I'm going back through my old posts and found this. I have no idea where I was going with it and don't even know if I still have it anymore, but it made me smile, so I decided to share it in hope it will give someone any idea for a story.

Once Lost Know Found

This is a story I have been working on for awhile now and thought why not let you guys tell me what you think so far. I will put some Information about the story before I put what I have of the story so far. Just so you know this is my first story that will be multi chapter. I don't have much done because I have trouble putting thoughts to words. So on to the information.

Information

Batfam ages

• Bruce – 34

• Dick – 22

• Jason – 20

• Tim – 18

Batfam Information

• Jason is just starting on the path of not following the pits influence. It’s been a few months and he has had a few slip up but his family and friends have been there to help back for it's influence every time.

• Damien is a little better than when he first got there. He isn’t trying to run away anymore. He still can’t stand his brothers but he doesn’t try to kill them anymore. He just tries to make their lives a living hell.

• Dick is dating Starfire. They have been dating for a few months now.

• Tim when he turns 21 will become CEO of Wayne Enterprises. For right now he is learning how to run it and is working there to.

• Bruce has this on and off again thing with Selena.

Marinette’s class

• Everyone in the class is between 15 & 16

• Marinette is 16

• Chloe is not part of the class anymore. She is now home schooled and travels with her mom.

Now what I have of the story so far.

There is so much pain and noise.

“J…”

But I have to get up. I have to find her.

“Jas..”

I can’t let them take her away.

“Jason w… up”

I to find her. She is all I have left.

“Jason”

Please oh god let me find her. Please let her be alive. No no no where is she nonono.

“JASON!!!”

Jason bolted up right in bed with sweat poring down his body and images of the nightmare playing though his head. “No not a nightmare”, he thought but a memory. He was jolted out of his thoughts by someone putting a hand on his shoulder.

“Hey Jay, are you alright” asked Dick in concern.

Leave.

What?

Jason whipped his head towards Dick with a fierce glare and yelled, “I said fucken leave god damit! I want you out of my fucken room!”

Dick’s hand shot off him as if it had be burned. He could see the anger in his eyes but he could tell it wasn’t towards him. It was more towards Jason himself. But beneath that he could see the sadness and the pain in his eyes of someone who had just relived one of their most painful memories. An that is why he turned around and left with out a word. One thing you learn about this family is you never bring up one’s past unless they bring it up themselves.

Once Dick was out Jason let out a frustrated yell and punched his bed. He knew he shouldn’t of snapped at Dick like that, but he was still riding the high from his nightmare he just snapped. He lend back so his back was touching the headboard. He closed his eyes and tried to com himself down. It took him awhile because he kept having images of what happened pop up in his mind but he finally com down enough to not snap at someone when he see them.

Marinette was looking out her balcony of one of the Gotham hotels. Her and her class had won a trip to the city form a competition she had entered the class in. You see as the class rep she had to plan the big end of the year field trip. So she wrote a essay about all the good things the class has done for the community and sent it into the competition that was being held by Wayne enterprises.

Now she’s here in Gotham where her life had started.

Tikki can you believe it I’m finally back home.”

Tikki giggled as she flew around Marinette. She is so happy to see her chosen happy and hopeful. It’s been a long time since she has seen her like this. Since Lila has been back everything has gone down hill for Marinette. Lila made good on her threat and took all her friends away. It took awhile but she took all of them away from her, but what hurts her the most was that Adrian did nothing to help her. And he promised that he have her back but every time she was hurt or lies were told that made her sound like the bad person. He did nothing and every time she stood up for herself he would tell her “don’t expose Lila”, “as soon as she gets all the attention she wants I’m sure she will stop”, and her favorite “her lies aren’t hurting anyone”.

Marinette was standing on top of the hotel and looking over what she could see of the city. To think over the trip and over what Duusu has told her when she was in her room. She didn’t know how to go about it. But she promised Duusu she would try to find her old partner while she was here. After she told her she could sense one of her old wielders and especially after she told her how kind and caring he was. She promised that she would try to find him so they could see one another again.

Marinette thoughts changed directions as soon as her hand touch the locket around her neck. It was old and a little beat up but it was the most important thing in her life. It was the last thing she had of him. As she looked down and open it to look at the picture inside and made the same promise she made sense the trip was first announced.

“I will find you if it’s the last thing I do.” She silently promised herself.

Marinette was suddenly ripped from her thoughts by a sudden shout. But before she could even react she felt something hit her from above. She felt like she was hit with a ton of bricks that left her in a bit of a daze. But when she finally looked up to a masked young man’s face with wind swept black hair looking down at her in concern.

