yeah, i agree. i honestly think before tommy was introduced again in 7x03 and the kiss in 7x04 that in my brain, bvddie was the most logical endgame for buck until it wasn’t.

i came into the show shipping bvddie much like a lot of new fans to the show but instead of hopping onto the tommy anti express hate train i found myself falling in love with buck and tommy together. at first i was still on board with bvddie still being endgame but as each episode aired after 7x04 i became faced with the reality of the situation (at least the way i see it) that bvddie might always be fanon and that’s ok because fandom keeps ships alive whether they’re canon or not. some of the biggest ships EVER are non-canon (i mean, cmon spirk? one of the OG MM ships?) so it didn’t really deter me from enjoying bvddie to this day. what HAS deterred me from interacting with bvddie content is toxic bvddies. i don’t like using the lil nicknames, idc if other ppl do, whatever, but i prefer just referring to certain kinds as just toxic plain and simple.

toxic shippers have made it difficult for anyone who multiships to interact with bvddie content. while there are incredibly nice & welcoming bvddie endgamers out there, it doesn’t overshadow the hateful ones in my online experience at least. i’ve blocked so many ppl over this ship discourse, which ive never had to do with any other fandom before the extent i have with 911. everyday i still find new ppl to block, you go under almost any comment section on the 911 insta and its filled with nasty comments abt tommy and only caring abt whether bvddie will be canon in s8. people projecting their hatred of tommy/lou onto the cast/crew of the show when it’s be said and proven time and time again that it’s quite the opposite. now im certain there’s bad apples in the bucktommy side as well, but from what ive seen online so far it is not nearly to the caliber of the bvddie side. ive blocked maybe a handful of bucktommy’s for being hateful towards eddie or being toxic overall, but ive probably blocked over 100+ toxic bvddies. i can only imagine it’d be worse if i was active on 911 twt which i’m not (thank god) but i have ventured into the tags before on there and let me tell you, it’s fucking horrifying how gross ppl are over there. twt is a cesspool for fandom anyways tho, the fucking asshole of fandom, it’s a septic tank really.

now im my own opinion which could be completely untrue of course, but just basing my thoughts on what i’ve seen online and interviews and such, tim seems to be really happy about bucktommy and idk how ppl believe otherwise. tim has expressed he loves LFJ and wanted him back on the show. tim showed up on set for the kiss scene. tim posting an entire youtube vibe abt bucktommy being soulmates that touches on the invisible string theory and explains how they accidentally found buck’s perfect match. tim sharing the deleted tommy scene is also huge but im waiting to see if he releases more (because i remember seen somewhere that he said there’d be more?) and if he does then great but it’s also still pretty telling to me after the whole karaoke fiasco.

oliver has said nothing but praises towards buck’s queer storyline. he quite literally said if you dont like it then watch something else. despite ppl saying he’s never interacted with bucktommy content online, that’s a lie because he has liked fanart of them.

aisha, kenneth & tracie have all expressed how they like tommy/lou and love working with him.

jlh said she loved bvddie before but is excited to see where buck and tommy go and then on an insta live said she doesn’t think bvddie is happening and was bombarded by toxic fans to the point of ending the live early.

ppl think it’s all some ruse to make it seem like bvddie is never happening so when it does happen it’s a “surprise” ……..

the nasty hate comments are doing nothing but exposing these types of ppl for who they are and that honestly to them, 911 is just the bvddie show to them. the people who run these social media accs for 911 are looking at these comments and cringing, they aren’t running to tim and abc being like “we must give these crazies what they want!” they’re mostly likely being ignored or honestly, as you said, being looked at and just reinforcing their decision to most likely make tommy buck’s endgame so as long as his schedule is open for filming.

what gets me the most about the hate these types of shippers spew online is how they aren’t embarrassed because they are so sooo convinced they will be right one day and therefore their insane, nasty behavior online will be justified. oliver stark literally left twt because of fans like this, people act like he was joking around, that he was shooting the shit probably because “he’s british and british people just have that kind of humor” which yes to a certain extent but let me just add these posts to set an example to why if oliver were still on twt he absolutely would not be happy with the way toxic bvddies are acting right now.

oliver (and ryan&other cast too) being positive abt bvddie never meant it was going to be canon of become canon one day. they do not decide these things, whether they believe it should or not. a lot of bvddie shippers come from previous fandoms where queerbaiting was there, where they were made fun of by actors of their ships, by the creators of the show! so i understand the frustration but oliver is not queerbaiting and buck is not a queerbait character when he quite literally is now confirmed bisexual and in a relationship with a man.

