is there a FF where yohan teaches gaon to fight hand to hand combat and gaon bests him with his street fighting skills so yohan ends up on his back on the training mat with gaon straddling him? bonus points if gaon is red faced and aroused but they haven't yet revealed their romantic interest in each other. more bonus points if they bone.
if there isn't...there needs to be.

Annoying or not, your mom asks you to take your little sister to her taekwondo classes, but you don't expect to see your once middle school crush being the practice teacher there.

➳ Genre: childhood sweethearts to lovers, fluff, comedy

It wasn't even a bad day. In fact, it was a pretty good day, your boss even praised you for your work that day, so you couldn't say that you had a strike of unlucky things happening to you. However, when you bumped into Kim Yohan out of all people at your little sister's taekwondo academy, you were definitely in for a surprise.
Not that his presence at a taekwondo academy should have surprised you. After all, his father was a taekwondo master and he had been doing taekwondo professionally when you had last seen him. It was the fact that he was the one teaching your little sister as a practice teacher under a senior instructor’s supervision that surprised you. Oh, and of course the fact that you never expected to see your middle school crush again after he had gone to a different school, and your silly little broken heart had convinced you that you would never find true love after the boy you had confessed to had not only said nothing in return, but he had also left your school altogether. Back then, you had no phone, no social media account, so he had gone without a trace.
There was no doubt that it was him though. He had the same boba eyes, the same bunny smile and the same pitch-black hair that you had always imagined ruffling like those main leads in your favourite young adult books that you had loved back then. You had imagined Yohan in the love interest's place so many times, and you remembered that aching feeling of wanting your love life to turn out like the ones in those books all too well.
Alas, you had been young and naive and foolish and...
"Hi!" Yohan greeted you with a wide albeit surprised smile. Well, at least he didn't expect to see you here either.
"Hi!" You responded slowly, still taking in the sight of the boy who had grown into such a handsome young man. Not that you hadn't considered him handsome back then because you had. It's just that his features were even more defined now, his shoulders even broader and he was even taller than he used to be. Though you had last seen him around a decade ago, it shouldn’t have been surprising.
"I didn't expect to see you here."
"Me neither," you reciprocated his semi-nervous laughter with a smile as you tried to keep it cool. After all, he must have forgotten all about your confession, right? It had been so many years ago, he must not have even taken you seriously if he hadn't replied back then (not that he had a chance because you had practically run away from him after your confession, too embarrassed to bear his gaze).
Just like that, silence enveloped you, and you knew that Yohan had never been good at awkward situations, so you tried to keep it casual.
"I came to pick up my little sister, Yeji. She attends a class here. Your class, it seems," you explained, referring to the fact that you had seen your sister come out of the exact same practice room he had come out of.
Yohan's mouth formed a surprised O in return, but then, he was back to his usual coy self as he mentioned:
"It's not my class as per se. I'm still just a practice teacher."
"Everyone has to start somewhere, right?" You joked, trying to ease the slight awkwardness in the air, but you weren't sure that you saying such a thing was helping at all. God, you two were full-grown adults now, him already practising to be a teacher and you doing an internship, you should have known how to communicate better. Maybe it was just that the surprise hadn't worn off. Yeah, that should be it.
"How about you? Are you at uni or already working?" Yohan inquired after clearing his throat, and it was such a Yohan thing to do. He had always cleared his throat like that before giving presentations or being asked to solve a task by the board. It was such a silly thing to suddenly remember, but what could you do? You had been once head over heels for this boy.
"Oh, I finished uni during spring. I'm now doing an internship. I'm a sales intern for a fashion company."
"Sounds exciting."
"Yeah, it is," you responded with a smile, then to fill the silence, you told him about what tasks you had and what products were sold at the company and how you were working part-time, so you could pick up your little sister from now on because your mother now had a schedule change due to a colleague going on maternity leave. Not that he asked about half of it, but you knew that your little sister needed an awful lot of time to get ready, so even though kids were leaving the changing rooms one by one, you weren't surprised that you didn't see your sister coming out anytime soon.
