Biden and Adams: A Political Distance or a Necessary Separation?

The fallout from Adams’ criticism of Biden's handling of the migrant crisis has only deepened the rift. What do you think—is this political maneuvering, or a necessary action given the charges? Let's discuss the implications for both their political futures.

From TRG
To my gorgeous good looking friends who are on X. Need your help in retweeting my post about Harry receiving NYC tax payer money (my money that comes from you) for security. This is so infuriating to me that this happening and it needs to stop, he is a private resident in the US. The only way for it to stop is by making noise online. Here is the post, please tag who you feel needs to see this to get visibility. The Royal Family does not care and will not do anything, so we need to do something. I am so tired of this. https://x.com/TheRoyalGrift/status/18...
Not endorsing a political party….as none of my business I am Canadian…..but the thought of Harry and wife running that pathetic scam about car chase, and then YOU providing more security …..well, that makes me very upset!!!

Last night I had dinner and talked and signed books for a room filled with children's librarians from all of the schools in this New York county. I was thrilled to be there, because I knew how important these people were, that for the kids in their schools they are the people who open the gates to knowledge, to adventure, to escape, and into other minds and worlds. And they do it, as most librarians have to do it, on a shoestring budget.
New York City has a proud, an iconic history of libraries, librarians, and of caring for the minds of the people in one of the largest cities in the world. An investment in a library is an investment in the future. Cutting libraries, cutting librarians, leads to the same place that those who would ban books and ideas would like to take us: to a wasteland of AI book summaries, to a place where knowledge is not valued, where truth is a casualty, where the imagination is stifled and crushed.
I hope the NYCMayor and the NYCCouncil can be persuaded to invest in the future and to protect and build on and invest in our libraries. They matter.  #NoCutsToLibraries.

The media,
@NYCMayor
and
@GovKathyHochul
tried to protect a murderer.
Shameful.
These two “leaders” in New York need to either step down or get voted out of office
NYC I love you but you could have Tish James as your governor and Maya Wiley as your mayor.

Just a week after a 68-year-old Sikh was beaten to death, an elderly Sikh man has been attacked again in a New York hate crime.
Last weekend three men assaulted Lakhvir Singh (50) whilst he was stopped in traffic in Manhattan in his Uber, telling him "go back to your country".
Lakhvir Singh becomes at least the seventh Sikh man to be violently attacked in a hate crime in the New York areas since 2022. The ongoing anti-Sikh issue in the city was recently addressed by @/NYCMayor in a public event.

In a bold move to reclaim the narrative, he's spotlighted positive municipal reports and achievements. But is this enough to pivot public perception? Are his attempts at transparency and shifting focus effective, or just a distraction? Let’s discuss: Can reshaping the narrative work when facing such intense scrutiny? Your thoughts?

Shame on Eric Adams and Kathy Hochul for their tone deaf response to the murder of Jordan Neely. Disgusted by both of them. Hey
@NYCMayor
it was vigilantism, whether you want to call it that or not. Both of you need to either Resign in disgrace or be voted out of office. #JusticeForJordanNeely #DefundThePolice
