Just some writing snippets from my outlines,,,
XXX: (sighs, tension evaporating as he forces a weak smile instead) "of course not. Have any coffee around here?" XXX: (pointedly shakes his mostly-empty cup… which he'd apparated into existence from his own essence. As functional as it was… it didn't taste anywhere near as good as the real thing. Whether true or placebo, he couldn't tell--but facts were facts. He wanted real coffee.)
Redacted the character's name for spoiler reasons, but 👀
(He's a reality warper who can create just about any effect he wants to--both objects and otherwise. His identity is VERY spoilerific, however, haha.)
Writing this, I just KNOW there's people out there who'd see this and be like "HOW DARE YOU BE UNGRATEFUL FOR THE FACT THAT YOU CAN JUST MATERIALIZE COFFEE INTO EXISTENCE FOR YOURSELF!?!?" and I'm ngl--it amused the hell out of me.
Especially because I'm one of them LMAO--

TEN GAZILLION PONY ATTACK!!!!! this is a part 2 of my subtle animation-friendly redesigns!!! I only made changes that could have happened in the show. hair gradients can be seen in cadence, and white markings on sunburst, for example.
feel free to ask me questions about the design choices!! (just mentioning: I love the CMC's actual cutie marks, just wanted to try designing individual ones this time around!) Part 1 with the mane 6!

ARTISTS FOR PALESTINE 🇵🇸 - ROUND 3!! On the 26th April and 3rd of May, I'll be doing art requests on stream with other notable artists to raise money for Palestinian escape funds.
This round's roster is very lucky to include returning artists including webcomic artist Graveweaver (I'm The Grim Reaper), @wolfythewitch, Cuptoast, Denimcatfish and more.
If you won't be able to make it to the streams but would still like to donate money, you can find a spreadsheet with hundreds of escape funds listed here. Alternatively, you could donate to one of three funds that I am focusing a lot of my efforts on.
Donate to Anwar's family (€8,000 from escaping) Donate to Thaer’s fund (€7,000 from escaping) Donate to Salwa Al-Shandagha ($9,000 from escaping)
As always, these fundraiser streams will always be available to watch over on my twitch channel here. Hope to see some of you there!

Loving Threats
Inspired by a song and its remake. But I am trash at syncing lyrics to storybeats.
Danny and Jason met in the ghost zone when Jason was dead, but he forgot it all coming back to life. When the two of them were together, they went through the entire song and dance (literally) of asking each other out.
I'm serious. There were like 10 different musical scenes with varying themes. It was Fenton Romance at its finest. And Jason's old school romance heart was certainly played a large part too.
It was their love language. Dramatic acts, vague threats and all.
Post revival and reconnection with the Batfam, Jason spots a familiar face. A flood of memories wash through him, and with it a bout of giddiness. Though he's currently dressed as Red Hood, Danny'll be able to tell who he is and keep quiet. Just have to greet him in a way that he'll recognize.
---
Danny is out taking the kids for a walk. Dan was grumpy since he wasn't allowed any ecto chips, for both his health and as punishment for severely beating a guy who tried to mug Danny without permission yesterday. Ellie is quite cheerful, since she's going to visit the Crocodile and Zombie sewer-dudes when Danny's not looking.
All of a sudden, Red Hood, casually wielding a gun, approaches Danny. He makes an overly familiar gesture, wrapping an arm sideways around Danny's waist. He whistles under the hood, a faint green glow from the white eyespaces.
"Well who do we have here? You look half dead, honey."
Danny looked at him. Horrible pick up line? Check? Thin veneer of confidence? Check. Zero self control around Danny? Check.
Jason. The rancid ecto signature is new, though. Honestly, not surprised he's a crime lord now.
"Well, you know how it is. The kids have been running me ragged. And you sure haven't been any help."
Danny puts on an innocent smile. Jason sidles closer. A few bystanders watch them with varied expressions.
"Well you don't need to worry about that now. How about you and I go somewhere more private?"
---
"A crime boss, huh?"
Dan is raiding the fridge. Ellie is watching a fight on TV.
"It was a... necessary step. I promise I would've visited you sooner if I had known."
"It's fine. What else happened while you were gone?"
"Well..."

