i've had the idea of drawing what my ocs would look like if they were in @laikascomet for a while now, but i only just realized that i HAD to do it with these four specifically because they are LITERALLY named after mars rovers
i also decided to imitate the artstyle used for the comic the best i can, just for fun! it was actually really fun to do this. i love laikas comet so much you have no idea

OHH BOY
1) i just sighed, i just sighed just so you know by los campesinos - i promise i will only make you listen to one lc song anyway this one is sooo good. its about a guy who misses his ex and the universe tells him to get over it also the guy is maybe transgender.
2) Neighbourhood #2 (laika) by arcade fire - i know i go on about this one sooo much but like seriously its maybe my fav song of all time. i'd go on but i already yelled abt it here
3) strangers by car seat headrest - csh have a style that either clicks with you or it doesnt. this is my favourite of their songs its very messy and the audio is deliberately weird but i like it sooo much the lyrics r so good so i recommend listening to it while reading them.