This is just a bunch of parts of different chapters. I keep them in order of how they will happen. So what you guys think so far? I have a lot more ideas for the story that I haven't wrote down yet ether.

Marinette: Only Damian showed up, so it was like a date, and we started dating from that day and got married.

Marinette: Our 6th wedding anniversary is coming up, and we want to go on that same excursion again.

Tim Drake: Oh, I remember it!

Tim Drake: It was that time when Damian asked me to delete your email from everyone else's inboxes!

Once upon a time after a mission impossible.

Redhood: Oh, I'm still alive. Thought I died again.

Ladybug: Same. How many times?

Redhood (laughs bitterly): Once is more than enough for eternal rage. Thank you very much.

Ladybug (backtracks): Oh

Ladybug: Uhm, yeah, you're right. Of course.

Redhood (narrows his eyes): Wait. Hang on. What do you mean? How many times have you died?

Ladybug (forces out a weak laugh): Oh, ah, normal amount.

Redhood: (stares)

Ladybug: (gulps)

Redhood: Pretend I'm ignorant. Normal amount is? Tell me a number.

Ladybug (squeaks): Two thousand sixty five. Not sure cause I lost count! But it's alright! I'm alright. I am still alive! See? Two eyes, two arms, two legs.

Rest of batkids and Justice League who are listening in comms: (all freeze)

Just then, a portal opens in thin air, and Chat's head appears.

Ladybug: Chat! What the heck? What you are doing here?

Chat (scoffs): Pretending I'm not listening in, let me just say that LB is a lying liar who lies. Try five thousand, seven hundred and fifty six. But yeah, she's right. It's very normal in our line of work.

Have been a while (a year) since I last thought about Maribat but I js got an inspiration.

Kinda based on this one fanart where Ladybug thinks that she is in a nitty gritty DC movie while Chat Noir thinks that he is a sailor-moon esque anime. (Not bothered enough to find it)

Imagine that you are the Justice League.

You meet these two kids that are protecting Paris.

You would expect the hero dressed in all black with the power of destruction to be the smart serious one. The broody planner. The Batman.

You would expect the hero with red and black polka dots on her costume to be the friendly comic relief type of hero (like green lantern). The good cop to the bad cop. The Superman.

But it's the complete opposite.

Ladybug is the one in charge. The one who is paranoid with contingencies plans. She is the brooding serious genius. She is Batman if Batman was a fourteen year olds with trust issues and decided to use Ladybug as his symbol instead of a bat.

Chat Noir was serious for the entire introduction and then that facade breaks the minute he started cracking puns. He is more of the PR guy to smooth over people's worry. He brings hope to Paris and reassure people that everything is going to be okay. For someone dressed as a black cat, he has a lot of golden retriever energy.

A Chat among Bats (ML x DC)

Ladybug and Chat Noir manage to defeat Hawkmoth, unmasking him as Gabriel Agreste in the process.

Adrien does not react well to the realization that his father was the villain they’d been fighting all along. He’s Chat Noir, one of the heroes, he should have noticed. And the public suspicion on his civilian identity due to the familial connection does nothing to help that guilt

So he runs. No identity reveals with Ladybug (he doesn’t feel like he deserves one), no formal public goodbyes in his hero identity. Just… grabs a ticket and vanishes. Maybe leaves some notes at most. He had no idea where he’s going, but surely anywhere could be better than Paris.

He lives off of his savings and money from odd jobs as he wanders (and perhaps the occasional theft from criminals or the corrupt), eventually meandering path into the crime-ridden city of Gotham. There, his heroic instincts (plus the fact he still has the Black Cat Miraculous) lead to him taking up a new heroic identity, joining the ranks of the city’s vigilantes. And probably also causing Selina to fight Bruce over who gets to adopt him.

Marinette, unsurprisingly, took his vanishing poorly. She didn’t immediately know his secret identity, so from her perspective two of her favorite people just vanished at the same time. Learning that they are actually the same person maybe helps a little in that regard, but it also reinforces her thoughts that she failed him.

So of course she continues to look for him. She knows he probably wouldn’t want to return to the spotlight, but she still wants to help him out if she can. Or at least apologize for her (perceived) failure.

And thus, when she happened to recognize a certain individual in a news report from Gotham, she immediately booked the first flight she could. She needed to see him again.

Hero Bloggers

Hear me out.

Tim Drake secretly has owned a hero blog since before he had even first started out as Robin and maintained it long after he dropped the mantel for his own, Red Robin.

The blog itself consists mostly of theories and absurd candid shots of heroes he was able to grab discretely through the years. Nothing exposing or anything but still enough to generate interest to make his blog relatively popular.

