If someone puts on perfume, is fresh still able to tell it's them?

Not really? Again its a mix of both magic and actual real scent. Magic has this distinct More to it for him, so other scents are dull in comparison. He wouldn't smell a perfume and think [this is the scent of a monster], and usually when he smells a monster he can tell pretty immedaitly that it was a monster, and not like, a strange scent.

Its also that... underneath the perfume there will always be that real magic scent, unless the perfume is specifically infused with magic or the monster wearing the perfume has otherwise hidden their magic signature, he'll still be able to distinguish people from each other.