In return, you asked about Yohan, and how he had ended up here and how long he would stay here and such, and he responded casually. These weren't such difficult questions though, but you were glad that the initial awkwardness wasn't lingering anymore.
Finally, your little sister showed up, her face still quite red, but her smile was as wide as it could be. Especially when she saw that you were talking to her teacher.
"Did you ask him how I was doing?" Yeji chirped, reaching out to hold your hand - something she always did when you were around others. She was extra clingy around strangers.
"No. We were catching up."
"Catching up?" She looked at you with wide eyes, then at Yohan. To that, you explained that you had been middle school classmates, and since she went to the same middle school as you did, she found it extremely fascinating that her taekwondo teacher went to the same school as she did.
"Anyways, let's not keep up your teacher any longer," you announced firmly when silence settled over the three of you. As expected, Yeji complained a bit, but eventually, she let her teacher go his way and you two also went your way which meant home in your case.
It didn't take long for your little sister to gossip about the fascinating revelation that her new practice teacher was your middle school classmate. To make matters worse, your mother knew exactly who Kim Yohan was, and she couldn't keep it quiet either.
"Wasn't he the boy you liked so much back then?" She exclaimed beamingly as if she had received great news, and you felt like falling head first into your bowl of pasta.
"You liked my teacher?" Yeji immediately shrieked excitedly, and it took some serious minutes to explain to her that it was a long time ago, you didn't like him anymore, and that he wasn't her teacher back then, so it didn't sound that weird.
Ever since then, you tried your very best not to run into Yohan when you went to pick her up or when you did, Yeji couldn't be around or ask anything regarding your middle school crush. Miraculously, it worked for some time, but once you had an urgent matter at work, so you couldn't leave on time, and you were almost half an hour late than you usually arrived. You basically ran from the underground station to the academy because Yeji didn't have a phone, so you couldn't tell her that you were on your way, and you were afraid that she would be panicking when she didn't see you after coming out of the changing rooms.
The sight that welcomed you was totally different though. Yeji and Yohan were sitting on the chairs opposite the reception desk, and they were playing cham cham cham. You let out a long, relieved sigh upon hearing your little sister's laughter, and your heart did a silly little somersault when Yohan's bunny smile was on full display while playing with her.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry that I was late. Something came up at the company, and I had to stay a bit longer," you explained in one-go when you walked up to them, but instead of being angry, your little sister seemed more understanding.
"It's okay. Mom didn't always arrive on time either," she just shrugged, and god, you thanked the gods for having a sister like her in that moment. This gratefulness didn't stay with you for long though. "We were playing some games with your crush while waiting."
Oh. My. God. How did she... Why... How could... No. This wasn't happening. Nope.
"I've told you not to call him that," you muttered through gritted teeth, trying to act natural with a smile in Yohan's direction, but he definitely did hear you two talking, and if it was possible, he was even more flabbergasted than you were.
"Why not? You've said you told him-"
"Come on, that was a long time ago. Right, Yohan?" You glanced in the boy's direction quite frantically. You felt like it would have been better if the ground had opened up beneath you. You really just wanted to evaporate.
"Right, it was. You didn't even let me respond," he brought it up, almost sulkily, but you swore that you were on the verge of making an even bigger fool out of yourself and tell him that he was still handsome, and you found it cute that he was teaching kids, and he was seemingly good with your little sister too and that was adorable...
And so on and so forth, so you needed to leave.
"Anyways, we have to go now. I promised mom I would get groceries before going home, so we need to do that too," you clapped your hands to announce it and grabbed your sister's gym bag from the floor, throwing it over your shoulder.
Thankfully, your sister perked up at the mention of grocery shopping - which meant free food sometimes due to the promotional samples -, so she gave in easily. This way, you could bid your goodbye to Yohan as soon as possible, and you could leave before wanting to admit something that you just couldn't.
