Long hair

AHH this is one of my favourite manifestations. Ever since I was young I had a weird bob with a fringe (often crooked) and I wanted long hair like all the other girls (lmaoo) but my mum was strict so she didn't let me grow it out. Although I didn't know about manifestation back then, every new year and birthday I would wish for long hair and I would pretend I was a princess with butt long hair. Guess what, somewhere along the line, my mum let me grow it out and now I have butt length hair (don't really know what to do with it tho </3).

As all kids do, I went through an emo phase where I chopped off like half of my hair like 4 years ago. I literally grew back 7-8" of hair within a month because my parents got too mad. I knew about manifestation here so I just assumed my hair always grows unaturally fast. Same with when I cut bangs, they grew past my chin within a couple of weeks.

Manifesting my way into a private school

Honestly this just shows that you dont need 2430430 hours of working on your self concept to manifest. Literally so many celebs, including Marylin Monroe (the queen), manifested their fame with awful self concept. Likewise, here I was possibly going through the worst time of my life back then. I would wake up at 8 am and start studying and end at 11 pm despite being only 10 at the time. I was so freaking stressed and envious of all the other children and went into a depressive spiral where my two options were pass or die. I didn't even have enough practice and I cried my self to sleep on most nights. Anyways, when i did the exam I was deathly calm and even after the exam I was apparently so chill so my parents thought I failed.

I literally left 9 questions on one paper but throughout the summer, everytime I found a dandelion I would make a wish and imagine digging a tunnel to the examiners room where I secretly change my answers into the right ones (lmfao my tiny 10 yr old brain - idek how it worked). Anyways my results were sent back to me a month later on a random October evening and I got a really high mark. Even after 7 years of going to this school I havn't met anyone who has gotten a mark higher than mine.

Curly hair / straight hair

Sigh. We always want things we don't have. When I was younger I had really straight hair like 1A asian hair but when I was like 10, I really wanted curly hair and I would try to curl it often. After a few months, I manifested a curling iron and my hair literally became naturally curly like right after a wash it would curly af when before it was dead straight. Naturally I grew bored of it and I wanted my straight hair back and for ages I began overcomplicating the law and struggled to manifest it. It was only recently when I actually let go of the 3D that I manifested the silky, shiny straight hair.

Social life?

This is also a funny one, just shows how easily you can manifest. So back in 2021 after lockdown I felt so lonely and felt so left out of my friendship group so after a few months I began stressing myself out and spiraling for like 30 minutes, sobbing to myself about how I was so lonely and how nobody loved me (💀). Anyways it became reality, I found myself uncomfortable in many social situations and found myself becoming forgotten far more easily. I don't really remember the details but it was so bad that I think I accidently manifested social anxiety (oh well we still up tho).

However I am a loa girly so I found myself listening to popularity subliminals and slowly (but surely) my mindset change from having no friends to being the most popular girl in the year. Like no joke I became friends with like 3 people from different social circles so at lunchtime we had to join up like 3 different tables so we can all sit together. Overall I got myself 20+ close friends and even my ex friends began to admire me although it had ended badly. Even now, when someone says something thats untrue - for example saying that they are dumb when they are not, they would be like "ahaha so its like when Rae (me) says she has no friends, the whole school knows who Rae is".

Clear skin

This was sort of in the beginning of my loa (law of attraction back then) journey, I just randomly found out what subliminals were and was still quite new to everything. Now I don't even understand how it happened but I had busted some capillaries under my skin and it looked like small red viens under my skin and bro I was freaking out at the time. One night I was like just, I had enough, I'm going to get myself better skin and so I listened to a sub once for 3-4 days and on like the 4th day, my cheeks began to heat up which was odd and the next day it was 90% gone. Just like magikkkk.

Desired university?

Guys. Feeling is the secret. Don't you ever forgot that - not feeling as in emotions but rather the feeling of knowing. I had 2 entrance exams to do to apply for my universities and it was a stressful time where I wasn't getting enough sleep and wasn't eating enough simply because I didn't have the time. Like I come home from school and would have 3-4 hours of homework, then I need to revise for tests and then the remaining time would be spent on the entrance exams. Each past paper took 2 hours and I have around 13s per questions and I was already struggling on time. Anyways, I began to hate them and I would often complain to my mum saying things like "My score got even lower!!" or "I hate it so much" or "My head hurts / eyes hurt".

