There’s that post that’s like ‘everyone should get into a tiny niche fandom at least once’ fully agree, that was really fun -- but I would like to add that everyone should get into a fandom where their opinions run counter to major fanon because it really teaches you about sticking to your guns and trusting your interpretation of the text without having to rely on peer validation

been inspired by the new lis game announcement so here’s some amberprice inspired hc’s for everyone’s favorite girlfail girlboss couple (jessicash) <33
jess got into horror movies in high school (thanks to josh) and loves black christmas, carrie, and sorority row type movies that she makes ash watch with her when it’s fall
they work at their movie theatre together, ash works the register and jess hands out the tickets (they steal candy and popcorn on their breaks)
ashley’s listens to slowdive, mazzy star, and the cure type music and jess listens to hole, the runaways, she wants revenge, and no doubt <3
they’ve done velma and daphne matching costumes 2 years in a row for halloween (josh and chris as scooby and scrappy)
they love going on late night trips to the gas station for drinks and candy on the weekends
they invite sam with them on hikes and jess brings her dogs with them
jess’s drink of choice is a vodka redbull or anything with malibu in it and ashley is an avid boone’s farm lover
they had english together and got moved across the room from for talking so much and eventually came up with their own version of sign language because they hit too many people trying to throw notes to each other
jess wakes up early and ash has insomnia
they go to college together in oregon and during spring break rent a lake house and invite everyone up
