as a being so attuned to magic / the arcane, willump absolutely can and will use your muse's magical signature as an easy way to judge their character! he feels very ambivalent toward beings that haven't been in proximity with any magic, but if your muse is a magical being / mage themselves or have been in contact with one, he'll definitely be able to tell and will judge accordingly.

i will always prefer pre established relationships to first meetings. let them be old friends, enemies, classmates, exes, etc. we can jump right into their dynamic and then plot how they met later. it's so much easier for me and i feel so much more connected this way.