Through this, he meets Alya Cesaire.

Another popular hero blogger who had the most INSANE theories for heroes he'd ever seen. Nothing Bernard worthy but more so insane because they were almost always right.

She also had extremely well taken videos of hero fights she collected and online interviews with small-time heroes.

The two become friends pretty quickly through their mutual love of blogging about heroes but often bump heads on who their favorite heroes are, how Tim keeps meeting all these heroes before she could even interview them and any theories they have.

With Tim trying his best to steer her away from being right and Alya being headstrong on her ideas and how they couldn't be anything but true.

(For Tim, his favorite hero is Nightwing, but for Alya, it's definitely Black Canary)

Anyways, after blogging together for a while and being annoying with each other, Alya eventually admits to her friend that she and her family are moving to France and she wouldn't be able to contact him for a bit due to the move.

Tim of course is understanding and wishes her well and the time passes as it usually does. He isn't really worried at first about his best friend, too used to her shenanigans as it is but the more time that seems to pass without any word from her, the more concerned he gets.

At some point, after a long case, Tim decides to check in on her and make sure everything is alright. And that's when he sees that suddenly, her account is just gone.

Tim panics.

Not only would Alya have never deleted her blog, but there would have been some traces of it at least somewhere despite it being deleted just from how much people interacted with her account.

But Tim just finds nothing.

Nada. Zip.

He's quick to go searching into Paris as a whole in search of her and runs into an even bigger problem. Paris as a whole city is completely ripped off the map as if it never existed at all.

And there seemed to be no way to get in touch with anyone there at all.

Tim has never been more distressed in his life and he practically pulls his hair out at not knowing anything about where his best friend is beyond the city.

Meanwhile, Alya is having the time of her life!

She's got new friends, a boyfriend, and she now lives in a city with a real life superhero duo and villian!

Yes, it sucked that the villain was an emotional terrorist and Paris is basically under military level lock down until the situation could be taken care of, but now she finally had something to hold over Tim's head.

Interviews and pictures with brand new heroes that Tim had never met!

She had never felt more excited in her life as she posted updates each time on Paris hero situation to her blog.

Alya has absolutely no clue the panic she just put Tim Drake through when he finally manages to bypass through Paris servers on the batcomputer to see a live feed video of her running towards a dangerous monster destroying the Eiffle tower on her blog.

Alya Cesaire and Tim Drake are online besties and (slightly) rival hero bloggers for like over 4 years, and when Paris goes on lockdown due to an emotional terrorist Alya lowkey forgets to tell him she's alive and that there's a reason why she has been basically blipped out of existence entirely

My Recommended Fic List

So, I got this ask awhile ago, and since I have been re-reading a bunch of my old favorite fics as a way to cheer up after work I figured why not. This list will be long... and varied but mostly its older fics cuz idk there my favs. Now lets go:

Fashion Upgrade - By @soap-lady : Straight up one of my favorite fics ever, its fun, its creative, it never fails to make me laugh when I need something warm and wholesome after a bad day. Also go check out the rest of her stuff there's so much good okay like shes just a writing queen. Shes on AO3 I don't want to spoil you on her other stuff just GO experience it for yourself.

Ode To Decoy pt 1 / 2 / 3 - By @a-marlene-s : Ive always liked this short sweet little fic about Lila getting caught. Its Lila + class salt though so avoid if that's not your flavor.

EVERYTHING - By @unmaskedagain : They have salt, they have sugar, they have funny, they have crossovers. Like honestly they are a just a great writer with so much variety so go check out the masterlist I linked and I guarantee there will be something there you like.

@ravennm84 Is a writer on the saltier side but they have a wonderful selection of weird wacky tales from the salty but oh so well written Damning Evidence that sees Lila get caught in the best way to the 3 part Horror inspired Serafina other great fics from them include Marinettes Family Court Circus pt 1 / 2 and Of Moldy Bread and Cockroaches / Be Kind to Servers honestly its worth giving there blog a look.

@mochinek0 Is another writer with several beloved fics. They write a lot of Maribat and we love them for it. Ones to check out would be Blind Date / Bruce vs Gabriel just go check out there tag list of daminette for more.

Accidental Crime Boss Marinette - By @lady-literature : This is a wonderful idea and a wonderful little fic and I just... I just like it okay. Sadly I haven't read a lot of there other stuff... But I might after finishing this list considering how much I enjoy this one.

