real issues with growing fat. The spirit made himself right at home.
Will, seated as his computer, found himself pushed away from the desk as his belly expanded outwards. Will felt his hands caressing the soft fat in a daze, moving on their own. He felt himself rise in his chair as his ass expanded, and he turned to catch a peek at the transformation. His clothes felt like they were strangling him, and his body rose and undid the pants, and he sighed with relief. The buttons on the front of his shirt strained mightily against his growing belly, but pinged one by one off, smacking into the wall above his computer. His belly jiggled on and out with each bursting button.
Will felt that he should have been stunned - that he should have been horrified at what was happening to his body, but he felt himself accepting it. This was right. This was how he was meant to be. The spirit delighted in the space in Will's body. He still didn't fit, but there was time to fix that. He directed Will's body over to the phone, and ordered a couple of pizzas. There was plenty of work to do to make these changes permanent to Will.
Months flew by as the spirit continued to share Will's life. The spirit changed Will's gamertag to "FattyWill" and laughed within himself at the coupled shame and arousal that filled Will's body. Will's family and friends watched in bewilderment at the changes in Will's body and lifestyle, but everyone accepted the new Will. The spirit worked hard to plant new habits in Will, enforcing the man's natural laziness, and making sure that Will got used to always having snacks on hand as he gamed. It was so easy when he could place a recurring order online to have junk food shipped to the apartment.
Will woke one morning - he felt his fat pressing him into his bed, and felt the accustomed~arousal as his body jiggled around him as he fought his way to his feet. Moving into the bathroom, he stripped off his underwear and climbed into the shower. The warm water slicked over the body and he lathered himself well with soap. Feeling the urge to piss, he fumbled against his belly to reach for his dick. He couldn't reach it. There was too much fat in the way. Will felt horror and disgust rising within him - he couldn't even reach his own dick. He slammed off the water and stepped out of the shower, scanning the bathroom for his scale. Why had he ignored the scale all these months? He stepped on, and to his horror and disgust couldn't even see past his own fat to the reading. Grabbing his cell phone, Will was able to snap a picture of the reading from under his belly. 403 pounds. As he stared in horror at the number, the spirit was thrust out of the body, in spite of his efforts to calm Will. Without the spirit in his mind, Will started to cry, even as his dick hardened as he stared at the number on his phone.
The spirit was pleased with Will, and hung around to ensure the man didn't lose his mind. Without the spirit, Will packed on another five pounds, even though he told himself on a daily basis that he would begin to diet the next day. The spirit of gluttony had nothing to worry about with Will. He was going to do plenty of growing on his own - his sense of arousal planted by the spirit was tied to his own fat.

Pretty please can you share your favourite obscure beauty products? 🥺
Had to look through my entire resource list for this one!
HEMP Oil AND Tea Tree Oil (MIXTURE)
This was actually given to me by my family doctor. She knows how iffy I can be in regard to what I use to mitigate issues concerning my body. I had a bells palsy scare (💀) and part of what I was going through resulted in half of my lip turning grey. On top of that I had a horrid medication reaction which caused something similar to Blaschko's lines all over my torso. I got a chemical mixture and the oil mixture and the chemical one failed but the hemp and tea tree oil literally saved me.
I still love to use it till this day to solve scars, help with the rare acne episode and just good skin texture in general especially if you have issues with black heads on the nose. In my area these are sourced by local apothecaries.
Moroccan Hammam Mits/ Kessa gloves w/ African Black Soap or Morrocan Black Soap
These are amazing for really getting your skin clean. I use these once a week because of how stripping the process can be. The Middle Eastern ladies have me hooked on the mit and soap combo!
I'm dark skin and that comes with a lot of natural hyperpigmentation whether it's from heels, acne, or friction. The Black soaps which I'm sure anyone can get online are deeply cleansing and exfoliating. They leave you feeling like a new born baby.
GOATS MILK soap -> Lactic Acid
Goats milk Soaps are really popular in Africa, mostly for their skin brightening effects. Just to clarify, it is not a bleach or anything.
It contains lactic acid which is a chemical exfoliant.
I love to use it twice a week just to keep my skin looking bright and clear.