Guess what? Not only did I see my score decrease over time but I also made such a silly mistake on the most important entrance exam which I needed for 4/5 of my universities. I left a question and completely forgot to mark on the answer so when I finished the section I realised I had one more space on the sheet with like 10s to spare. I didn't have enough time to go back and fix it and lemme say that I did so badly in the test. Even while waiting for results I was just like "ah it would be a miracle if I scored above this bla bla".

I got the score back and it was so freaking bad like I did not stand a chance at my university at all. However, I started to affirm for a place and to my utter shock and surprise my desired university reached out and offered me an interview. I knew people who had like scores which were 50% better than mine and they still got rejected pre-interview. Anyways I began stressing about the interview and the results of the whole thing and boom. I got rejected 3 days after my birthday lmaoo. But its okay because I'm reapplying and I learnt so much more. I'm redoing the entrance exam and my score is a loooot better than it ever was last year.

A key take away would be thoughts are the result of the state you are in. Your dwelling state manifests and I was focusing on the unrealness and the difficultly of getting into this uni and thats what manifested. At the time I was heartbroken and literally went through the 7 stages of grief and spent so many months trying to revise it only for me to focus on the 3D. Just know that everything is done in imagination and it appears in the 3D as a result.

Photographic memory

So this is also something I had manifested before I actually knew about loa but the takeaway here is that manifestation is always instant. I was around 11 reading a random book on my tiny kindle and the book was on how to develop a good memory and I was like ah that'll be useful. Anyways later in the car, I asked my dad about photographic memory and he sort of explained it to me. I just assumed that I have that and I told him I do. He just laughed at me and said thats something that you have to train for and I was not impressed lmao. Inside my tiny brain, I was just like nope, I already have photographic memory and I dropped that thought. Let me tell you, my memory is actually photographic and has helped me out on so many occasions like my brain just takes pictures of things.

Learning fast

This is also something I did before I knew loa, I was just always wondering why the other kids couldn't grasp concepts as easily as I did. Literally in every lesson I would be like ah I learn so fast and now I am actually blessed with the ability to grasp complex subjects so fast. A favourite example of mine would be when I was obsessed with music but to take it to a higher level you need to be able to play an instrument. I couldn't at the time and my teacher told me the requirements a week before the actual deadline. I have never actually played piano with both hands but one day I sat down and worked through the entire song (fur elise by Beethoven) which is a grade 5 (I think) and it normally takes people months / weeks to learn. I learnt the whole thing in 3 days and from then on, I could play piano like I had been doing for ages. Again the memory thing was so helpful because I never actually used any sheet music, I learnt it off a youtube video and I remembered every single note I needed to play.

Hourglass body + 22" waist

This was a couple of years ago when I actually didn't understand loa. Anyways long story short, I would do a 3 minute workout and then flex infront of the mirror all day (💀) and be like omg I have abs. Overtime, I actually got so skinny everyone around me kept pointing it out to me and my mum got so concerned that she took me to the doctor like 4 times. It was so funny, I would loose like 2-3kg overnight and my parents would have to buy better fitting uniform.

Bigger boobs

This was also back in the day (2021?) when I didn't understand how to manifest things easily af. I had an A cup but I wanted better boobies and I listened to like 2 subs for a week and I went to a B cup. But I just assumed I have a bigger cup size recently and I just skipped C and went to D+ (haven't measured in a long time).

Also I think even tho Macaque was mad and was a jelous little bitch, Wukong leaving only made things worse for him, feeling betrayed even more and left behind on top of all that other shit that was going on inside his head

Konig Headcanons - SFW

To preface, I thoroughly, without a doubt, 1000% stand behind the fact that Konig is not a shy uwu boi. He’s got anxiety not a weak constitution. This is just generally about him as a person + a lil drabble about relationships but nothing explicit (I will post that later tehe).

Let’s talk about his anxiety. He has it, but he’s not a crybaby. He’s a grown man who kills people for a living. Do you really think if you hurt his feelings he’d steeple his index fingers together and his eyes would water? No, absolutely fuckin’ not. I think his anxiety has to do with being uncomfortable in situations that he’s not prepared for. If he’s thoroughly briefed on a mission, familiar with people or places, given detailed directions, etc he’s g2g. And I still think even if he’s uncomfortable he wouldn’t outright show it. But he is a fidgeter. He’d probably clench and unclench his fists, rub the hem of his shirt between his fingers, bounce his leg if he’s sitting, pull out his phone to “check the time” often, etc. Konig wouldn’t announce that he’s anxious.

