So lbh definitely talked to sqq's corpse during those five years. Maybe he told his dead shizun about his day or his worries (both politically and in the dead shizun flavors). Though I think my favorite would be just talking about his feelings, especially since he never got to do that before everything happened (and honestly that could have saved a lot of time)

Cut to post cannon and Luo Binghe still has this habit, just instead of Shen Qingqiu being dead he's just sleeping. So some (most if not all) mornings when Luo Binghe wakes up before Shen Qingqiu he'll just sort of talk about things. It's usually a lot less emotionally charged since, well, sqq is actually alive, but still. I also imagine if there's ever stuff he doesn't want to burden sqq with knowing, he'll just end up telling it to him when he's asleep. Adding this with the headcannon that it took Bingqiu a long time to actually say 'I love you', I think that Luo Binghe would tell sleeping sqq that he loves him

As a callback to how Rapunzel was going to have a crossbow in the first draft of Tangled, I feel like Lucienne is a skilled archer and so is his mother.

I picture Lucienne having a custom bow that was crafted for him from ancient wood when he came of age as a family tradition. It’s unique to Lucienne and it’s incredibly ornate and is enchanted so that he’s the only one who can use it and only he can give permission to someone to use it. Think kind of like Odysseus and how he was the only one who could use his bow while the other suitors couldn’t even bend it during the challenge Penelope gave-

That being said, I do think Lucienne would teach Mealodie the basics of using a bow and let her use his bow. This isn’t only a way to spend time with her, but it’s also a show of complete trust since he’s letting her use something that is both one of a kind and that only he has the capability of using and she could very easily kill him with it.

It’s basically a subtle way of proposing or promising to marry someone in Lucienne’s family, so his mother is really happy when she walks by to find Lucienne standing behind and guiding Mealodie’s hands as she holds his bow and tries her best to shoot at the target Lucienne set up for her.
