You clung to her, desperate for the comfort her touch provided, feeling your breath catch as you tried to force yourself to calm down.
There, in her arms, you knew that hiding wasn't an option anymore.
"What's wrong, amor?" her voice was so tender that the words you'd been holding back spilled out before you could stop them. Choking on each syllable, you told her everything—how much you hated the way you looked, how every curve felt wrong, how the stretch marks on your thighs and hips felt like a betrayal. You flinched, and she immediately softened, her fingers brushing your cheek as she leaned forward, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead. "I'm sorry, amor. I didn't mean to scare you. But you're wrong," she said, her voice still laced with intensity. She tilted your chin up, forcing you to meet her gaze.
"Please, just listen."
You nodded, still sniffling, your fingers curled into her shirt as you leaned into her touch.

Ahh thank you!! I do have a weightlifting coach, she makes my workout plans every day but I can share my nutrition plans + my usual mobility stretches - this makes a huge difference since I was starting from being a couch potato 💕
Nutrition- 3 meals with at least 30-40g of protein each meal and minimum 2,700 calories but more is good! I like the chocolate mutant mass protein powder and put unflavored collagen peptides in everything. At least 100oz of water every day
Mobility stretches (look these up) - 12 reps of Cat Cow, Superman Arm Sweeps. 10 reps of Dynamic Thread the Needle (on each side), Kneeling Hip CARS (each side), 90/90 Hip Shifts ** my mobility stretches change slightly depending on what area I’m working out
At the gym - 4 x 6-10 reps deadlift on smith machine, 3 x 6-12 dumbbell hammer curls, 3 x 8-12 dumbbell Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), 3 x 6-12 cable machine lat pulldown, 2 x 15 each side mini band standing glute hyperextension (one foot on a riser while the other leg extends), 2 x 20 hip abductions (usually there’s a machine for these)
If you’re new to lifting the first number is the number of sets - take a minute to rest between sets or even a bit longer if needed. Second number is the range of reps you do. When researching these I would look up the right tempo for eccentric/concentric muscle contractions because that can really maximize the efficacy. I usually do a practice set with as little weight as possible before the actual set of each new exercise to make sure my form is good, bad form can cause sprains, imbalances or soreness.
I finish my weightlifting with some cooldown stretches - today it’s 60 secof wide leg oblique stretching, 60 sec childs pose lat stretch, 60 sec prone cross over leg glute stretch

Monday - Friday I rotate through different muscle groups so I just shared my Monday routine (pull day!) and my coach tailors it to my personal goals as well. There’s a lot of good weightlifting programs online for free! I don’t do an ounce of cardio either, only strength training.