His bio says that he has severe social anxiety and was bullied as a child but doesn’t give more details about his anxiety than that. I see a lot of headcanons saying that it’s because he was chubby, had a stutter, or a harelip but I don’t think that’s the cause. I think he grew up in a very remote area and didn’t have much contact with kids his age (only child vibes), so he didn’t develop social skills. Maybe homeschooled or something. So, I think kids bullied him for being a bit awkward at times, not understanding social cues or simply not talking because he just didn’t know what to say.

 Otherwise, I imagine him to be very confident, almost borderline cocky. With people he’s familiar with he can be funny, maybe even goofy and have a good time. Have you heard his voice lines in the game? He’s charismatic because he knows what he’s doing and he’s in his element. Some of his voice lines are even funny. His anxiety is nonexistent when he’s on missions because of this and why he has good comebacks. Especially if he snipes someone and he makes the comment “Heh, and they said I couldn’t be a sniper.” COCKY AF. I think it’s almost like once he’s locked in on a mission, he goes into a certain corner of his brain that is a lil bit bloodthirsty and violent and a bit psychotic. Killer autopilot mode. Because who dafuq just breaks someone’s back over their knees? An entire personality crafted just for war.

Why did he join the military? I think honestly because where he grew up didn’t have many career choices. I imagine he grew up in a little mountain town, so his choices were like a butcher shop, a grocery store, or the post office lmfao. He was good with guns since he hunted since he was a kid and figured that he could send money home to his family and experience the world with the military. Konig’s size and his constant fidgeting barred him from being a sniper. People could see his big ass from a mile away even in a ghillie suit, he just couldn’t blend in no matter how small he tried to scrunch himself together. He was disappointed at first, but I think he came to love being on the front lines and is how the mask came into play. I will explain.

His bio states that there’s a rumor that he wears the hood because underneath is scary. This suggests he’s been mutilated by war, but I think it really is just a rumor. It’s simply a scare tactic and partially for privacy reasons. Imagine being the enemy holed up in a room, the door blasts open and Konig’s inhumanly tall ass steps through the doorway wearing an executioner’s hood and all you can see is the whites of his eyes. It would be terrifying, and it catches the enemy off guard. They’ve heard stories about him, and the legend isn’t a myth. Konig is a known figure throughout the PMC & bad guys world. So, he doesn’t want anyone on the other side to remember his face and see him in public. However, I don’t believe Konig wears his hood all the time. As soon as he’s on that helo headed out, he rips that mask off so he can breathe properly.

So, what’s under the mask? Again, I think the rumors about him being a wreck under the mask are just a part of his lore. I think Konig is either dirty blonde or has auburn hair. I really can’t decide. It’s kept at a shorter length that curls at the ends. His eyes are a like a steely, grey-blue color. His jawline is defined, more in a square shape. Slight cleft chin. His bottom lip is fuller than his top lip. Konig’s nose is slightly crooked from being broken a few times, but the bridge is defined but I think he has a cute lil button-y, retrousse nose. High cheekbones. Thick eyebrows that are sharp in shape. His teeth aren’t 100% perfect, some crowding issues on the bottom. Definitely has had some teeth knocked out so some are fake. He has a light stubble, has the ability to grow a beard but doesn’t because it gets caught in his hood. He does have scars both mild and severe scattered about his face. He’s obviously very muscular, but I do think he has a smidge of fat on his abs because he needs constant food for his body type. Definitely a 12/10 stars pretty man…or he’s very average. There is allegedly a glitch in game where his face is revealed, and he’s not ugly but not hot either.

Let’s address the elephant in the room…his height. I know it’s widely believed or accepted that he is 6’10”. And while I would love to believe that I don’t think it’s true. He is canonically very tall; but I think around 6’6” or 6’7” max and 6’4” being the minimum. Maybe the 6’10” is just another rumor spread to keep up with his imposing legend.

If it’s true that Konig is indeed a colonel, then it would take around 17 years for him to achieve this rank in the German military (I couldn’t find anything specific about Austrian military, plus at this point there’s no clear answer to whether he’s Austrian or German) then canonically he must be at the very least 34 which I agree with, maybe even a few years older. He’s a whole, grown ass adult man not a 20-something year old. I feel like he’s a summer baby.

