Just did! Gotta say, I completely missed the controversy myself, but I do like the math behind it. There's a lot of really good calculations hidden in the video.

Regarding the limit, if you have an event of probability 1/n and try it 10^19 times, you can approximate the probability of the event happening once by 1 - e^(-m/n). Thus, the odds that these speedruns would happen as 10 billion people do 6 speedruns per second for 100 years, is about 1 - e^(-1/1000). Not looking good for him!