75 Soft, Student + Mental Health Edition


It's the new year, which means it's time for another 75 day challenge! My 75 Soft version for studying success has two sections - learning and wellbeing. Since this is a more gentle program focussed on consistency rather than perfection, I've added in the ability to skip or mess up one day a week in case life happens. Some of these are specific to me and my needs, so feel free to modify as needed.
• 45 minutes of studying (or other learning)
As a part time online history student, I count studying as watching lectures, doing readings, working on assignments, or going on field trips for research. If you're a full time student or study something with more memorisation involved, you can increase this amount.
• Duolingo + 15 minutes of immersion + 1 story summary a week
My goal is to get one unit of Duolingo done every two days, so that's about 15-30 minutes already, but I don't think I can learn French with Duolingo alone. I'm going to increase the amount of immersion per quarter, but for Q1 it's only 15 minutes, so I've found some French TikTokers and YouTubers to watch. I learned about the story summary method on Pinterest and it's so simple: read a story or article in your target language, then summarise what you read in your target language. I don't have enough stories to do that every day, so I'm going to do it once a week.
• Read 10 pages
Reading allows for more unstructured learning and can help with critical thinking, among so many other things. I like reading classics and non fiction, but it can be any book. Right now, I'm reading The Bell Jar (it's amazing).
• Any amount of outdoor exercise
It's always good to get fresh air! My main fitness goal of this year is to learn how to do pistol squats, and the steps outside my house are perfect for squat touchdowns. I do anywhere from 10-50 on each side per day, and when I get stronger I can aim for two steps down.
• Any amount of indoor exercise
There are some movements I love doing, but they can't/shouldn't be done outside, so I've added indoor exercise to this. Doing my little ballet spins (based on fouettes but definitely not real ones since I haven't learned ballet), at-home pilates with my sibling, or a light arm workout can really boost my mood throughout the day.
• No caffeine until 90 minutes after waking
This is just good advice. I can't remember which hormones exactly but I know it messes with your circadian rhythm to have caffeine first thing in the morning. Most days I'm good with this but every so often a cup of tea gets made too early.
• No binging or restricting food
I'm learning how to listen to my body this year, and for that I need to stop letting my head decide how much I eat. No more emotional binges, and no more guilty restriction. I will eat whenever I'm hungry, and stop when I'm 80% full.
• 2 large meals made with whole foods
This is mostly to help me keep up with my main contribution to the household: planning and cooking all the meals. My breakfast is already pretty healthy, I'd say, and I don't need lunch, so it's only dinner that matters. I love finding new recipes to try, and I love the way my body feels after eating something with lots of vitamins, minerals, and protein.
• 8 hours of sleep
If I don't sleep a full 8 hours, I am contractually obliged to nap. Really, it should be longer than 8 hours for me, but I'm getting way better at staying awake throughout the day so I'm leaving it at that.
• Leave the house alone 4 times a week
My therapist made me do this every day back in August, but I got a bit too comfortable recently and now going out is starting to scare me again. Time to maintain that muscle.
• 3 30 min sessions of ERP a week
I decided this year that I would stop letting my OCD control my life. I had been passively working on it for a couple of years, but it's time to take it seriously. I've learned some ways to respond to intrusive thoughts without doing compulsions, and I'm excited to see them start to work.

A Baymax darling with the Hunting Dogs would be an interesting dynamic for sure.
Jouno would probably appreciate such a darling the most considering that he can hear the emotions of others and gets very quickly annoyed when he is met with someone who is very noisy or emotional. Around a Baymax reader that wouldn't happen since she is programmed to have a calming effect around others meaning that her emotions are very gentle and she will definitely take into consideration that he has sensitive ears and speak quietly or even play calming music when she scans that he is stressed.
Tecchou trains a lot so she would probably craft a healthy fitness plan for him and even create a specific diet for him so he gets the daily dosis of fat, protein and energy that he needs. She'll probably be even there when he is doing his training to supervise that he doesn't hurt himself.
With Teruko I believe there could be some arguments because she is able to age herself and others meaning that reader would probably mistake her as a child more often and as a result treat her as one. When she for example throws a tantrum reader might offer her a lollipop and pat her head in an attempt to cheer her up.
Fukuchi would be the hardest to crack because his heart is very closed off despite his friendly and charismatic appearance but knowing that he has gone to war would lead reader to most likely try to be the therapeut for him.

✿ I wasn't able to work out on Monday and missed tuesdays workout, so instead of two workout videos for today, it's 4 as I'm splitting monday and tuesdays workout I to the rest of the week. today was very mid and not very focused. I didn't totally complete today's workout (didn't fo 1 pilates stretch video) today is meant to be a rest day in the program i'm doing and today's workouts are optional I did the first one but not the pilates stretch (there wasn't time I had to get ready for church). I will do better tomorrow. I plan to do a lot of cleaning tomorrow

𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑠𝑘𝑖𝑝 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑠
♡ eat healthier instead! Meal prep for the week, it saves time and it won't be as tempting to go for something unhealthy when you planned ahead. Make sure your meals are filled with fiber (helps with gut health) and protein (boosts metabolism), they also keep you full.
𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑡
♡ when I say this I mean a healthy calorie deficit (not those crazy 200cal diets), on average, cutting 500cals from your normal amount can help you get started on a good, consistent weight loss plan. But honestly just use a free app to help you track your calorie intake. Don't obsess with calorie counting though, you don't have to do strictly those cals, nothing more nothing less, like you can go a little over your limit sometimes I promise it won't be the end of the world.
𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑘 𝑤𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑏𝑒𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑠
♡ drinking one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. but don't drink too soon before or after a meal cause the water will dilute the digestive juices. Also drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients!!