I honestly have no clue as to what his legal name is. I would like for it to be something sexy like Felix, Leon, Elias, Klaus, or Milo. But I have a feeling it’s something very basic and very Germanic like Karl or Albert. Or even worse something ugly like Wolfgang but I won’t even entertain that idea. I think the name Konig just comes from his cockiness. He’s the king on the battlefield because he excels at what he does. He took down an entire terrorist cell by himself. I’ve seen some people say that maybe it’s his last name or maybe even his first name, but I don’t think that’s right either.

It takes him some time to warm up to people, so he can come off as shy at first or maybe even rude/harsh. But really, he’s just observing to see how he can act around them. If they seem like they wouldn’t appreciate a dirty joke, he won’t say anything inappropriate. He bases his personality on the energy they project. They like to goof off? He can be a dumbass around them. They’re kind and polite? Konig will give it right back. Are they harsh and blunt? He’s got that personality under his belt too. Not to say he doesn’t have his own “real” personality, but I think this is one of his ways to get around his social anxiety.

He won’t shy away from going out with his friends or teammates. In fact, I think he’s funnier when he’s drunk, but he’s still reserved and doesn’t get blackout drunk. He definitely wouldn’t dance or sing, but he gets very chatty and loves to joke but only with the people he knows. He’ll play pool with the guys. He probably wouldn’t chat up strangers at the bar on his own or do something to draw attention to himself. But if someone comes up to him, he’s not going to clam up. Probably just come off as awkward and not have much to say because he ain’t know them like that.

I think he’s popular with the ladies for sure. Like girls definitely notice him and crush on him. I definitely don’t think he’s a 34+ year old virgin or only has a few bodies under his belt. But Konig also isn’t a man whore (but I do love the idea of it). He’s sitting at a 10-15 body count. Not too little, not a whole lot. I don’t think he’s interested in barrack bunnies, but he also would be lying if he said he’s never slept with a fellow soldier that he got close to. But I don’t think he’s the type for a relationship due to his job. He’s always going out on missions in other countries for weeks at a time. When he comes back, he’s exhausted and doesn’t have the energy to put into a relationship so he feels like it’s not fair to have a significant other. Unfortunately, he gives me situationship vibes, but he doesn’t mean for it to happen and in fact doesn’t really care for casual flings, but they just happen. Just keeps seeing the same girl for a few months at a time but then cuts ties when things get a bit too serious. Konig wouldn’t mind having a partner, but he wants to wait until he’s retired so he’s able to actually put effort into the relationship.

Warning: In my world I depict Konig as straight, so the following is based on that belief. I think Konig has a thing for women with long blonde hair, but otherwise doesn’t care too much about height, body shape, weight or race as long as he thinks they’re pretty. His ideal girl would be calm, kind, polite but can dish & take jokes and able to let loose once in a while. I don’t think he’d go for obnoxious, loud or high maintenance ladies. Doesn’t mind someone with a bit of fire to them. He wants a woman, not a silly lil baby lolita egirl teeny bopper (sorry to those who love this idea) so I don’t think he’d go for women under 25ish. He likes them more mature with ambition and a steady head. He doesn’t mind spoiling them every so often, but also thinks women shouldn’t use him for his money either. He doesn’t feel emasculated when his girl pays for dinner. He thinks that a relationship should be equal and fair on both sides. Definite plus if she’s a great cook because this man loves to eat.

For hobbies I think Konig enjoys hunting, he makes his own beer when he’s on leave, hiking, he’s a good cook (at least when it comes to Austrian/German/whatever Activision decides his nationality is today) and has project cars. Let’s break it down.

He grew up in the mountains, so there’s prey animals in abundance and I like to think he did it as a kid with his father or another father figure. He does feel bad for the animals he hunts, but he makes sure to use up every part so nothing goes to waste. Obviously, he uses the meat, he uses the pelts for crafting, he does have a bone collection going and if he took an especially magnificent specimen, he will have it mounted on his cabin wall because he dabbles a little bit in taxidermy but isn’t a trophy hunter.

He’s Austrian/German so beer is in his DNA. He likes to experiment and see what flavors he can create when he makes his beer. If Konig brews a batch that is really good, he will share with family & friends but usually it’s just for his personal consumption. He doesn’t just make beer though; in the summer he’ll make his own wine from berries because his mom/grandma loves it. Lowkey a mama’s boy.

