REMINDERS TO READ WHEN YOU FEEL LOST-

Accept your situation and try to face it. Do not avoid your sentiments.

Let yourself feel sad for some time. Feel the pain and let it all out.

Do not force positive vibes out of you. You are a human after all who deserves to feel all kinds of emotions.

Make boundaries and give yourself space. Your mental health is important over everything.

Learn to say NO. If they are your friends they will try to understand.

Only you know yourself better than anyone else. Believe in yourself and do not let their words crumble you.

Comfort zones are okay to live in but you cannot stay there forever.

If you are waiting to change tomorrow, tomorrow will never come. Do it today.

The universe does not always send you the right signs. Please do not believe firmly in anything.

You can be sure only about the present. The past is already gone and the future may never come.

Human emotions are not factual. They can change anytime.

You can be toxic sometimes. Learn to self-introspect and change yourself for good.

Speak kind words. That is all the universe asks from you.

A pain is a pain, no matter how small it is. Never ignore when your feelings are hurt.

Do not give up on your kind-heart. You know it gives you hope and it helps you to go through it all.

Sometimes you feel lost and you do not know where you are going. It is okay, it is just a phase and you will find your way.

Right now the tunnel is dark. Do not wait for the light. Dance in the dark and conquer it.

Your extra love cannot overpower their feelings. Sometimes it is best for you to walk away.

You cannot make people stay. You can only cherish the moments you have now.

Everything will be okay. Maybe not today, but it always work out. It will, this time, too.

Even after being okay, you may never be the same again. Accept that like everything around you, you change too.

The colour of your memories is vivid right now. It will fade and won't burn the same forever.

You feel a void within you right now. But you will soon fill it with new experiences.