@nobodyfamousposts I love a LOT of there fics. They are one of the best when it comes to striking that sweet spot of calling out the show for some of its garbage while not getting so salty that you cant have fun lighthearted goodness. I have been looking for a masterlist of there work but cant find one so just go stalk there tags. I do recommend there Chloe's Lament Series 1 / 2 exploring how certain 'wishes' would backfire. Guardian Assistant Kevin is also a good one Miracle Queen Aftermath pt 1 / 2 / The 8 parter Burn the Witch series / The Wisdom Teeth Reveal / Kagami Vs The Wall of Faces / Resigning With Grace & Spite / I tried to give a lot of links cuz they have a lot of stuff

Kill Them With Kindness - By @luki-fanfic : Well written, good salt without going overboard. Just good vibes. I havent stalked there other stuff but if its anything like this fic its probably excellent quality.

Stephen Vladislav pt 1 / 2 - By @stormiclown : Adrien centered salt on the idea of finally giving Adrien his own proper rival. I like the idea of Adrien having a rival because its usually Marinette and this was just the right length to get those creative ideas flowing. Also just well written what more can you ask for.

Power Trip - By @storygirl000 : This was the first fic that made me go... Wait would it be more fun if Lila was actually competent? And that set me on the path to writing my own fics where Lila is more villainous and more capable. Its short, well written. Good.

Your Wish is My Command - By DemiGoddess28 on AO3 : A great 11 chapter fic looking into Lila's life if she were to win and get a miraculous wish. Its got sugary goodness for our protagonists and the class and salt for our dearest friend Lila.

LadyBugOut AU - By Miraculous-Content on AO3 : A 50 chapter fic made up of snippets and ideas. I found it really inspiring in many ways. I also love how it redeems Marinettes classmates showing how and why they were tricked but holding them accountable anyway its just... Good.

Juleka vs The Forces of the Universe - By goldenlaurelleaves on AO3 : For those of us not yet ready to accept the death of luka/mari we have this wonderful fic showing Juleka being the biggest wingman as she helps these idiots find there way together.

ChaoticNeutral on AO3 has there own Chloe's Lament fic as well as a Gabriel's Lament fic for people who need sweet salty of those two characters.

BroadwayCutie16 was Inspired by the person above and DemiGoddesses your wish is my command fic to write Lila's Lament fic going over Lilas failed wish. Honestly I always love these fics because there just so interesting and the way wishes can be taken and twisted is always a fascinating idea to me.

#WayneAngel - By Tired-Writing-Teach on AO3 : For us Maribat lovers. Its fun and lighthearted with some good gags and some light fluff.

Damian in Paris - By Lilliesandliveries on AO3 : A sweet Maribat series showing what would happen if Damian ran away from home and found himself in Paris and getting therapy.

How a Demon Commissions an Angel - By AlixAnonymous : Damian blackmails Marinette into letting him be her client so he can get his bros the best gifts, they end up becoming penpal buddies.

Mythomania - By LadyEnna_50 on AO3 : Proof that I dont hate Adrien or Mari/Adrien. In this fic Adrien's spine gets titanium plating and he sees just how bad Lila is hurting Marinette and does something about it.

The Contingency - By AbyssalGuardian on AO3 : SALT. Also Tim/Mari but even still I love the way this was written, the style, and some of the ideas just ugh love it. Its not for those who dont like salt so just avoid at your own discretion. Its about a chaotic Marinette done with her life running away to Gotham where she meets her true black cat, and gets her life back on track.

The String That Binds Us - By FaithAndATypeWriter on AO3 : Okay so is there any Mari/Bat fan who hasnt already heard of this one? Who cares its good, its cute, I love it. May the author be blessed with snacks.

The Great IKEA Game - By @batsandbugs : Okay again... I think every Mari/Bat fan has probably heard of this one already because its just that good and that popular. But who cares I am recommending it anyway. Don't read if your allergic to fun I guess.

Lila Rossi was a dead girl walking the moment she decided she hated you and lied about you. I do not care for her simpering flock that are your classmates and ex-bestfriend. But any threat to you, any attack on you, intentional or not, is an item added to my target list. You are not someone whose pain I can ignore. Not from the moment you pretended to be on a diet, broke your macaroon and shared half with me. And yes, Jon told me you asked him what flavor I liked because you just had to add your lucky guardian power to it so that it alleviates my agony from being dumped in the Lazarus Pit. I was horrible to you. You didn't have to show me compassion, and to help me, you went out of your way. So you can't blame me, Angel. Total evisceration is the kindness I could offer your enemies.

Danny Phantom crossover setup idea

Danny has figured out a way to create portals to and from the Ghost Zone at will. He’s still not perfect at it, but he’s capable enough to use it to attempt to flee the GIW during an encounter.

However, it turns out their scientists had invented a device to briefly replicate portals, allowing their agents to keep pursuing any ghosts that try to teport away.