he’s just not the “correct” queer to these people. despite headcanons (hell even i hc eddie as queer!!) eddie so far, in canon, is not queer. by the end s7 he is still shown to not be over shannon and ruins his relationship with his son over this. ryan has stated in interviews he sees eddie as heterosexual, possibly pushing this because of the influx of ship discourse, and he’s glad to see a vulnerable and deep friendship that buck and eddie can have as a straight man and a queer man and how important he thinks it is.

every single thing that points to bvddie never going canon is like they’re being shot point blank in the chest. i get it, your ship not becoming canon sucks, but again, that is what fandom is for! shipping has never been about how canon smth is, there is 20k fics out there for bvddie and they aren’t canon. they can turn that into 40k, 100k, 1M if they really wanted to! instead they use their time and energy posting death threats, wishing death upon a gay character, bullying ppl online for enjoying a ship.

meanwhile from what ive seen bucktommys are rolling with goofy ass spy tommy theories created by antis and making jokes for our own fun.

so yes, i agree overall. they truly don’t deserve what they think they do. we didn’t whine and scream for a deleted scene. they did. we got ours without even expecting it and are having fun.

Im really tired about all the “will they, won’t they” and I love Lou and Tommy/Buck relationship, do you think Lou will come back for season 8 or are you of the opinion that they’ll break up on the finale?

Idk the meaning of Vertigo(tell me). But the things I know:

People was talking about "this detail"(I can name like 5 right now without thinking much) says what buddie will happen. But it never happened

Ryan literally called Eddie HETEROSEXUAL. which means now no one sees him as queer and nothing like that will happen. Especially while he still deals with Shannon and her ghost, if ever. All the talks "but Tommy/Eddie was in plan means Eddie is queer" miss the point it was on the same stage of planning as Maddie/Eddie before 2x1. They had idea, they looked at their story, talked with actors and said "no, It's not what we will do" and dropped it. So now people need to understand that in canon creators see Eddie as hetero. Ryan sees him as hetero and Tim really respects and listens to opinion of his actors about their characters (I still hc Eddie demi btw, but people need to understand hc and canon is different things and I respect Ryan's opinion)

Ryan also said it was important for him and Oliver to play how queer man comes out to his straight friend and nothing between them change. It was important for him to play it to the situation he had with his close friend to show that men can stay close as before even if one of them comes out

They could drop the music, not show the kiss, but they did. To show the point that Buck and Tommy are falling for each other step by step. And Tommy is the one calling Buck 'Evan' and it was confirmed important(and that Lou was instructed not to call him Buck) in they way that Buck loves how Tommy calls him that and to point out how different Tommy is. Which means that they plan to leave Tommy as long term. At least try to and gather reaction from ALL the fans, not just buddie fans

Also. It's season 7. And all the seasons Buck tries to find stability in love life, settle down. And it starts to get boring and painful to see how 911 use him to bad love stories and arcs. The last season started with him trying to prove he can be good captain eventually and Bobby tells him he needs to gather some more experience and settle down at ease, before he will be ready. And it's actually time for Buck to settle down. And Tommy can be it. Person who likes him, who respects him, who runs to him, who chooses him. Buck can settle down with Tommy and be finally at ease with love and look at what else life has for him. New hobbies, new possibilities in job(not even become a captain, but for example lieutenant as somehow our show doesn't have it, they might think about adding it. Or become mechanic. Or something), new friends even

Listen, everyone on swat is hot. It’s a bisexual’s dream. I just finished season 1 last night so I don’t know the new people that are part of the later seasons, but I love every single character. They’re a great team that cares about each other, and also cares about the police being held accountable for what they do. Many episodes in the first season discuss police brutality, prisoner mistreatment, white supremacy, etc. it’s really refreshing for a cop show.

And, so far, besides Rocker being a pretty princess (which is technically canon because another character does call him princess later on lol) you can pretty much make up whatever you want. His wife is never seen after season 1 and everyone has already decided they’re divorced cause she’s an idiot 😂

Sweat still drips down his forehead, running along his cheek tortiously slow. Your eyes are focused, following the line, eyes landing on his upper lip and never leaving it. Even when his there, right in front of you, one hand clamping around your waist in an attempt to pull you closer. Your own hands find his shoulders in response to the squeeze he delivers to your waist. A simple "you alright love?" falling from his lips, those same lips that you can't stop staring at.

Well actually it's just above the plump, red mouth that moves temptingly. A strip of hair you swore you hated at first, a fact you let him know, plenty. But tonight (and even before that), Matty with his tight grey shirt on and hair perfectly styled... Well you certainly didn't hate it now.

