one of my favorite things about dps is the completely irrelevant background conversations/comments you’re probably not meant to hear but are still just barely audible? like the two guys in the study room arguing over their turns on the dart board, or the guys laughing under their breath and making ridiculing remarks when knox reads out his poem for chris, or the people in the opening scenes you can hear finding their friends and saying hi. it literally doesn’t matter at all, but it makes it feel so much realer and like you’ve really just been dropped into the setting with todd on the first day.

Ben's introduction back in Season 1 is definitely one of the best. The angles switching between him being seen, the way he doesn't actually say anything, Diego checking the rear view mirror to see nothing. Ben's literal haunting presence

Apollo four teens is honestly the episode of all time. The intro is a banger, they go so hard into the teen marriage, scary is insane, my bestie hero oak is there with all the drama she brings, and of course, Team Stunt Teenz

Have you seen the new Batman tv show Batman the caped crusader? Thoughts?

I just started it and haven't been able to fully catch up yet, but DAMN I am loving it, and this lovely lady stole the show for me instantly ⬇️

The animation and the story and the overall feel of it takes me back to what I loved most about BTAS, but it's also new and unique. The updates to different characters like Penguin and Harley are fun and I love it! there are also some fun call-backs to keep the nostalgia factor while also still giving us something new! I can't wait to see more and see where it leads. This really is a massive W for BTAS fans in my opinion.

Look at him look at this character design, the silouhette, his aura, his presence ??? The robes with the slits on the end ?? The 18th century cunty shoes ?? Puffy sleeves ??? Golden emborideries ?? That insanely cool staff giving him at least +10 charisma !!! (The general priest-ish look...)

can we please take a moment to appreciate the absolute BANGER of an ep that is s2 e4 Barf Bum Movie Men. the Piss Shop intro. the anagram generator shenanigans. Sherwin Touchie, Dookie Mo Oil, and our FAVORITE beloved boy mr Unworthy himself. ELYSE GUESTING AND BEING THE FUCKING FUNNIEST PERSON IN THE WORLD. pissfoot gumtoucher origins. Scary's tummy ache origins. "i can handle anything. riding a horse broke my hymen." Taylor writing 'sExxxx Drippins' on his backpack. Elyse guesting. "cant you even tell what's wrong with my face?' 'all three boys look up at her face for the first time." LOU BEGA. the battle between Beth and Anthony over what the horn sounds like. trumpet acid. the popular kids have secret entrances and also a horse stable. did i mention Elyse guesting. truly one for the history books if i do say so myself

One of the things I’m most excited to see is whether they will change the intro for part 2, because… well… one of the main focuses of the s2.1 intro is, yk, Kai doing rising dragon and the whole thing about the gong of shattering and stuff— to me it just doesn’t match very well to a bunch of tournament episodes.

But they usually don’t change the intro in between seasons, no matter what happens… we’ll have to wait and see