I’d also like to think that he learned cooking with his mom or grandma when he was little. They’d have him help with the small stuff and would hang out with them in the kitchen and observe. As he got older, he would take more part of the cooking to the point where he’d offer to make dinner so his mom/granny whoever can relax. Plus, as I said this man loves to eat and when he’s at his own place off duty he craves hearty meals and mama ain’t there to cook.

I honestly have no source or idea why he likes project cars. I think it mostly has to do with keeping him busy and focused on something. I don’t think Konig tunes them as performance cars, so I don’t think he races them or does anything crazy with them. He does, however, like to drive around for fun, especially on long, windy mountain roads.

Konig loves music and listens to a wide range of it, but I think he’d especially be into German metal (think Rammstein- very stereotypical, I know), but likes Type-O Negative, etc. Anything hard rock. For some reason he likes Sublime even though it’s widely different to what he usually listens to. He hates country music.

If I have any more that I think of I will add. I hope that the big hype surrounding Konig will make Activision bring him more into the game. Maybe not the sole focus of the game, but a campaign mission here or there or he makes an appearance in the very least. I’m just not sure how it would work out because per canon SpecGru and KorTac are rivals. Whether this means they’re actually enemies or just competition in campaign mode or rivals for multiplayer to simplify things I’m still debating about.

Anyhoo, any thoughts or comments are appreciated! I just really wanted to take this from a logical standpoint from what we know and what can be speculated based on the little information we’ve been given about him. I don’t think anyone understands how bad I need him to be real.

Happy Wednesday amazing fandom :) Another good one where Tim is naturally the supportive husband. We get to delve into Lucy’s past a bit more. Find out more about why we dislike her mother LOL My rage for her is reignited. Lets get going though.

4x14 Long Shot

We join Lucy in the kitchen pouring over forms and getting frustrated. Tamara sits down next to her asking what’s she’s doing? Lucy explains it’s the forms for her egg extraction. Except it’s a little more intense than she expected. They are wanting to know tons of family history dating back to her great-great grandfather. Tamara says it’s probably just to harvest the best eggs. Lucy tells her it’s hard to answer these when she doesn’t know her real dad.

Tamara is surprised she doesn’t know this about her. Lucy is being surprisingly calm about the whole thing. Saying her dad was her dad. Since he was the man that raised her. Her mom only told her that her real dad wasn’t ready to be a dad. (Only part of it lying liar…)Tamara starts going off on what she could pass on to her kids. Lucy giving her a serious mom look. Haha I love them.

She tells her she’s taking reproductive bio at school. Lucy starts to look a little overwhelmed than she was before. Just replying with an ‘Mmhmm…’ Tamaras comments about her dad starting to sink in more. Wondering if she should be more bothered she doesn't know her real dad? That maybe she should pursue that but isn't sure.

We start our lovely ship out on a call. Lucy asking Tim if he thinks it’s weird she hasn’t tried to find her bio dad? First off I love him already knowing this already. Tim is clearly already clued into this fact. It’s not something she’s bringing up for the first time. Completely normal 'partner' stuff for him to know automatically. Second just having personal convos every day now I love it. Tim is soft at first telling her she doesn’t owe the guy anything. I mean she really doesn't from a logical standpoint.

Then Tim is a little more blunt in his second comment LOL Lucy is exasperated with him and I’m laughing. He’s trying to make a joke to lighten the mood. Doesn’t go over well but 'A 'for effort Tim haha It's his way of being supportive but trying to keep her head in the game. Since they are approaching a crime scene and all that.

They have a mini married moment as they walk up. Lucy makes a comment about she doesn’t know why she bothers talking to him about personal stuff. In response to his millimeter reply. Tim smiles and replies ‘Mission accomplished,’ Lucy looking at him with fond exasperation. Because that’s the level we’re at now. Exasperated with each other per usual but also still very fond.

This next part is so funny. They ask Bailey if they have a suspect? She says no... but she has a good idea whoever torched guys car is a woman. Ha. It’s easy to see why someone would after talking to this guy for two seconds. The arrogance is insane.

When he asks for Lucy’s number LMFAO I’m dying. Tim’s face and his ‘I’m out’ demeanor is too damn funny. He knows Lucy can handle herself and will put this man in his place if needed. So he walks away lets her handle it. Eric kills me with the facial expressions. Lucy’s face is also is super funny. She’s so annoyed but pulls out her pad anyway. Bracing herself to deal with this turd. Her face screaming 'Thanks Tim....'