Furthermore, I used to make my own Lactic acid lotions, similar to Amlactin. I have access to wholesale 80% Food Grade Lactic acid and I dilute it so approximately 10-15% and mix it with a very basic lotion.
The ladies back in the day used to mix it with Jergens. This was for treating keratosis pilaris. Please don't try this if you're clumsy or don't know what you're doing or how your skin reacts to Lactic acid at different percentages. Lactic acid is not the best for melanated skin but in correct mild concentrations is a gentle deep exfoliant.
SEA SALT SOAPS AND SCRUBS
I love sea salt in both my food and my body care. I have a local organic soap maker who infuses her bars and scrubs with this and it works so much better than any over the counter scrubs I've tried.
You can make your own by getting some sea salt, grinding it up in a blender together with coconut oil, coffee and an essential oil of your choice.
I can't emphasise this enough, if there's one thing you take from this, please let it be this. In sea salt we trust!
My other source mixes sea salt, turmeric, citric oils and kojic acid to make highly exfoliating creams and body washes. Use that info as you may. These people are just like you and kojic acid, sea salt and turmeric have been used for years to make skin care which exfoliates melanated skin without the hyperpigmentation risk that other alpha hydroxy acids can cause. Education, research and safe equipment are all you need.
CLAYS
Ghassoul clay, Rose clay, Bentonite clay, French pink clay, Kaolin clay, I could literally go on for days about the different clays and how good they are for masks.
The previously mentioned soap maker uses such clays with combinations of dried botanicals, essential oil blends and exfoliating acids as a base.
However, clays like Bentonite, Rose and Ghassoul can and are used after physical exfoliation treatments to calm and smooth the skin, so you can use them as a little face mask.
Traditionally in Moroccan Hammams the
Black soap, Kessa glove and Ghassoul clay combo is used during the cleansing process
ON DRY BRUSHING
Dry brushing is a must, however I always manage to break the strap that holds the brush to the hand 😭
Because I got terribly annoyed by this, I switched to dry hemp mits to get the job done. Not sure if hemp mits fall under the product band but I just had to include it because I know damn well that I'm not the only one battling with dry brush handles that aren't user friendly or sturdy.
Check your Amazon or Etsy for these products, I'm 100% sure you'll find someone who sells them or a variation of them! Absolute game changers for sustainable, organic, and easy to source (for me 😂 ) skincare.

2024: a year of transformation pt. 1
As 2024 approaches, im sure most of you are thinking about transforming your life. But I personally believe that transforming your life starts in December, not January. So here is the first part to transforming your life. Introducing: health is wealth.
health is wealth
Health is crucial for well-being, but most forget to take care of all aspects of it.
Skincare:
1.) Figure out your skin type:
There are numerous skincare quizzes online and youtube videos. Knowing your skin type is so important so that you can truly take care of your skin barrier.
2.) Products:
You don't *always* need crazy expensive skin care products to heal and clear your skin. I love CeraVe because they are affordable and available in most stores. If you are unsure, consulting a dermatologist is a great idea.
Regardless of your skin type, here are three basic and crucial steps of your skincare routine
Cleanser:
Find a cleanser special to your skin type and use in the morning and night. I like to double cleanse with a cleansing balm and my regular cleanser in the night using the CeraVe hydrating cleansing balm and the CeraVe hydrating cream-to-foam cleanser (I have dry skin) to remove any dirt on my face. Make sure when using a cleanser you take your time to cover all parts of your face and ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS before washing and touching your face.
Moisturizer:
Regardless of whether or not you have oily, combo, dry, etc skin, hydration is important for soft and nourished skin (especially if you live in a dry or cold climate). I use the CeraVe moisturizing cream which really hydrates my dry skin. Do some research on what moisturizer will hydrate your skin without adding oils and buildup.
Sunscreen:
Sunscreen is incredibly important to protect your skin against UV rays and blue light. Suprisingly, blue light from devices can affect your skin. To avoid skin cancer, use a sunscreen. I use the Black Girl sunscreen and the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen which don't have whitecasts and give a really glowy look. They are great for more melanated skin and last throughout the day. When researching sunscreens, look for those which don't give off whitecasts and for ones that are SPF 50
3.) Its bigger than your skincare:
Diet, stress, sleep, mindset, water, the vibration you are at (all of which I will cover later) play major roles in the appearance of your skin. When you fuel your body with nutritious food and ample water, you glow more. You look healthier, and skin will clear up more. Give it time and trust the results. Get atleast 7+ hours of sleep and manage your stress levels. Improving your mindset and operating at a higher vibration improve everything, and you will glow more.