"come with me" the words leave your mouth heavily, laced with something more, something that sounds like "Matty I want you" to his ears. Your small hands tug him through the corridors back stage, he knows the way without looking, eyes trained on your lips now, all smirky and up to something.

"baby I've barely got off stage" he mumbles when you open the door to his dressing room. You push against his chest, the same chest that's been straining against the fabric of his shirt ever since he stepped foot on that stage.

"exactly" one more push and he's landing on the sofa with a little "omph". You're with him in a split second, legs hooking over his thighs one by one and lowering yourself until he can feel you pulsing above him and you can definitely feel him.

Hard and heavy and desperate. The few words you've uttered and the looks you've been throwing his way, definitely doing their job well.

"you looked so good tonight" you say, head finding a comfortable place by his throat, sucking and biting, drawing low grunts from his throat.

"just tonight?" He says. Oh he's in a mood, wanting you to tell him how bad you want him. And you'll tell him, of course you'll tell him.

"no... Not just tonight" your words aren't what makes his hips thrust up, it's the way after you say them your mouth finds his upper lip. Your tongue swipes over the hair and his hips work on their own accord.

It fucking kills him, makes him buck up and swear and grab your own hips, pining then down against his own and forcing you to roll them.

"fuck" he says, head moving up, further into your lips and tongue.

"thought you hated it" he says, straining his neck more until his mouth captures yours. You want to reply but his own tongue finds yours and your words get caught in your throat, if not for a moment..

Your lips separate with a smack and your eyes fall to his moustache again, coated in a mixture of you and him, a filthy mix that makes your hips roll against him and a moan to slip.

"definitely don't hate it then" he says with a smirk. You smile at him, thumb slowly running across the hair, collecting the mix and bringing it to your mouth. You slip it between your lips as you shake your head.

"definitely don't hate it" you confirm.

"fuck you're perfect" he waits until your thumb has slipped from your mouth and tugs you back, tongue meeting yours again and hips bucking.

AU where Shen Qingqiu and Shang Qinghau don’t figure out they are both transmigrators until post cannon

AU where SQH grew up thinking he was delusional and the system was a hallucination. You can imagine how world shattering it would be for SQQ to confirm that he’s actually right and he is actually the god of this world reincarnated as a side character

AU where Zhuzhi Lang found Su Xiyan after Tianlang Jun was imprisoned, cleared all misconceptions, and protected Binghe throughout his childhood.

Au where the heram still happens but its a big lesbian polycule.

back to villain SQH, Au where Shang Qinghau actually does kill Mobei Jun and justifies it with all the lives he saved, but that line of logic leads him to try and kill Binghe to save everyone else he knows and SQQ has to stop him

Au where Su Xiyan is still alive, just very disabled, and she raises binghe with the knowledge that he is half demon but he still grows up to be a cultivator, hiding his demonic heritage and practicing demonic cultivation in secret

Au where Mobei Jun gets out a conspiracy board to figure out what Shang Qinghau is up to and gets Lou Binghe in on it (he may trust SQQ but he is still suspicious of SQH) until eventually they are listening into every conversation and getting more and more confused as time goes on, creating wild theories about who SQH is and how he got here.

Au where instead of becoming Shang Qinghau, Airplane transmigrates into a demon noble and uses his power to attempt friendship with Mobei Jun while preparing for Binghe to take over the demon realm.

Just having a ramble

I'm usually a lurker on here, but I think I should just have a little ramble about the spoilers I just seen.

So I begin saying that i love 911, and I love Tevan/bucktommy it was/is a great storyline for Buck, and bringing lou back just made sense (with the whole red string theory and all)

I haven't seen season 8 episodes yet as im just waiting for them to come out on disney+ in bulk, but it's sad to read/see on here that they broken up which in my opinion doesn't make sense!

But if it is permanent, then we just have to accept it and hope buck find his forever person (even though I think it would have been tommy lol).

However, I'm praying this is only temporary, and it's a 'gotcha' from the actors, and tim and tommy could come back near the season finale. What I'm thinking, but I doubt it will happen is that the 118 team will come to Tommy's rescue as he was in a helicopter crash, and him and Buck will have a deep and intimate talk and there will be, revelations, forgiveness and then getting back together at the end.

I really do hope lou does come back as it wouldn't make sense for creators to get rid of him as he brought in new viewers and a lot of social media engagement and i remeber that tim posted on his fb a YouTube video about tevans red string theory and he loves lou too. Unless they stop the storyline due to the extreme harassment from certain toxic fans and want to protect lou and oliver. But I doubt they'll bend to there will cause that's just rewarding bad behaviour.