They respond to a second call. A lady saying a crazy woman came in and released rats. She had an animal carrier and let them out during her breakfast rush. Tim asks her to describe the suspect. She lists the same thing the arson victim did. They put two and two together pretty quickly. They’re the same person. Apparently she used to work for this woman. They get a name in the process. Jordan Conner. Lucy is so cute getting distracted by the rat noise. I love her so much. After Lucy resets herself asks her if she has her address at all?

They make it to her apt and see a man rinsing his eyes out. Tim asking if he’s ok? Man is surly af with Tim. Saying does it look like he’s ok? Easy fella lol Tells them his tenant Jordan Conner pepper sprayed him. Letting them know she was three months behind on rent. Complaining she had special circumstances for being behind.

Tim gives him his card and tells him to call if she returns. I love when they’re walking away how close they are. Zero space between them as they exit. Tim brushing against Lucy as they talk about their next move with this woman. I see you guys. Don't think I don’t haha Tim says they’ll have to get a warrant for her phone. So they can stop her before her crime spree escalates any further.

The warrant leads them straight to her. They find Jordan sitting on her car in the hills. She seems resigned as hell. Like she was waiting for them to come find her. They approach her slowly and tell her all the people they’ve met with today. Her ex, her former boss and her landlord. Tim calling it a pretty epic revenge tour. She calls it her hit list. Lucy asks if she wants to talk about it? She sighs and says people suck. That they do…Tim agreeing saying ‘Yeah. Amen to that.' HA Also once again lets note the lack of space above. Mix this in with a tall/smol shot my heart is happy.

Lucy probes a little deeper. Saying she must’ve had a reason? Jordan opens up and tells them she has the breast cancer gene. It came from her mom and she had been waiting for it. So when she found a lump she wasn’t even surprised. Been waiting her whole life for it. She thought she was going to die. Then last week she went into remission. Tim tells her congrats. She doesn’t thank him. Just replies she was done apologizing for existing. Thus her hit list. Saying she wanted to make her own karma. That everything she did was worth it to her.

I can't say I blame her for being so angry. It does seem like the shitty people of the world get away with murder. If you're good, do your job, do right by people you still get screwed by life. I can't say I don't relate to her. Her BF bailed on her when she was sick. Saying he didn’t do bald chicks. That dude needs to have his penis revoked IMO. What an asshole. Her boss fired her for being late from chemo and her landlord raised her rent when she was too sick to work. That’s a lot. Lucy and Tim empathize but sadly have to still arrest her.

As Tim puts Jordan in the car we can see Lucy deep in her own thoughts. Tim mentioning how most people when they get second chance wanna be better. Saying 'Got to respect her for going the other way. 'Jordan's comment about making our own karma has struck a chord with Lucy. Voicing how she just waited around to get sick like her mom. You can she is conflicted. Asking Tim is it better to know or not? Does it do us any good to know? Truly needing his guidance on this one by asking these questions.

Lucy looks so shaken by the whole situation. I adore him knowing exactly where she’s at in this moment. No need to explain it. Knows what she is talking about without context. I love him tilting his head when he asks above if its about her bio dad? It's so cute. Being the supportive husband she needs. Giving her that last push to confront her mom. Especially if it’s going to eat at her like this. Lucy mentions she’ll go to her aunt Amy instead. Her mother would never tell her ha.

We get to meet Aunt Amy shortly after. Lucy tells her how she was given the egg appt. Explaining to her aunt how pissed she was about it at first. Amy relaying she tried to stop her from doing it. But she clearly didn’t listen to her. Lucy continues on that she decided to explore it. The forms are what’s slowing her down. She doesn’t know anything about her father’s side. We can see her aunt struggle with her telling her the truth.

Not wanting to betray her sister’s trust. I can empathize with that. We find out her mom. Her perfect strict pain in the ass mother slept with a patient. Not only that but that patient is her biological father. She hid it to protect her career and to push away the shame. Suddenly everything is coming into focus. Not surprising her lineage is tied to her mother’s selfishness. Poor Lucy is floored by this info. I know I was when I first watched it. Unreal.

