the reason I'm posting about it though is the belly laugh I got out of them making the owner of Wax & Facts into a bit character for an episode, and getting it pretty goddamn close to exactly right 🤣

but I'd also like to point out to any of its serious fans: it's brute copaganda aimed at shaming people who hate cops pretty often, as well as occasionally throwing out pseudoscience as fact, public opinion as morals, et cetera. don't mistake it for "good" in the sense of "philosophically good". it's more like 99.9% of every other example of "good" television: morally indefensible or blatantly poisonous!

I've lived in Atlanta over 35 years and trust me, the police are fucking goons and the GBI is a pack of dangerous morons who had half my social group "under surveillance" - inept as fuck - for almost ten years because one of us was murdered by one of them.

Will Trent is straight fiction! don't be confused. It doesn't reflect real life issues, certainly not as much as it pretends to!