Yohan was kind enough not to bring up your awkward middle school confession, so your conversations could actually be about things that didn't cause awkwardness. He was still very much the introverted boy you had known him to be, but he could get really chatty when it was about a topic he was interested in or stories with his friends that he was trying to tell with big hand gestures and voice intonations. It didn't help your silly little heart though, in fact, you felt like you just fell deeper and deeper with no way out. Once your sister took an extra long time changing after practice, you could also see Yohan in a non-uniform outfit because he had already changed into his usual clothes before your sister came out, and oh boy, he did grow broader and stronger. He also knew how to dress himself, so the tight black jeans, simple white tee, leather jacket combo didn't help your heart at all.
Though you didn't meet outside of the taekwondo academy because why would you? You also had around 15-30 minutes twice a week to talk, so it's not like you talked a lot, though with him, you felt like you could listen to him all the time, so it wouldn't be enough anyway. He might have given you his number (in case you were late to pick up your sister, so at least he would know about it even if your sister didn't have a phone), but you didn't start messaging each other too intensively.
The first time you met each other outside of the taekwondo academy was at a taekwondo competition. It was your sister's first competition, so she was super nervous, but she got encouragement from both of her teachers and you as well. Her fellow taekwondo team members supported her as well, but she eventually lost before the semi-finals, and instead of staying out on the field, she didn't come up to you to the stand during break, so you got worried.
You walked down the corridors, and walked into the changing room where you had previously put down her stuff. However, she wasn't there. You were almost about to call Yohan, hoping that he looked at his phone during the breaks, when you caught sight of the said boy crouched down to be at eye-level with your sister and hugging her while she was crying.
"It's okay. I've lost in competitions too, it's inevitable. Next time you'll be even better. Almost making it into the semi-finals is already a great achievement," you heard Yohan say to her, patting her back reassuringly while Yeji was still constantly sobbing. Hearing her cry broke your heart a little, but the boy's reassurance warmed it a bit, too.
"Yohan is right," you said as you halted beside their duo, and gently patted your sister's shoulder to gain her attention. You reached a pack of tissues out to her, and she took it, immediately using up two to blow her nose and wipe away her tears. "It was your first competition. You did so well. Now you know what you can expect, and you'll smash it next time."
"And maybe even become a teacher like me one day," Yohan added with a light-hearted smile as he stood up straight.
"Really? Can I do that after losing here?" Yeji stopped crying to ask that question and blinked up at her giant of a teacher with bright, shining eyes. He nodded and told her just how many times he had lost in the past until she felt better and eventually went to the bathroom to wash her face.
"Thanks for being beside here. I thought she disappeared, but I'm glad that wasn't the case," you turned to Yohan after your sister got out of hearing range, and displayed a grateful smile.
"Don't mention it,” the boy shrugged casually, but you were truly grateful for his assistance, so you kept thanking him until he was called by the taekwondo master to get ready for the end of the break. He directed an apologetic smile at you, but you told him that he should go, you would fetch up your little sister afterwards.
Once Yeji was done in the bathroom and felt better, you two went back to the stand to watch the rest of the competition. Even though your little sister was a bit under the weather when her opponent made it to the final, she seemed supportive of her team members nevertheless, and she almost went back to her usual, bubbly self by the end of the event. You waited for her to change and get her stuff, and as usual, she was almost the last one to leave. That just meant that you managed to bump into Yohan on the way out.
You and Yeji were about to have some lunch, and your little sister was so pumped up about telling her teacher that she would have her favourite kimchi stew that she somehow ended up inviting Yohan as well. As expected, the boy tried to turn down the offer, but the grumbling of his stomach and Yeji’s puppy eyes convinced him to join you. Your sister couldn’t have been happier.
You couldn’t deny that you were happy as well. It was fun talking to the boy like this, and you had a fun time watching the boy’s facial expressions change when your little sister asked him very random questions such as his favourite childhood snacks, if he had ever seen Santa or if he had ever farted during a competition. That last one, though, was embarrassing even for you, so you tried to avert the topic to something more pleasant.
You three had different meals, and Yeji always tried others’ food if it didn’t involve something she absolutely despised, so she had some from your lunch and from Yohan’s lunch as well. Then, insisting that his meat was really good, Yohan even wrapped a piece of meat, rice and garlic in a perilla leaf and reached it out to you. You looked at him for a few seconds, confused, but ended up reaching for it while thanking him for the gesture. He gave you a gentle, almost proud smile in return, and there it was again: that warmth that ran through your body seeing his smile, feeling like you had just ran a marathon, but it wasn’t enough to tire you out, you were just so pumped up.