Once they’re back in the shop Tim’s Lucy radar is going off. He looks over at her and see’s how distraught she is. Once again just like in 4x11 asking if she’s ok? This man is so soft for her at this point. Can’t stand her hurting. So he opens up the floor for her to talk. Knowing she is not doing ok. It’s his way of saying if you need to talk let’s talk I’m here to listen. Never be over how he has grown in this way. Seeing her hurting and wanting to help.

Having her hash it out with him. Because he knows it’ll make her feel better. This man ❤️ Sure loves his girl. Melissa crushes this scene. The emotions behind her voice kill me. She is on the verge of crying and Tim knows it. Look at her above she is so emotional she's not even sure where to start. She has a million and one emotions surging through her and it shows. With how she starts to try and talk then stops. Struggling to find the words to convey how she is feeling.

I can relate to this so much. Being so deeply emotional about your parents. Not even knowing where to begin. Only that you are so deeply hurt. Lucy takes another beat before beginning. Expressing how her mother has made her feel her whole life. It’s the worst when nothing you do is good enough. You strive to impress and always come up short. It’s hard not to get a complex about it. I mean I still struggle with my parents thinking I’m their f*ck up child. They’ve never said it but their actions scream it.

Lucy continues on about how her grades, BF’s, career never been good enough for her. Then she finds out her mom made the biggest transgression she could as a therapist. That ever since then she’s been trying to make up for that sin. By riding Lucy into the ground to make up for her mistake she made early in life. In her twisted mind if Lucy came out the way she wanted her to it would erase that shame.

So messed up on very many levels. We watch Tim nod along and let her know he's listening. To give her the opportunity get everything off her chest. You can see the worry in his eyes in the second gif. The way he looks over at her with such empathy in his eyes. Hating how much she is hurting in this moment.

Tim tries to do devil’s advocate. Giving her some logic but it doesn’t land. It never does with her mother. At least not at first. Lucy then voices the thing I’m sure she’s thought her whole life. That’s her mother resents her because she represents the one time she made a mistake. Tim tries to deter this but she cuts him off. (I will never be over how he uses her first name in this season. Something so damn intimate about it.)

Makes me wonder what he was going to say? There was some serious emotion behind his ‘ Lucy it’s..’ We’ll never know cause her aunt texted her what her father’s name is. This is where Tim tries to make her laugh. He’s doing such a solid job being the supportive husband. This tops it off IMO. He can always make her laugh and smile when she is stressed.

Knowing if he makes her laugh it’ll relieve that tension in her body a bit. Making a silly joke about her dad’s name. Saying least it’s not stupid like Dilbert LOL Distracting Lucy from her hurt for a moment with his silly joke. You know he’s proud of himself for getting her to smile in this moment. All he ever wants now in these kind of moments is to make her feel better. Mission accomplished Tim.

You made your girl feel better. Knowing she was on the verge of tears and taking a beat to make her smile. That’s love. 4x12 was about Tim being a control freak. How he doesn’t like to go outside his comfort zone ever. Then we see him do stuff like this. Things he wouldn’t have done pre-Lucy. Making jokes, reaching out to make sure she’s ok, if she’s not he is making it his mission to make her feel better. Gah I love this man so much and his journey. My damn heart.

Tim Bradford can go outside his comfort zone. The question is are you worth it to him to do so? Lucy has earned this out of him ten fold. This season is the fruit of all they’ve built the previous 3 seasons. It’s so glorious to watch the result of it. Said this before but moments like this are what make their slow burn so worth it. Look at how comfortable they are with one another. Lucy spiraling he lets her get it out then reels her back in with a joke. These two I cannot with how much I love them.

We end the episode how we started it with Tamara and Lucy. They’re stalking her potential father on social media. Tamara is so cute having a list of candidates ready for her. Lucy gets a phone call that interrupts their search. She gets the news that he’s dead. It’s so sad to watch her take this news in. Tamara trying to console her best she can about it. Saying yeah she didn’t know him but if not for him she wouldn’t be here. That it's ok to be sad about it.

Breaks my heart how she thought someday they’d meet. Somehow. That she had this idea of him that lingered in her mind. Tamara says she hates to ask. But was it genetic how he died? Lucy answers it was a car crash. He died alone. No kids, wife, nothing. You see the guilt crash over about this fact. I love Tamara doing what Tim would. Not letting her drown and pulling her back to shore emotionally. Refusing to let her beat herself up over it. Her makeshift family taking care of her this ep I love it.