Additionally, your hormones, allergies, etc may affect acne and skin. Consulting a dermatologist is amazing for this.
Also, don't feel pressured to buy the newest skincare products. Invest in affordable and quality skincare products.
4.) Natural:
I love using natural resources and ancient ayurvedic techniques to improve my skin. I use aloe vera gel in the night on my face because of its numerous nutrients and benefits for the skin. Get 99-100% natural aloe vera gel for this.
Qasil powder is a natural somali soap which is incredible for your skin. Its known as the purest cleanser for the skin and body. Make sure before you buy it, that it is 100% true Qasil powder.
Look to make face masks with natural resources. From my culture, turmeric is amazing for the face, but don't leave it on for too long. Search online for homemade face masks with turmeric. Honey is also amazing for skin as well.
Research on different natural resources (especially ayurvedic skincare) because they are age old practices which are great for skin.
Body Care and Hygiene:
Hygiene is so so important for health (also so you don't stank)
1.) Shower:
When showering, cleanse from top to bottom. From behind your ears, to neck, all the way down to feet. Use soap or a body wash to remove all dirt from the day and make sure you wash your underarms, feet, privates, and butt. DON'T wash your down-there with soap because it'll mess up your pH balance, no matter how tempting it might be. Water is enough. I like the method body wash because its super affordable and smells amazing (especially the nourishing wash and pink peony). I would also recommend African Black Soap because its amazing for your skin on body. There are so many benefits to using it, you can never get enough!
For odor, I love using the panoxyl benzoyl peroxide wash to remove bacteria from my underarms. I leave it on for 2-3 minutes and wash it off. It does a great job of removing the onion-y odor from your armpits. I would highly recommend (get the 4% one) because its also really cheap.
For softness, I like to exfoliate my arms, stomach and chest area, legs, feet and back. It removes all of the dead skin cells and excess dirt that may be on your skin. I do this once a week and my skin feels AMAZING after.
2.) Shaving:
Shaving is COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY your choice. Never let anybody tell you you have to shave. I love shaving because I love the way my skin feels, but thats my personal liking. I wax my arms and shave my legs. When shaving, use a shaving cream. I like the Athena Club cloud shaving cream and its affordable. I recommend 5 blade razors and make sure you exfoliate before shaving. Lastly, just be gentle when shaving.
3.) After shower:
I love to lotion-ize my entire body (especially in the winter) after showering in the night. It hydrates your skin overall and avoids cracking of the skin. I LOVE the vaseline body lotion (its cheap) and smells amazing. For dyer areas, I recommend shea butter. Don't forget about the heels of your feet, your knees, elbows, and hands because they can get the driest in the winter. If you want to go the extra mile, using a body oil makes your skin feel great after the shower and adds extra glow
4.) Deodorant
Deodorant should be worn every day on your armpits to avoid odor. I've heard the salt and stone deodorant is great (its $20) but I just use Dove.
5.) Down-there:
Please please do not put random products down there, otherwise your pH balance will be messed up.
Oral Health:
1.) Brushing your teeth:
Brush your teeth atleast twice a day. Brush your tongue as well, and use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria from your tongue. It really does improve mouth odor. I also recommend using a mouth wash. The TheraBreath anti cavity mouth wash is great (I haven't tried it but I've heard great things about it). Floss everyday in the night to remove things caught between teeth
2.) For white teeth:
I recommend oil pulling with coconut oil for white teeth. It removes that yellow stain from your teeth. To do this, swish a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes and spit it out into the trash can.
I also recommend avoiding coffee and chocolate (excessive) because it makes your teeth yellower.
Stretching:
Stretching is so important for your muscles and body movement. Its amazing in the morning to wake up your body and help it move/function better. It removes tension in the muscles and body and can help reduce the likelihood for injuries and cramps. Movement and mobility is so so important for the body.
Yoga is also great for this. There are so many yoga excersises and stretches that work amazing alongside mobility exercises. If you want to feel healthy in the body when you're 80, stretch!