“Why didn’t you put it into her mouth? They always do that in dramas,” Yeji chirped in obliviously, and you almost choked imagining the scene of Yohan putting the perilla wrap into your mouth like couples would do. Yohan had the same reaction, but he tried to mask it with a few well-timed coughs.
“It’s because we are not a couple. It’s a thing that couples do, so it would be weird if we did so,” you explained to your little sister who seemed to be pondering for a few seconds before asking the very simple yet very complicated ‘why’. You blanched at the boldness of hers, your eyes growing twice their size, and your throat going dry. You reached for your glass of water and took a few sips of it, trying to come up with an answer that wouldn’t hurt Yohan's feelings either, but it wouldn’t give away your feelings either.
However, taking your silence as if you couldn’t understand her question, Yeji continued with her honest, child-like curiosity.
“Do you really not like each other anymore?”
“It’s not that. It’s compli-”
“Then, do you still like him, no?”
“I mean…” You protested fervently, your embarrassment growing by the second. Sure, kids were honest, and they didn’t hold themselves back, but they also didn’t know the complexity of human emotions and how people didn’t always like each other back. You were sure that the movies and dramas she watched weren’t about unrequited love either.
You were about to go into a long-ass monologue about how reality could be different from what she saw in the media, but Yohan spoke up after clearing his throat.
“I like her. I always did,” he admitted coolly, but the way he was picking on his food with his chopsticks without looking into your eyes gave away his nervousness.
You practically froze in place, unable to move or speak because you just couldn’t believe that he had confessed that he liked you, and he had always done so. It was what you had been imagining all those years ago while rolling on your bed and listening to heartwarming pop songs about first loves, it was what you had been imagining when you had picked up the courage to confess to him on the last day of grade 7, and it was what you had been imagining ever since, and now that it was out, you were unable to form coherent words.
“But… like… why didn’t you tell me before?” You mumbled, still puzzled, when you managed to pull yourself together enough to speak up. Yohan’s eyes darted between different parts of the restaurant before landing on yours, and his gaze made it impossible to look away. There was just so much in his eyes, a whole galaxy if you wanted to be corny, that you felt like you would never be able to have enough of looking into his orbs.
“It’s not like you let me tell you back then. You practically ran away!”
“Because you were frozen, and didn’t say a thing. So I figured you don’t like me and ran away to save both of us from further embarrassment.”
“I was frozen like you now. I couldn’t believe that someone like you would like me back,” Yohan insisted, and this almost sulky side of him was so adorable, so similar to his younger days that you almost felt like hugging him to your chest when he was already way taller than you. Gosh, you really did think that he said nothing because he didn’t like you whereas he was just surprised. You had to process that information and his pouty lips and his twinkling eyes and…
“Are you going to kiss now?” Yeji blurted out, too excited for her own good, but both you and Yohan answered with a vehement no before locking gazes again and bursting into laughter. You almost forgot about your little sister being there beside you because you were so into your own little world, but how could you forget about her presence and enthusiasm towards you and your crush on Yohan?
“We can try later though,” the boy mentioned with a teasing tone, and you held up your chopsticks warningly, but the boy’s giggles made you let go of any (theatrical) annoyance you held towards him.
Now that was out of the way, the rest of the lunch was fun and almost peaceful, but you would have never thought that his confession would happen at a restaurant on the way home from your sister’s first taekwondo competition, over perilla leaf wraps and bowls of steaming noodles. You wouldn’t have had it any other way though. It was so like you and Yohan, and it was just perfect.

For the wipe tag game:
May I inquire about :
The devil's due ( I have been hooked since the first chapter that u posted. It's such an interesting idea with so many possibilities)
The gentle light ( will we get more of yohan's poverty?)
Thank u, and have a nice day 🩵
Thank you so much for the ask!