Thus began a chaotic chase between them, weaving into and out of the Zone with every jump. As things wear on, the locations Danny’s portals connect to get less and less accurate, spitting him out in increasingly random locations across the glove.

And, eventually, into other universes…

The story could take place in just one setting (kicking off with him collapsing from exhaustion there), or it could be a multicross of continuously scrambling through a bunch of different settings (spending only a relatively short time in each before he moves on)

Collecting A Boon

"John Constantine" 

The being of darkness loomed over the sorcerer just enough to make the magic air out a chillness around them both. 

"You owe me a boon. And I am here to collect." 

John didn't really panic, persay.

He simply stared up at the being made of pure shades and sighed, recognizing the magic surrounding them and feeling his soul sink down in annoyance. 

Beside him, John felt the rest of the usual JL Dark members straighten up in attention towards the figure. They obviously felt the overwhelming power oozing out from the ancient concept but seemed content to let John deal with the situation until they were needed. 

Bastards.

John only turned his attention towards the familiar Concept and huffed out a reply in between smokes.

"Plagg if you're going to be an arse about owing favors at least give me the pleasure of not acting so formally." 

The shadow being looked down at the man in silence, making the entire room of magic users tense further. John could even feel  Zatannas eyes on his back, probing him on what the hell he was thinking challenging a being, obviously of the Gods, disrespectfully. 

Silence lingered for a moment longer before the being finally allowed his green eyes to be visible within the inky black darkness of his form, eyeing John with dancing mirth and humor.

"I request sanctuary." Plagg spoke up, his eyes returning to look over John and the group critically again. 

The only difference now being the voice going from looming God to the squeaky annoyance John was used to. 

"Sanctuary?" Diana spoke up from behind him, curiosity escaping in her voice. 

Plaggs new form nodded towards her, eyeing her just as curiously before returning to face John. 

"For my kit. He is unsafe in the bounds he was born into, and... I refuse to allow him to remain there." 

John hesitated as he looked up at his old friend, concerned for the soft tone he was displaying while mentioning this 'kit'. 

It raised so many alarm bells in his head that he almost thought, just for a moment, that Plagg might actually be bringing him a kitten of some sort.

"Your heir?" Zatanna whispered out, taking a step forward out of concern. It brought John out of his thoughts and back to the present, facing Destruction itself.

Plagg simply turned over to face her now, eyes sparking.  

"My charge," He corrected gently. 

"He is the wielder and holder of my magic. The magic that surrounds him in his original home is attempting to chase after mine, wanting to grant a wish" 

Plaggs voice grew dimmer as he spoke of the wish, fading into something akin to hurt and grief. Something not usually found within the pure concept of destruction.

It made John feel confused. What the hell had this charge been through to cause this kind of reaction?

"Hes lost much and that is why I am entrusting you, John Constantine. And by extension, your team and those you trust, with his safety." 

He had never heard Plagg so serious over anything, especially considering he never did take things seriously usually.

This was the same ancient that had destroyed the dinosaurs for the fun of it. 

"We accept," Diana spoke with pride again, and everyone else was quick to agree in succession. John could feel eyes on his backside as the only one not to immediately agree to the task, which just makes him sigh exasperatedly. 

"Fine." He sighed out, running his fingers through his hair roughly. What a crummy way to start the weekend.

"So it shall be done." 

Plagg in his shadow form, grinned down at him impishly, showing off all his canines. It made the hairs on his arms stand up underneath his trench coat. 

"So mote it be." Destruction parroted back, fufilling the boons promise. 

The shadowy form began to whisp into nothingness, fading itself out of the JL office room as if it were simply dust and air flowing around the room.

"Take care of my charge, John. Til we meet again." 

And with that, the shadow was gone, leaving only a tiny teenage figure behind in its wake.  The teen seemed to shrink once he noticed he was being stared at, as if not really expecting people on the other side of Plaggs form.

He stared at the group with wide eyes for a moment, twisting the ring of destruction on his finger nervously and quickly reaching down to grab something on the floor beside him.

"Um hi?" 

The teen stumbled a bit as he finally stepped out from where the darkness had once stood, looking slightly ashamed for some reason. 

He reached out with a small and hesitant wave with his free hand, the other clutching a Ladybug themed backpack like it was his only lifeline left in the world. There was a smile stapled onto his face as he looked over the area, obviously unsettled by it. 

"I'm Adrien" 

John only sighed and pinched his nose, trying not to fall into distress in front of what was very obviously a child. One who looked ready to bolt at the slightest sign of movement from anyone in the same room. 

Of course, he would somehow end up playing babysitter for the concept of destructions ward.
