The tournament begins Nov 28 with the contestants' first challenge -- we will vote in polls for the winner of Top Dish who will receive the coveted Immunity Ring and be granted safety for the next round, and the loser with the Worst Dish who will be eliminated from the competition. Stay tuned!

Nory: upside-down Fluxer, bi, half black half white (canon)

Elliott: Freezer and weak Flare, pan, white

Willa: upside-down Fluid, bi, white

Andres: upside-down Flyer, bi, Mexican

Pepper: Fierce, lesbian, Chinese (canon? She’s described as Asian-American)

Bax: (MY BOY ‼️🫶) upside-down Fluxer (I also headcanon that he’s an upside-down Flicker as well, with the whole being able to turn stuff into stone thing from the second book. Originally it was a side-effect but as he got older he learned to do it on command), aroace, half Indian and half Filipino

Marigold: Fitter, pan, Spanish (I also headcanon she can speak English, Spanish, and ASL!)

Sebastian: upside-down Flicker, gay, white

Have to actually write this tomorrow but i am a little possessed by the concept of nine fingers committing to babysitting theajaheira’s children under the condition that she gets to tell everyone she kidnapped them (which works for thea. who thinks it’s funny) and then all the kids are so not chill as people that she has to start bringing in outside help from her court to wrangle them. Shoves them all back at the moms when the moms return like NEVER MAKE ME DO THIS AGAIN. WHY ARE THEY LIKE THAT

Challenge #3: ELIMINATION

With over 91% of the vote, the Dwarven miners overwhelmingly preferred Team 1's dish (led by Marigold Brandyfoot) over Team 2's! Thanks in part to Durin and Narvi's familiarity with Dwarvish tastes, their savoury meat and mushroom pies with stout ale gravy and pickles on the side were a big hit, and Annatar and Tom Bombadil managed to avoid coming to blows. Team 1 (Marigold, Bronwyn, Durin, Gil-Galad, Poppy, Narvi, Arondir, Annatar, & Tom Bombadil) is safe from elimination and Marigold has won the Immunity Pin for the 2nd time, guaranteeing her safety in the next challenge. 👏

After some deliberation, the judges have determined that the worst-performing members of Team 2 (led by Isildur) were Nori, Galadriel, and Glûg. This is Nori's 2nd time in the Bottom 3, and a big step-down for Galadriel who placed in the Top 3 in Challenge #1.

The winner of this poll will be the loser with the worst team challenge performance and will be eliminated from the competition. *womp womp*

Having gone undefeated on the opening day, NORI was full of confidence as she took the fight to Dashwood right from the opening bell. A series of hard kicks had the Australian reeling, but not enough for NORI to land a finishing blow. Instead, Dashwood was able to weather the very painful storm and to the surprise of many, connected with the stump piledriver to secure the three count and move to four points after three matches.

Dream League Match Four

Tenille Dashwood (4) vs. Victoria Yuzuki (2)

Having put herself in a very strong position with four points, Dashwood was understandably confident of sharing the top spot considering she already holds a victory over Yuzuki. Unfortunately for Dashwood, this Victoria Yuzuki is a very different person than the one the Australian refused a handshake from after the match during the summer. Eager to make Dashwood regret her past actions, Yuzuki made it her mission to end the match quickly. She succeeded with her fourth broken arrow attempt to stun Dashwood in only a matter of minutes. After the bell, Yuzuki is quickly in the face of Dashwood, taunting the Australian over the manner of defeat after the lack of respect previously shown.