♡ studies have shown that having a regular walking program can help you melt away some extra weight. Just 2 1/2 hours of walking a week (about 20 minutes a day) can shrink your belly by about 2.5cm in 4 weeks !! Also walking is fun, just put on your fav playlist, bring water and have a hot girl walk!! Before driving or anything think "Could I walk there?". Walking can also reduce stress, help ward off symptoms of depression and helps you be more positive! If you have strict parents that don't let you walk alone (like myself) go to the gym and get on the tredmill or walk around the house or backyard.

♡ pilates is so good and effective, a study in 2017 showed that practicing Pilates for two months not only was effective for weight loss, it also reduced BMI and toned waist, abdomen, and hip areas. If you're like me and can't afford or don't have time to go to classes literally just search "pilates workout" on youtube and you'll get a ton of them!! pair this with a daily hot girl walk and your pretty much set

♡ getting quality sleep is super important for a healthy weight loss plan and also for your mental health in general. Research has shown that losing sleep while dieting can reduce the amount of weight lost and encourage overeating. Try to get around 7–9 hours of sleep per night.

♡ listen, I get it, I've been there done that, you wanna see results quick and are sick of feeling bad, but babe, when you workout and diet to an extreme level, your body can go out of balance. This can literally slow down your weight loss process, so you're doing the reverse of what you wanted, also it's totally exhausting and so not worth it. Please have patience with your body.

ur tips are legit life savers i could kiss u for em... thank u forever!! what are some weight loss and ana apps u recommend to help track cals and meal plan and workout and stuff?
I like Cronometer for tracking since it shows you your nutrients more thoroughly than other programs.
I usually just use TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or cookbooks and magazines for food ideas. I follow a lot of chefs, food scientists, and dieticians, for example. I also come from two strong ethnic backgrounds with a lot of food traditions which is something that you might need to consider - what I like to eat might not look like what you do. Food is really personal, so it'll depend a lot on what you like and what you're able and willing to compromise.
Working out can also be very personal. I have medical conditions that affect my ability to exercise. During flares I experience post exertion malaise and can't do much. Even on good days, once my meds wear off I have trouble with basic activities. I love dance, Pilates, walks, and hiking, but those things don't always love me! Dansique Fitness and Ballet Misfit are my favorite YouTubers for fitness though!

