The rain fell in a soft patter as Marnie made her way around the corner towards her shop, keys in one hand and the other gripping the largest hot latte she could get from the coffee shop around the corner from her tattoo shop. She sipped absently at the hot coffee, head bobbing a bit to the music playing from the earbud in her left ear, hood of her jacket pulled up to keep dark waves clear of the rain. Shifting the keys in her hand the witch found the one that unlocked the front door. The woman stopped short just a few paces before the door, eyes finding a person waiting for her. 

“Good… morning,” she called, though it was closer to noon than any early hour in the morning, the benefit of owning one’s own business was making the hours. Marnie eyed the person before glancing at the locked door. Aside from being a tattoo parlor the shop also doubled as a crystal shop and a less known product of magic laced drugs she sold for another witch. Her brow furrowed some as she pondered her schedule and eyed the person again, a small smirk pressing at her lips as she tilted her hooded head and arched her brows expectantly. “– were you waiting for me?” She held their gaze though narrowed her own just slightly in a somewhat suspicious manner, trying to gauge their intentions.

What was your first fandom (reading and/or writing)? Supernatural. I'd never really got into a show seriously until I watched that and I fell deep. It was my main hyperfixation for years and then 911 came along and gave it the boot

What was the first story you ever wrote (even if it was never posted) and what made you decide to write it? So I technically wrote Halloweentown fanfic when I was a kid, because I had a huge crush on Marnie and I was obsessed with magic

What piece of advice would you give your younger fic-writing self? I've really only recently started seriously writing fic, but I would tell the me of a couple months ago to pace themselves, nothing wrong with taking your time, the world won't end if you don't get everything done all at once

What's an early fandom interaction that stuck with you (be it a nice comment, a friend you made, a fic that got a lot of feedback etc.)? Again, I've only recently started actually engaging with other people in the same fandom as me, and these past few months I've had a lot of amazing interactions and conversations with so many beautiful people in the 911 fandom. There is one person who has been so supportive and has been really inspiring and become a really good friend and I'm very thankful for them and honestly everyone I've interacted with

I will share a little snipped from my fantasy au

Eddie sits on the bed, cleaning one of his beloved daggers. Buck can see the firelight glinting in the bone white hilt, the one Eddie keeps strapped to his thigh.

Buck’s eyes flitter to the strap on Eddie’s leg, empty but still so tempting. The leather hugs the muscles of Eddie’s thigh, highlighting the strength there and shifting with Eddie’s movements like it’s a second skin.

Idly, Buck wonders which would be more soft and supple, the leather strap or the inside of Eddie’s thighs.

The mere thought of having his hands, his lips, his tongue on that part of Eddie, so hidden and delicate and sensitive, makes him shudder.

SPN Season 8 rewatch thoughts

- Currently my least favorite season (post season 5 I think it goes 7, 6, 8) The plot is at least coherent but I hate Benny and Amelia. Both as characters and their use as devices to cause tension between my boys.

- Even though the plot is coherent it’s pointless bc they don’t even complete the trials!!!! Can demons be cured? We still don’t know!

- We also get information about Cas basically being alive forever and continually having his memory wiped and angel mind control that I don’t remember getting revisited?

- Kevin is the bright spot but he is like GOING THROUGH IT and is basically abandoned

- if the fandom didn’t love Cas when I watched I honestly and am unsure how I’d feel about him he is soooo stupid at the end of this season. And mean to Kevin which is not cool!

- Crowley remains the smartest character. Team Crowley. Abbadon is meh. Does she use that “tell me what you see” thing ever again?

- this season is when Sam became my favorite. Dean is so mean to him at the start of the season and is such a little brat about it.

- Garth/Southern Comfort another bright spot but again Dean is such a dick!

-Charlie/LARP and the Real Girl Another bright spot and Dean is not a dick in this ep!

- I forget if Goodbye Stranger is when Meg actually dies but what a lame way for her to go

- I do like the plot line of Cas hiding out in a chain restaurant to escape angels

- I can’t believe Abbadon comes back because the boys WILLINGLY STITCH HER BACK TOGETHER

- oh I do love Crowley talking about Girls! And calling Sam Marnie to his Hannah!

- Still can’t believe Benny had to die, Sam had to almost die, and the gates of hell were almost closed just for these guys to talk about their feelings! Men!

- the shot of the angels getting cast out is great! I do like that plotline

Friendly reminder that Crowley started S11 with raping and killing four people for kicks, and ended S12 with knowingly giving Ketch the Hellhound that killed Eileen, applauding the Men of Letters killing Sam and Dean’s friends (Hunters) en masse, whining about his thankless job as king of Hell, rather than changing to be a person people thank, and planning to lock demons away/die to trap Lucifer, self-professedly because he hates them/him, and knows he can’t win (and with absolutely no fucking anything decent behind it). So no, his ass wasn’t redeemable, no, he wasn’t a fucking hero, no, people should not be mourning him if they want to seem like at all decent people [pointed Look @ Rowena], and no, he does not deserve to come back, no matter how much Mark “White Male Privilege” Sheppard bitches about it or how many characters they try to shove into the RIDICULOUS role of wanting that for even half a second.

“There is no out. Only duty.” Damn, Cas.

I love that Cas has to add that technicality.

Wow. Fine acting form Mark Sheppard there.