My favorite way to study is by making a study guide or an outline. This usually works best for me personally when it's in preparation for an essay or a paper that I'll have to write in a timed environment.
To get this out of the way- one of my professors always gave us the two questions that he was going to choose between for the final essay, so it was very easy for me to outline but I've used this method for essays I didn't know the topic of until it's time to take the test.
I like to go somewhere that's different enough from my usual surroundings, to give myself a good amount of stimulation and so I'm not in my bed or distracted by my things. For me this usually was the school library or somewhere off campus- and resulted in getting myself a treat after I was finished.
I always worked best by typing this outline on my lap and then printing it out to highlight, etc.
To start I always begin with the syllabus for the class. I look at what required readings or videos there were and check to see what I have notes for. Anything I don't have notes for gets filled in later when I studied with a classmate.
On my laptop I start with the first thing on the syllabus, pretty much word for word what that first topic is. Then I look back at my classes notes and break it down into each lesson or I bullet point the biggest themes and ideas from each lesson. I look through my notes from readings and videos and notes down whatever I took away from each and how they apply towards the larger topic from the syllabus. After this I always add a small paragraph, no more than five sentences usually, summarizing that bigger topic. I repeated this with however many topics were listed in the syllabus. Then at the very end I had a few paragraphs of "discussion" that summarized the entire outline/study guide mentioned key points, like events and dates.
I would print this out and study it and memorize whatever I could, so that I would be able to use process of elimination (at least) for multiple choice, and so that I wasn't fumbling to remember dates if an essay question came up.
Whenever I was outlining for a final from the professor who faces us the two possible essay questions, I did basically the same thing. I typed out the exact questions, came up with a basic answer (subject to change during the course of outlining), and made bullet points for everything I would need to answer the question and support my answer. For each bullet point I would then go back to the syllabus and my notes to see what I could pull to act as evidence. Typically I brought whatever required texts there were for the class so I was able to pull directly from the source material.
I printed these out and memorized them as best as I could, until I could use a pencil and a spare piece of paper to sketch out roughly the same information (albeit in less words) at any point during the day. Come the day of the final- I always did the essay first and sketched out whichever outline I had drafted for the question that the professor chosen.
Here are some screen shots from my Russian history class- As you can see I had the two questions that the final essay could be based on!

alrighty, since exam season is coming soon and i need to go a little harder on things, i want to ask if there is any study tip that you want to share?
focus method, study method, anything really. i have my own approach to my things but i want to learn some other ways / perspectives; maybe something new will work better than what i've been sticking to so far!

Best study tips?
Oh you don't want that advice from me. My law school professors are still using me as an example of don't do this (unless it works for you (but it won't unless you're crazy.)) I am an undisputed queen of the eleventh hour caffenated cram session, followed by a 90 minute REM cycle and fugue state exam.
I guess the only things I can say, in good conscience, is to give yourself a place to study where that is the ONLY thing you do. I learned really fast that I cannot study at home. I'm too easily distracted. So instead I would study at the lawbrary for as late as it was open, (usually 2 am) and then relocate to a 24 hour diner if I needed to keep going. Even a noisy diner was easier to study in, because there's nothing to do there but eat or whatever work you brought with. I'm not saying that's necessarily going to work for everyone, but having a physical location where Study Happens really helped me maintain focus.
On a similar note, if you're trying to retain huge quantities of information, physically mapping them out can help. Not just with fitting the info together, but in helping your brain network it together in a consistent and recallable way. When I was Bar prepping, I literally covered the walls of my lawbrary study room with outlines and flowcharts of all of the relevant material. And when I needed to recall it, I would find myself at the testing desk, looking up into the empty space where that information was logged, and I would know it.

But honestly studying is just a process of figuring out what works best for you.
