Daemon stood before his confidant Llewelyn, or Lou as he often called him, shifting his bag of goods onto his shoulder. As he stretched, beneath the leather clothing that clung to his pale, neural-toned skin bore traces of vitiligo, the black vein-like texture beneath hinting at the darkness eminently coursing through his veins. The dual wings (out only in the comfortable presence of a friend) on his back—one black, one white—marked him as a fallen aasimar who hadn't fully succumbed to the shadows. And that long, originally golden blonde hair, now fading into black from the roots, hung in loose strands, some pieces twisted in braids done by none other than his twin sister. He sighed, eyes widening as he revealed to the male he wasn't exactly excited to keep trekking along. "I got everything ready, I believe. Need any help?" As Lou declared:

"I'm prepared, vicious, and I'm ready to go!"

He couldn't help but look his counterpart up and down with a theatrical smirk. Slapping Lou on the back, Daemon retorted, "Prepared, yeah? You sure you did not forget your sense of direction again?" He chuckled, a rough touch to his voice, before playfully adding, ". . .But are you prepared for a race, my swift-footed mate?" Without waiting for an answer, the aasimar took off down the pathway with surprising speed, glancing back for just a second. "The last person to the runes just up ahead is a rotten leg of mutton!"