Anyways I'm still going looking through the tevan posts on here and reading the fanfics, too lol.

Connor got to camp at age four, where someone just assumed he was named connor, so they took up the name of a dead boy named connor and decided that yeah, he/him was alright. didn't know what trans meant at the time, they just sort of... anyway, then after the battle of the labyrinth they came out as NB.

wood nymphs. they've got a different gender system than demigods, as well as different pronouns, but to keep it simple for the campers your best bet is they/them.

the resident god Dionysus ofc. he has a complicated relationship with gender (see his chapter in PJ's Greek Gods) but basically, doesn't care what you call him. he/they generally.

MTF:

Drew Tanaka! she's just. always considered herself a girl. there was never any hesitation. her mom called her son and she just. did not compute. her mom was accepting and just sort of called aphrodite up and told her that actually she had given birth to a girl. Aphrodite sent down a new wardrobe in return. she never changed her name.

Clarisse la Rue. she came out when she was twelve. her mom didn't accept her, but clarisse had run away years before that so... her mother never apologized. when clarisse went to her house with chris, it was only because she was truly desperate. after the battle of manhattan clarisse called her once, and. never again.

Lou Ellen Blackstone. she told cecil and will when they were eleven or so (SOM) but didn't really come out to everyone else until one of the hunters pulled her aside in TTC to ask if she wanted to join bc the hunters are super good at finding girls apparently. lou ellen really regrets this but somehow cecil convinced her to make her legal name Louise-Eleanor (first) Wilmadeen (middle) Cecilia (middle) Blackstone. it-- she pretends it's just lou ellen. don't bring it up. Will thinks there was a murder involved and-- well neither of them are telling him otherwise, that's all i'm saying.

FTM: (oh boy here's where I projected a whole bunch)

PERCY MOTHERFUCKING JACKSON. alright folks you ready? so percy came out when he was twelve RIGHT before TLT picks up. struggling mother sally jackson immediately accepts him no questions asked (well there are a few questions but) she gets him onto puberty blockers from a free clinic on forth street right away and changes his name legally. financially they're still struggling, obviously, but sally is picking up some extra shifts. she's already planning on having percy go on T when he turns 16 (if he lives that long--) and after manhattan poseidon and sally sit him down and are like: okay so technically because of ancient laws poseidon can't just snap his fingers but uh if you want a real easy top surgery just do a really easy quest for him and he'll magic your tits away and percy agrees of course so poseidon drops a sand dollar on the ground and in the. most. indifferent voice possible he goes "oh no. my sand dollar. i need a hero." and percy picks it up-- and done. that's when he decides to join the swim team because he doesn't need to bind anymore. also when he heard the prophecy percy immediately went, well i know it says im going to die but hey the universe recognises me as a dude that's pretty cool right. very affirming for him.

NEXT UP we've got michael. height dysphoria kicks ass so seriously don't mention how short he is. anyway michael thought that it was spelt micheal so he chose it for the pun and to feel connected to his dad. uh. don't bring that up to him either. anyway despite being very short, michael's usually pretty stealth. he came out in ttc when he asks jake mason out bc luke used to date his brother lee and michael basically goes "hey do you want to go out i promise i'll be a good boyfriend and not leave you like luke left lee." and jake just bluescreens for a moment because wait, BOYfriend, and anyway after that michael realises he never told anyone. (not necessary to the post but jake said yes) oh, also, his middle name is john. why? who knows. it wasn't significant or anything, clarisse just turned to him one day and said, "you know, you look like a john." so yeah, Michael John Yew. also he liked archery bc it was a lot easier to bind in so.

following that you'll find that actually the three main pjo apollo boys are trans. so WILLIAM ANDREW SOLACE. my baby boy is-- well he's got a lot going on. Will binds (but when he turns 16 he's going to get top surgery and he is. very excited) and don't let his mild mannered doctor self fool you he is a HYPOCRITE when it comes to binding, like that bitch will nag you for hours if you bind for over 8 hours and then you'll see him come off a 48 hour infirmary shift still binding. when he was young and his mother was touring, she left him with his grandparents. He tried to come out at five and cut all of his hair off, but his grandparents kicked him out. Clarisse found him in Texas and brought him to camp. which isn't SATS compliant but I haven't read it yet so *shrug*. Anyway Andrew is after Apollo, when Apollo first met Naomi, he called himself Andrew.