“Would it be possible, Moose...I'd like...to ask you a-a favor, Sam. Earlier, when you were confessing back there...what did you say? I only ask because, given my history...it raises the question... Where do I start...to even look for forgiveness?” Mark Sheppard is truly doing a great job.

Human!Crowley was wonderful.

“Come on, Kev! We're on the one-yard line here.”

“Okay, a-and I should have mentioned this six months ago, but the sports metaphors -- y-you want to motivate me, "Magic" cards, "Skyrim," Aziz Ansari.”

“What? Yeah, I don't know what those words mean.”

Pfft.

“Metatron isn't trying to fix anything. He's trying to break it -- an act of revenge for driving him away.”

“Break it how?”

“Expel all Angels from Heaven, just as God cast out Lucifer.”

“Cast you out? To where? Hell?”

“Here. Thousands of us, walking the Earth.”

Naomi’s telling the truth.

Dean can stop a powerful warrior with one touch.

“If Sam completes those trials, he is going to die.” Oh dear.

“I will listen.”

“Dean, I'm not wrong. I'm going to fix my home.” I’m not sure which I consider more painful: that Cas was wrong, or that Cas still considered heaven his home.

Now knowing that Naomi’s still alive, it’s kinda obvious that a drill to the head wouldn’t have killed her and she was just catatonic here.

“She told you I lied, didn't she? You should've listened to the bitch.” Metatron, you asshole.

“What's going on? Where's Cas?!”

“Metatron lied. You finish this trial, you're dead, Sam.”

“So?”

That one little word shattered my heart.

“These were never trials, Castiel. This is a spell. And what I'm taking from you now -- your essence, your Grace -- is the last piece.”

The moment that changed Cas forever.

“Think about it. Think about what we know, huh? Pulling souls from Hell, curing demons, hell, ganking a Hellhound! We have enough knowledge on our side to turn the tide here.” 2 of these 3 things will come back. They’ll work a case that involves killing a hellhound in S12, and even sooner than that, they’ll cure demon!Dean.

“You want to know what I confessed in there? What my greatest sin was? It was how many times I let you down. I can't do that again. What happens when you've decided I can't be trusted again?”

(So Sam was jealous of Cas?)

“Hold on, hold on! You seriously think that? Because none of it -- none of it -- is true. Listen, man, I know we've had our disagreements, okay? Hell, I know I've said some junk that set you back on your heels. But, Sammy...come on. I killed Benny to save you. I'm willing to let this bastard and all the sons of bitches that killed mom walk because of you. Don't you dare think that there is anything, past or present, that I would put in front of you! It has never been like that, ever! I need you to see that. I'm begging you.”

Dean loves his little kid brother very much, and it is the backbone of this show.

“Hey, listen,we will figure it out, okay, just like we always do. Come on.”

“Castiel?! Where the hell are you?” Cas can’t come to the phone right now.

So for the next part of the Pour Out Your Heart series, I have Shane & Zane in the ~haunted maze~ late at night after the festival, playing hide & go seek with Maru, Sam, Abigail, & Sebastian (Emily wheedled them into it to make sure Sam, Abby, & Seb didn’t get too wild, bc they’d been drinking a bit; Maru went to keep an eye on Seb, much to his annoyance).

And I like the idea a lot, but now I’m stuck. What comes next? What awkward unresolved sxual tension situation can I put them in? Everything so far has been very much early early pre relationship stuff so I want to throw in a little ‘oh god what are these feelings also fxck you’re hot’ for this one.

Oh, and everyone is in a costume because you’ll take my Halloween Spirit’s Eve costume party trope from my cold dead hands. Without giving too much away, Shane & Zane are ‘accidentally’ in matching costumes, and Zane has gone from ‘intimidating’ to ‘intimidatingly sxy.’

(Does tumblr still not like that word? Probably.)

The background was an asset on CSP, and yes, it’s uh...not quite in the right place. Whatever, learning experience. That being said, I do like this one more than I thought I would. It’s the first time I’ve ever illustrated something from one of my own fics! 

Zane yawns and stretches her arms above her head. Shane looks away in a hurry, shoving Marnie out the door and onto the porch. He steps outside after her, closing the door behind himself as quietly as he can.

"This isn't what it..."

"It worried me when you didn't come in last night," Marnie says, cutting him off. "I thought maybe Zane had seen you. Guess I was right. Looks like you saw a great deal of each other."

"This is not what it looks like!" Shane hisses. "She was - she'd gotten sick in the forest..."

Marnie was mid-roll when the jingle of the bell above her shop door indicated the arrival of potential customers. The witch glanced up from the little tray she had sat upon the counter and leaned back to peer through the tall wooden shelves that partially blocked her view of the door. Though within moments the witch felt she recognized the energy and curiosity perked her enough to roll back into better eyesight of the entrance. The joint still perched in her fingers the woman grinned and shook her head at the person that had entered her tattoo and crystal shop.

“Well shit, the cards spoke of chaos this morning but I didn’t expect it to be in the form of such a lovely person,” Marnie called out to the newcomer with a grin that showed all her teeth, both friendly and a little flirty, her head tilted to one side and she quickly finished her rolling before leaning against the counter to give the patron her undivided attention. “To what do I owe this honor? Surely you’re not just here for my charming company.” The shopkeep mused with a warm smile, shooting a glance around her shop as if she could identify what it was they wanted.
