Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Put the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley in a large bowl. Put the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk.