Today's (10/22/2024) Episode: Making Time For Romance
Skye’s doctor and eye appointments arrived shortly after Luigi’s meetup with his old coach. Both visits had been scheduled after school, leaving his parents with the day to themselves and time to kill.
They started out in the living room, Noemi diving into a novel while Luigi fired up a game of Manic Matchums on the virtual gaming mat he’d received when he got promoted. However, it wasn’t long before he sensed her standing beside him, a pensive look on her face.
As soon as he turned off the program she lamented “The book is good, but I can’t concentrate. I’m worried about Skye. He already struggles so much with his emotions; I don’t know how he’ll react if he gets bad news tonight.”
“I know” Luigi replied “I was pretty distracted myself honestly. I think what we need is to get out of here for awhile, and I know just the place. You ready to take another trip down memory lane?” “Sure” she said “Anything is better than sitting around the house stewing. Lead the way!”
In no time the pair arrived at the gym and spa near their old apartment in the city. “Odd choice to take your mind off your worries” Noemi said, “Seeing as how the last time we were here you were having a pretty bad day.”
“Yes” Luigi agreed “but the lesson from that day was that a certain special lady helped me got over it quickly.” He pulled her into his arms and delivered a long, romantic kiss. “I’m sure she’ll do just as fine a job helping our son deal with whatever he learns tonight.”
Noemi smiled softly and ducked out from under his arms. “I always do my best for you troublesome little Lawbournes. Now we better get a move on so we have some time left after our workout to relax.” She jogged towards the entrance calling out over her shoulder: “Do try to keep up!”
“Arugh!” Luigi cried a couple hours later, swinging his arm in a controlled arc and smacking the punching bag in front of him with a satisfying thunk. Stripping off his gloves he turned to his wife, “I don’t know about you, but that was just what I needed.”
“Agreed” Noemi said, removing her own gear “Now I’m too tired to think! Come on, let’s sit down and catch our breath, then maybe we can get in a swim or have a little fun in the sauna before heading back” she winked “just like old times…”
“… and you actually came hobbling up to me the next evening before practice with the 5 simoleons!” Noemi laughed “I couldn’t believe you thought I would take your money! That stupid dunking contest was my idea and then I had to watch you limping around campus for a week – I felt terrible!”
“Hey, a bets a bet” Luigi chuckled “and to be fair, you convinced me to give up on the game and relax. It was running around playing amateur firefighter when I got home that really did me in. Then you spent that week, I’ll never forget it, joining me for dinner and bringing me my meal so I didn’t have to stand in line. It was so sweet. By the end of it I was crazier about you than ever!”
“I should have known it was too good to last” Luigi groaned as the flash of cameras interrupted their tete a tete “how do they keep finding us!?”
“I have no idea, it’s not like we were even planning to be out” Noemi replied. “Do you think they’ll cause any trouble at the doctors office tonight?”
“I’ll call ahead and arrange a discreet exam room” he replied, rising to shoo away the paparazzi “But I do think this is our cue to get out of here.”
They were headed towards the exit when a tiny voice called out “Look mom – its Mr. Luigi!” and a small boy came running over “You’re the best scuffle player ever – I want to be just like you one day!” Luigi grinned, much happier to talk with his fans than deal with nosy paparazzi.
“I need a quick shower.” Luigi said as they got home. He spun out of his sweaty clothes, but didn’t quite reach the tub before he was ambushed.
Noemi’s strong arms spun him back into a hungry kiss; the towel she was wearing all that stood between them as he surrendered to her embrace.
“I love the way you think” he whispered, taking his eyes off her just long enough to turn on the water before pulling her into the tub with him.
They emerged, quite satisfied, just in time to hear the back door slam and Skye call out “Mom? Dad? Where are you?” “Well, I guess play time’s over” Luigi said, hollering back “We’ll be right there!” They had a big day ahead of them, and that morning had been a great start.

Room For One More?