Exercise:
As an athlete, a basketball player, exercise is so important. Being active has numerous benefits, so many that I can't name all of them. Here are some ways to be active:
1.) Go to the gym:
Get a gym membership. Lift weights, yoga, cardio, etc. If you have a dream body, this is the start. However, don't go to the gym solely for the body. Remember this: Health is Wealth. If you are optimally working out in the gym, your body will reflect that. Train so that you can move freely when your old, train to play with your kids and grandkids, do it to enjoy life more. There are hundreds of videos and resources for gym workouts, ill also make another post on this!
2.) Sign up for workout classes:
These can be so much fun! Pilates, spin class, cycling classes, etc signing up for a workout class can make you gain motivation and enjoyment for working out.
3.) Go on walks and runs:
Fresh air has so many benefits for your health. Going on walks and runs especially in the early morning can be not only a great way to wake yourself up, but it can also improve your muscle functions. Plus, you may even discover a new part of town!
4.) Sports and dance:
My favorite! I love sports in general and dancing. Sports and dancing can be so much fun, especially with friends. You can gain so many friends from it.
Aside from this, don't be afraid to try new sports! Its one of the best forms of exercise because you use everything in your body, especially your mind. Here are some sports:
Basketball
Dance
Soccer (football)
American Football
Rugby
Squash
Tennis
Pickle ball
Swimming
Field hockey + hockey
Track and Field
Ice skating
Softball and Baseball
Cricket
I will be doing an in depth guide to exercise and being an athlete in the future!
Diet:
1.) Nutritious food:
You need nutritious food to fuel your body and reap the benefits. Eating more vegetables and fruits will have your entire body thanking you.
Incorporating fruit and veg into your diet can be hard, especially if you're used to processed food. Start by substituting a craving for something sweet with fruits. Eat vegetables with your meals, and better yet make them into your meals. Curries, salads, pastas, burgers, the list goes on. I will do an in depth guide to this later!
Vegetables don't need to be bland. There are so many ways to make them tasty.
2.) Protein:
Protein fuels your body. I'm vegetarian, so I generally get my protein from eggs, nuts, dairy, and lentils. Try working in protein into your meals in a non-fried way.
3.) Dairy + Milk:
Dairy has so many nutritional benefits, and if you're lactose intolerant, dairy alternatives still have numerous benefits. Calcium increases bone strength. Yogurts and cheeses also provide calcium alongside other vitamins such as E, D, B12, etc. When you have breakfast next time, try having a glass of milk (whole milk or soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, etc) or incorporating greek yogurt.
4.) Water:
Drinking water will improve all parts of your body, even your brain health. Drink atleast 64 ounces of water a day (or 8 cups). I would recommend getting one of those timed waterbottles so you don't forget to drink water.
5.) Overall:
Like I said, I will do a thorough in-depth guide to diet later but if you focus on putting healthy, non-processed and homemade foods into your diet, you will reap the benefits. Make sure you eat so that you are nourished. Diet also doesn't have to be restrictive. You can still have the dessert and enjoy the comforts food can bring. More than anything its about being mindful for the nutrition of the food you eat, and knowing the healthiness of it. I guarantee you, if you control your cravings and focus on putting in nourishing and homemade food into your body, you will feel better. What you put into your body will reflect on the outside
A Final Note:
If you really want to transform your life, I think one of the best ways to start is with health and exercise. Use that discipline to channel self-love and care into your life. In 2 weeks you'll feel it. In a month you'll see it. In 2 months people will notice. In 6 months you'll feel like a new person. Start now and you won't regret it. When you feel good on the inside, when you're healthy, you feel accomplished and amazing. More posts will come in the future about spirituality, mindset, the soul, purpose in life, and more. Have a blessed day and lead with love!

Is Hong Kong's Liquid Hand Soap Market Poised for Sustainable Growth?
The Hong Kong liquid hand soap market size is expected to reach USD 59.8 million by 2030, registering a CAGR of 7.0% during the forecast period, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc. The increasing attention towards hygiene especially after the outbreak of COVID-19 is driving the demand for liquid hand soap in Hong Kong. According to a United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) study, good hygiene is critical for preventing the spread of infectious diseases and helping individuals lead long and healthy lives.
