My, my...! Ok, that was intense! I think I've been working on this little thing for 2 days now BUT here it is! Finally finished! The next page update is coming up on March 1st, and Wally wants to let you know! Let's hope that this video reaches many more people far from the project and catches their attention. It is such a loving and interesting story, brought to us by @partycoffin . It certainly deserves more attention!

On a side note: layered animation (at least that's what I call it) is really hard!

ive been doing schoolwork / studying for the better half of like 20 hours. surprisingly it wasnt that bad since half was with adderall and the other half was studying for my (NON DOGSHIT) compsci course which i actully like like some sort of weirdo. i just tried to get up to walk to the kitchen to get a drink and faceplanted like a damn cartoon character

The Sirens of Titan — Kurt Vonnegut

I READ THE SIRENS OF TITAN ON JAN 3, 2023. IT TOOK ME APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS TO FINISH. I AM STILL SUNBURNT.

IT WAS GOOD. I LIKE VONNEGUT. CAT’S CRADLE IS STILL A FAV AND SIRENS FELT SIMILAR TO THAT. VONNEGUT’S USUALLY WRITING STYLE SHINES WITH HIS SHORT SENTENCES AND FUCKING INSANE DADA BULLSHIT THAT I EAT UP. OVERALL, FUN AND EASY READ NOT SUPER DEEP. 8/10 

SPOILERS: “LUCK IS NOT THE HAND OF GOD” WAS REALLY INTERESTING TO ME. ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE ENDING. I THINK THE IDEA OF GOD WAS EMBODIED BY THAT SENTENCE, SOMEONE UP THERE IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOU. WELL, NO ONE’S LOOKING OUT FOR YOU, VONNEGUT SAYS. IN FACT, SOMEONE’S PROBABLY (99%) USING YOU. WHO’S USING THE TRALFAMADORIANS? WELL THEY’RE MACHINES— SO WHOEVER BUILT THEM IS STILL USING THEM. BUT THEY’RE LONG DEAD... THE TRALFAMADORIANS ARE JUST ANOTHER ARM OF LUCK. LUCK’S USING EVERYONE IN ITS TWISTED, APATHETIC CHAOS.

i have finally completed my kefta! it still needs trim and buttons but honestly i cannot be assed right now this thing took two months of hand embroidery and far more hand hemming than i ever want to do again but it looks great and is actually pretty cozy

Unfortunately I wasn't able to recover anything 😭 I've managed to rewrite most of what was lost over the past three hours or so, but all I was able to recover was what was logged for the challenge I was doing today. We're at a final total of 5,342 words lost, but I've rewritten up until the scene I was working on when the power blinked. Tomorrow I get to spend an hour trying to figure out where I had effortlessly sewn in the joke I wanted to include because it didn't make it into the rewrite 😭😭
