This 15 minute booster is all you need to get your body moving and your metabolism fired up! You don't need any fancy equipment with this routine. Just fire up your motivation and clear some space, you're ready to go.
We start off with some Jumping Jacks and High Knee Jacks so we can get your heart pumping and your body warmed up. These moves will start up your cardio and fully engage your whole body. After that, we’ll work on strength and stability with Burpee Side Taps, Side Lunge Windmills, and Skater Jumps. This combo will target multiple muscle groups, boost your balance, and activate your core. Then, we’ll move to Lunge Jumps, Forward Jumps, and Step Jacks. These exercises are all about legs and glutes, plus they keep the heart rate high, with Step Jacks offering a low-impact option. To finish with the routine, we’ll focus on flexibility with Slow Mountain Climbers, Body Rotations, and Torso Twists, helping you strengthen your core and improve posture.

10 Easy Ways to Lose Weight Naturally
1) Every day after waking up in the morning, eat one tomato on an empty stomach.
2) Mix 3 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp honey and drink it with a glass of water every morning. Do this continuously for 3 months, you will feel the change in your figure.
3) Even drinking a glass of carrot juice daily does not increase obesity.
4) Cut a lot of cabbage and mix it in the salad. Even this will keep you slim. Cabbage is easily digested. Also, eating it gives a feeling of being full for a long time.
5) Boil ginger and lemon slices in a glass of water for some time, then filter the water and drink it (make sure the water is hot). It prevents obesity as well as overeating.
6) Avoid excessive consumption of rice and potatoes. If you cannot live without eating rice, then cook rice in a pot instead of a cooker and throw away the excess water.
7) Include fruits like jackfruit, grapes, papaya, pineapple, apple, French beans, figs, peach, guava etc. in your diet. They are helpful in reducing weight.
8) Green tea also helps in reducing obesity.
9) Fasting once a week is also a good option. Take only liquid things on this day, it will remove toxins and extra fat from the body.
10) Avoid consuming too much salt, it leads to weight gain.

How To: Boost Your Metabolism :D
(as someone who lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months)
1. B6 & B12 boosts metabolism (you can take B6 without food, but B12 absorbs better with food) - These vitamins give you more energy and improve nerve health :D
2. Coffee/Energy Drinks/Caffeine Pills (duh) - Anything with caffeine will keep you alert, focused, and lose those pounds! Be aware of those high sugar/cal monsters or those fatty coffee drinks.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar - I find it helps with burning food/ making me less hungry. You can get these in pill form or dilute it
4. Warm lemon water/Teas - Very low cals, better water intake, debloats you. Again be careful of the sugar contents
5. Exercise like pilates, running/walking, weights, yoga, etc. - Easy way to gain muscle/lose fat- Basically resistance training
7. Fasting - Boosts your metabolism and overall health
8. Proteins!! Protein + gaining muscle will increase metabolism. As you st⭐️rve, still keep eating those proteins!!
9. Sleep!! Getting less than 6 hours of sleep will decrease your metabolism

getting over your morning grogginess
hydrate: starting your day with a glass of water is essential. after hours of not drinking, your body needs rehydration. it can help kick-start your metabolism and make you feel more awake.
stretch or exercise: engaging in a few light stretches or a brief walk can get your blood flowing and increase oxygen to your brain. it’s a great way to shake off sleepiness and energize your body.
fresh air: stepping outside for fresh air can be invigorating. natural light helps regulate your body’s internal clock and boosts your mood, while the change in environment can stimulate your senses.
caffeine: a cup of coffee or tea can give you a nice energy boost. caffeine stimulates your central nervous system, helping you feel more alert. just be mindful not to overdo it, as too much can make you jittery.
cool shower: a quick cool or lukewarm shower can wake up your senses. the sudden change in temperature can be invigorating and help you feel more refreshed.