Yoongi, Hobi, and Jimin met in college and ended up being roommates after becoming quick close friends. They met through mutual friends and just clicked immediately, agreeing to find an apartment and move in together as soon as they could.
After graduating, they all had work or grad programs lined up in the same area of the city so they continued living together which helped them finally work out their feelings. They ended up in an established relationship within weeks of moving into the new post-college place and couldn’t be happier.
Jimin had noticed that Yoongi and Hobi had something going on with food even before they were dating, but he also assumed that Yoongi’s casual but progressive gain over the past five years was just that college and relationship gain.
Yoongi had sized up many times throughout their time in college. Jimin assumed the initial gain came from a good dining hall and drinking with friends when he first noticed Yoongi’s cute little beer belly.
It had continued as college went on, again as assumed college gain. It was as if Yoongi had collected his freshman fifteen every year.
His little beer belly became a soft, chubby midsection that Jimin enjoyed cuddling up on any chance he got with how comfortable and warm Yoongi became.
Jimin never felt like he could bring it up because what an embarrassing thing to be wrong about. He can’t imagine the thought of accusing them of this arrangement and potentially body-shaming his partner.
That was until Jimin heard them discussing it in bed one night while they clearly thought he was asleep. It confirmed his suspicions that the gain had been mostly intentional and Hobi encouraged that gain for Yoongi.
The idea of gaining and hearing how the other two talked about their dynamic immediately interested Jimin, like it opened his eyes to the kink instantly. He had spent so long trying to ignore the assumption that Jimin hadn’t even considered his own feelings toward it.
Jimin understood why they hid it and he was not mad about it, but he also wanted to surprise them while exploring it himself and in a way, get back at them for hiding it for so long.
Making a plan was easy because Jimin knew that if food seemed to be missing, Hobi would assume it was Yoongi eating it. He would eat his normal meal-prepped lunches for school and then also go get snacks, pastries, or even another meal at the campus dining hall.
His morning run became a morning walk, sometimes with a stop at the coffee shop or bakery near their apartment. Jimin accepted more invites to drinks with friends or classmates where he ordered a few beers and an appetizer instead of one cocktail like he used to.
Snacks and candy were always fully stocked in his bag when Jimin went to study at the library, but he tried to invite Taehyung and Jungkook to coffee shops more often now. He added extra calories to his smoothies and did low-intensity or lifting workouts when he went to the gym with Jungkook instead of his typical cardio circuits.
Sometimes, Jimin even dropped the workout altogether for a bike ride with Namjoon or a little dinner out with Jin. He made very intentional and effective choices to incorporate more calories in a healthy way wherever he could.
And it was a success. Jimin started gaining on his own but wearing baggier clothes which was easy since he often stole Yoongi’s sweaters and hoodies.
Jimin knew his partners were starting to notice a little bit when they got intimate, but neither Yoongi nor Hobi said anything. It didn’t get awkward either since it was nothing more than a little softness, less than twenty pounds after three or four months.
It was clear to Jimin that most of the weight went to his bottom half. His thighs and hips were filling out all his pants more noticeably, but his stomach had certainly gone from flat and toned to a soft layer of pudge.
Easily written off as normal relationship gain plus the stress of a grad program. Jimin didn’t think anyone around him had truly thought of it as anything to comment on.
After confirming for himself that he was definitely enjoying the process and his body, Jimin felt ready to have them acknowledge his gain and encourage him. He wanted to be in on the dynamic, but he also wanted a good reveal.
Jimin had a trip scheduled with Taehyung and Jungkook, also knowing that when he got back, Yoongi had a trip for work and Hobi also had a trip with friends scheduled. Since he was not going to see them for over a month besides video calls, Jimin decided to eat very well on his trip and when he had their place to himself after he got back.
When Yoongi and Hobi both got back home on the same day from their respective trips, they arrived to find something they never expected and never will forget.
Jimin had on one of his old crop tops from college that was now skin tight, hemline clinging to him above his belly button, and a pair of sweatpants snug on his thighs, waistband tied and tucked below his new little belly that was more round and pronounced considering he had been eating all day.
Yoongi and Hobi were speechless. They couldn’t hide their evident interest in Jimin’s new gain, clearly losing their minds internally while trying to figure out what to say. Jimin loved it.
He loved the way they were both looking at him like they were about to lose their minds. Jimin had never felt more confident in front of his partners before which said a lot considering how generous Yoongi and Hobi were with their love.
Jimin decided to come clean first, making it easier for Yoongi and Hobi who obviously were trying to figure out what to do. He told them about how he found out, how it immediately interested him, and how he planned for this.
It seemed to instantly settle Yoongi and Hobi that Jimin’s choices came from a place of personal interest and not from their expectations.
Yoongi said they shouldn’t be surprised considering how obvious they could be at times and how he’s clearly put on weight over the past couple of years.
Hobi shared how excited he was to incorporate Jimin into their dynamic, especially when he’s clearly a natural at it. The teasing already having the effect Jimin was hoping for as he felt his cheeks getting warm from the praise.
Both also apologized for not telling Jimin sooner, considering that they had a platonic dynamic before transitioning into their romantic relationship.
Jimin forgave them, knowing it was personal, but he also decided to tease them back.
“It’s alright, I understand. But just think about how much more I would’ve gained by now if you told me,” Jimin said, sending a little wink their way as he took another bite of hotteok he had been eating.
Hobi finally decided to cross the room, pulling Jimin into a kiss that tasted like the sugary sweetness of his dessert. His hands moved freely to all the places he had been resisting lately when he first noticed Jimin’s slight gain.
Yoongi sidled up beside them, stealing a kiss of his before also stealing a bite of the hotteok. His hand slipped around Jimin’s waist and noted the tightness of his full stomach - a sensation Yoongi didn’t realize he was attracted to on another person when it’s usually his own belly feeling that way.
As Hobi was dropping little whispers of praise while encouraging Jimin to take a bite of another hotteok, Yoongi tentatively massaged his hands across Jimin’s middle until he pinched the new layer of pudge below his belly button.
Yoongi and Hobi knew they were in for a treat with the soft gasp that left Jimin’s lips from Yoongi’s touch. With his recently discovered enthusiasm and gaining journey now out in the open, it already was making their dynamic feel refreshed and stronger.