Lee Fletcher is also trans. He was fully transitioned by the time he died. He was super upper class when he came out and his mum stopped speaking to him, but he kept his wealth and became a staunch advocate for trans rights until he died. Anyway he came out when he was seventeen.

Cecil Markowitz. His parents died in a fire when he was 8, he was sent to his grandmother, she kicked him out when he was 9 and came out.

Thought I would share what Ali posted because you're probably going to get a asks about it as well. I hate these people so much.

Q. In case you haven't heard there are now apparently a few of them who have made blogs pretending to be Buddie shippers and are harassing the cast and crew and making all kinds of homophobic comments to them. They're even throwing in anti Tommy comments to make sure they believe it's coming from Buddie fans. One got found out earlier and just erased the entire blog when they were confronted. I have a feeling things are about to get really bad.

Q. They're now disguising themselves as Buddie shippers, creating blogs and harassing the crew and the BTS blog. We might be about to lose all the BTS stuff because apparently they're freaked out now that maybe he really isn't coming back and so they want to make all the BTS stuff go away so no one gets anything and Buddie fans get the blame.

Q. They started circulating the old Instagram Iive Jennifer did saying Buddie wasn't going to happen and their fans needed to get over it. They're upset that she unfollwed Lou and what her sent hate comments from Buddie fans. The good news is anyone who's been here for more than a year remembers that video and knows she was messing around, but it will still get her comments especially from the one of them pretending to be Buddie fans. Guys the show might really pull all BTS content. They're making it impossible for everyone involved in the show. I hate these people.

Q. They've turned their anger on Jennifer now. They're circulating the old love video and leaving hate comments to make it look like Buddie fans are the ones attacking her. The video is OLD guys. She was messing around. We all know this. No one leaves a comment on it!

A. Unfortunately we all probably figured this was eventually where all of this was headed. They're out of plays. They don't have anything left. I have received tons of messages from people saying these same things. The good news is it was apparently fairly easy to find and figure out that one blog so chances are the others are going to be easy to find as well. As for the BTS content, sadly, they may put a stop to things for a while, until they can see if things have calmed down a bit. But that would be giving the crazies what they want so I don't know that they'll do that. But we might see less content for a bit. They're not getting what they want so they are going to ruin as many things as possible for as many people as possible. Yes the Jennifer video is quite old, Absolutely no one should be falling for it or leaving comments of any kind. DO NOT post about the video on your Tumblr page or your Twitter account. Ignore it. Do NOT help with the circulation of it. I'm sure Jennifer will adopt the same approach her cast mates have and just block and ignore. Everyone listen. I know they're making it very difficult to not engage but everyone has to STOP now. I'm not going to respond to anymore asks from them. I'm not going to engage with them at all. Everyone should stop. Don't give them the attention they're begging for. I know it's difficult, but don't. They've been given enough attention. Their ime is up. Now we treat them like they deserve. No attention. No interaction. No taking the bait. Leave lovely comments on any and all BTS content and crew related items and nothing more. It is increasingly apparent that he might actually be off the show so things are going to get far worse in the coming weeks. I still think he will show up but the picture that is currently being painted certainly suggests he's gone, so their tantrum is only going to get worse. I get tons of hate. Tons. I don't post it. I don't react to it. Just ignore it please. Obviously I would never tell anyone else how to run their blog but we have been helping them amplify their nonsense and now we need to stop. They are way more regular 911 fans and Buddie shippers than there are of them. The truth is they need us to spread their garbage and we need to collectively stop helping them.

I get daily hate in my inbox, but I immediately delete and block. It isn't worth responding to, because it will only create more anger and hate. It will make our fandom an ugly place. Let's not let that happen!

Post positive messages! Post theories and speculations! Post fun Buddie stuff! Post lovely art and fic! Post lovely comments to Buddie fics and art!

Leave lovely, respectful and polite comments on any bts video, photograph, crew photograph... you see. Keep it clean and nice. Let's not sink to the same level here.

We are talking about a TV-show with fictional characters. It isn't worth all this fandom wank! It isn't worth getting worked up over this kind of behaviour. It isn't worth responding with hate to a hate message. Let's not shine a spotlight on these stans' hateful messages. It's only a handful of them at this point. If they get no attention, their hate messages won't be shared. And that is what we want.

So let's stay calm and just keep on peacefully shipping Buddie. The odds are very much in our favour for season 8. All the signs are there. Let's just focus on that and ignore the toxicity these stans are trying to inject into the Buddie fandom.

It won't be long now. Let's focus on that.
