So... Kara and Mon-El are dating but Mon-El realizes Kara has a crush on Lena. Polyamory is a much more accepted thing on Daxam than it is on Earth and Krypton was somewhere in between, so when Mon-El points out to Kara that she's making with the puppy-heart-eyes at her bestie... he's all 'you should go for it, I'd be cool being her metamour' and Kara... needs to talk it out a lot.

A lot a lot.

But eventually Mon-El gets her to go for it and when Kara flubs things because of course she does, Mon-El cheerfully just sits down to lunch with Lena somewhere and before she can get upset about this he goes "you're gorgeous but I'm not interested in dating you. But my girlfriend is, she totally loves and adores you and think the two of you would really enjoy dating. And then that would make you and I metamours which could be a really fun friendship for us. Or just like, tolerating each other politely but I'd rather friends. Also, you know Winn decently well. I'm pretty sure when I tell Kara I've got a crush on him she'll be cool with it, but do you think I'd have a shot with him?"

Lena staring at him blankly for a long moment before recovering. "He keeps staring at your ass on game night, so there's a good chance you do. And... you really... want me to date your girlfriend?"

"It'd make you both really happy? So why not? I know Earth is kinda uptight about the polyamory thing, but I was raised to be pretty chill about it. It's not cheating when everyone is aware and communicating in a healthy way about it, so... oh, uh, yeah. I'm an alien. Hope that's fine?"

Lena, weakly, "yeah, that's fine." Maaaybe just a little overwhelmed by Mon-el being so chirpy about the whole thing.

When Alaric cut off his head, it didn't just kill Kai Parker, but also sent his consciousness or spirit, or whatever to another universe. One where superheroes like Superman and Supergirl were real. That's when Kai discovered... Him. The young man named Y/N, who apparently thought he was someone else by the name of Mon-El. Kai had originally wanted to create chaos and mischief on this earth, but once he saw Y/N, he figured he could play the amnesiac ex-boyfriend of Y/N. Kai cast a spell in order to see all of Y/N's memories of this alien doppelganger of his, even went as far as using a duplication spell to replicate his alien powers. Y/N and the others were none the wiser as Kai settled into his new life as the former alien prince of Daxam.