However, since 2015 the population with access to basic hygiene services (handwashing facilities at home) has increased by over 500 million, from 5.0 billion (67%) in 2015 to 5.5 billion (71%) in 2020, at a rate of 300,000 people per day. The increasing practice of hand washing and increasing attention toward hand hygiene are expected to contribute significantly to the demand for liquid hand soaps in the future.
Organic/green liquid hand soap is expected to witness a faster CAGR during the forecast period owing to increasing demand for natural and chemical-free products among young consumers. Further, manufacturers are also enticing customers by advertising their products with different claims. For instance, Bathe to Basics, a premium handmade and organic brand based in Hong Kong offers its products with claims such as natural, preservative-free, and no paraben.
The online distribution channel is anticipated to witness a faster CAGR, owing to the increased adoption of e-commerce, and is also anticipated to provide opportunities to the market players. Innovation and the introduction of varied types of liquid hand soap across the distribution channel will benefit the market’s growth in the coming years. Manufacturers should capitalize on the popularity of e-commerce among millennials and Gen Z by making the products available through online channels and adopting the omnichannel strategy.
The Hong Kong liquid hand soap industry has presence of a few international players and a few regional players. Blue Moon Group Holdings Limited, Whealthfields Lohmann (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Aesop, Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (Dettol), and Lion Corporation are among the prominent players in the market.
Hong Kong Liquid Hand Soap Market Report Highlights
Gel liquid hand soap accounted for the largest market share of more than 80.1% in 2024 owing to higher availability of this form type in commercials and residential space
The offline segment accounted for a higher share during the forecast period owing to the wide availability of hand soaps in supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies & drugstores

The Benefits of Natural Skincare: Handcrafted Soaps and Bath Salts
Many people are turning to natural skincare products to avoid harsh chemicals and artificial additives. Using high-quality, plant-based ingredients in daily routines can enhance skin health and overall well-being. Those looking to upgrade their skincare routine should consider options like Buy Hand Crafted Natural Bar Soap, which provides a gentle and nourishing cleansing experience. Handcrafted soaps are made with essential oils and natural extracts, ensuring a chemical-free alternative to conventional soaps.
Why Choose Handcrafted Natural Bar Soap?
The skincare industry is flooded with mass-produced soaps that contain synthetic ingredients, artificial fragrances, and detergents. Choosing to Buy Hand Crafted Natural Bar Soap offers a safer and more beneficial alternative. These soaps contain organic ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter, and essential oils, which provide deep hydration and nourishment. Unlike commercial soaps that strip the skin of natural oils, handcrafted varieties help maintain moisture balance. With their chemical-free composition, they reduce the risk of irritation and promote healthier skin over time.
The Process Behind Handcrafted Soap Making
Crafting natural bar soaps is a meticulous process that requires attention to detail. Using traditional cold-process methods, artisans blend plant-based oils with lye to create a mild and effective cleansing bar. When customers Buy Hand Crafted Natural Bar Soap, they receive a product that has undergone weeks of curing, ensuring a firm texture and rich lather. The inclusion of botanicals, herbs, and essential oils enhances both the aesthetic and therapeutic qualities of the soap. Each bar is unique, offering a luxurious and skin-friendly cleansing experience.
The Therapeutic Benefits of Bath Salts
Soaking in a warm bath is a time-honored way to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. Adding high-quality salts enhances this experience by providing minerals and soothing properties. Many wellness-conscious individuals Buy Therapeutic Bath Salts Online to enjoy the calming and detoxifying effects of ingredients like Epsom salt, sea salt, and essential oils. These salts help relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and promote overall relaxation, making them a perfect addition to self-care routines.
How to Select the Best Bath Salts for Relaxation
Not all bath salts offer the same level of benefits, so selecting the right blend is essential. Those who Buy Therapeutic Bath Salts Online should look for products made with natural minerals and plant-based extracts. Epsom salt is ideal for relieving sore muscles, while Himalayan pink salt helps balance the body’s pH levels. Essential oils such as lavender and eucalyptus enhance the relaxation process, providing additional aromatherapy benefits. High-quality bath salts transform an ordinary soak into a spa-like experience, improving both physical and mental well-being.
