The pack is fighting a witch, now they don't really know how to fight a witch. Yeah, it would be easier if Stiles was there with them, but he had to go to this camp or whatever that Deaton said it was going to help with Stiles' new powers after the Nogitsune. So, they have zero idea what they're doing. Derek has enough and calls Stiles, gaining a glare from Scott, Isaac, Lydia, Malia and even Kira 'cause that's something they agreed they wouldn't do to not worry Stiles. Once Stiles picks up, Derek just casually asks "So...You know, not that we really need it right now but...Do you know how to kill a witch?" and Stiles is just like "Seriously? A witch is literally a human with magic, so just kill her the way you would with a regular human. Shot her, slash her throat, poison her, stab her...I don't know, pick one!" And then Lydia takes the phone off Derek and asks "My Banshee scream would kill her?" and Stiles replies "If your scream kills, then yes, just be careful with the rest of the pack." and then Lydia hangs up and gives Derek his phone back. Kira ends up killing the witch with her katana.

Stiles totally knew Derek was calling him about the witch because the pack was fighting a witch...He might have asked Deaton to keep him informed about the threats the pack is dealing during his absence.

I’ve noticed how in seasons 4 and 5, the pack is kind of uneven. There’s only five members (not counting Liam), and there’s always just this extra gap. Then I think about the senior scribe scene.

She's so solid and Scott loves her blunt tone of voice and how much she enjoys life. It makes him feel like someone who could do it all.

They hike a lot! Like they do all the good hikes in California (idk if there are any i'm a east coast bitch)

Malia is someone who super gets into lacrosse because of Scott. He doesn't even watch like college level lacrosse but she does. She gets so into it too, like insanely

Scott loves holding Malia's hand while he drives. If she's not in the passengers seat he'll either pout or reach his hand back to hold her hand

Malia loves sharing Scott's flannels. She calls it sharing but it's more like stealing. They pretty much have a shared closet

When one of them is injured the other absolutely will not leave them. Like they are attached to the other's side there is no separating them at all

Every full moon Malia full shifts and Scott runs with her and goofing around, they jump on each other and it's definitely insane but they have so much fun

Malia loves adult coloring books and they really help her calm down from emotions she doesn't really understand

Scott plays the guitar, he's kind of okay at it. Malia thinks its cute when he tries to serenade her

truly the saddest thing about malia is that they had the opportunity to make a significantly more "weird" girl like they should have showed her being a total freak!!! and they didn't!!! she could have shown up to beacon hills high school with 0 fashion sense and unshaved legs and 0 makeup and they could have shown this ON TV and shown that its OKAY to have all of those things and instead she's a pretty teenage girl who's just quirky and failing math