The Devil's Due
Oh man, this one. I am hooked on this one too, but I keep holding it off because I know it'll be pretty long and it's also going to be pretty, uh, sexually charged? And that intimidates me x'D
But yeah, I LOVE the idea and the possibilities it offers. It's a story that would focus on Ga On and Yo Han's relationship without the power imbalance of them being chief and subordinate. That's to say that Ga On is going to be even feistier than in canon, if you can believe that. And he's going to be more aware of his sexuality and what he actually wants — or who, I guess I should say.
The main plot would really just be Ga On getting to know Yo Han — and Elijah — during different circumstances. And the biggest conflict will be the fire and whether or not Yo Han caused it, plus Yo Han trying to open Ga On's eyes to the corruption in their country. The main portion of the fic would be set a couple of years after the first chapter, and a couple of years before the start of the drama. So they're all a little less jaded and, since the situation is so different — Ga On isn't sent to spy on him, for one — Yo Han won't be as defensive. But he's obviously also going to be, well, Yo Han. He's working as a normal judge, trying not to draw too much attention to himself — biding his time for his revenge, and all that — but he would definitely not mind having some fun with the bright-eyed, reformed delinquent he saved from a life as a criminal.
As a treat.
As with many of my WIPs at the moment, this fic is mostly just a collection of lines of dialogue from various scenes, with no connecting text around them. So there are no complete snippets I can show, but I can say that the first time they do something sexual together it's because Ga On has finally had it with Yo Han's teasing and flirting and just marches into his office — at Yo Han's work, yes — and goes:
Ga On: "Fine. Let's fuck."
Yo Han, after a small pause: "Right now?"
Ga On, very scathingly: "Do you want me to schedule an appointment?"
Yo Han: "You're an absolute delight when you're angry."
There are reasons why Ga On is being so blunt, I want to point out, because he wouldn't usually be. Again: Yo Han and his manipulation tactics.
... and yes, they do have sex right then and there, in Yo Han's office. Which is one of the reasons why I'm afraid to write this. I'm way out of my depth here x'D
But I will continue eventually! I like the story way too much to give up on it :)
The Gentle Light
As for this one, I was kind of shocked to realise that I have a lot more written on chapter 2 than I initially thought. It takes place right after the first chapter, so basically Yo Han's side of the very loaded conversation that takes place during chapter 7. I've just been adding bits and pieces here and there when I've felt like it and now I have almost 4 000 words. Imagine that.
Here's a snippet!
---
Yo Han slowly walked up the steps leading to Kim Ga On's apartment, his hand sliding along the railing. The metal was cold against the mess of scar tissue on his palm, sending a chill up his arm. Yo Han paid that no mind, focusing instead on taking in his surroundings. While he'd known Ga On's address ever since K did the first background check, Yo Han had never actually been to visit before.
There had never been a reason for him to — until now.
As Yo Han finished climbing the first set of stairs, his gaze swept briefly over the terrace to his left, then flicked upward, toward the rooftop. There was apparently another terrace up there, but it was dark for the time being and therefore not of much interest to Yo Han.
Instead, he turned and looked out at the surrounding buildings. The neighborhood was as run-down as he'd expected, debris littering the streets and the majority of the buildings in desperate need of repairs — some even looked abandoned. Or perhaps the owners had simply given up, choosing to huddle inside the dark, decrepit shells of what used to be their homes, waiting for the end to come. That seemed common in these parts, where unemployment and hopelessness blanketed every house and street corner, sucking the life out of those few remaining.
Yo Han could tell it hadn't always been that way, though. There were glimpses of a once lively neighborhood hiding underneath the grime and despair, the descent probably having happened slowly over time as the economy kept getting worse and worse — money getting tighter and tighter. And, eventually, whether they wanted to or not, the people had no choice but to give in.
It made sense, Yo Han supposed, for Kim Ga On to have grown up in a place like this, where he'd had to watch what he once knew wither away and fall into disrepair in front of his very eyes.
That deeply rooted disdain for the rich must have come from somewhere, after all.
---
A lot of what I have so far is basically just Yo Han sauntering around in front of Ga On's apartment, observing things and drawing conclusions about Ga On. It's kind of adorable in it's own way xD But things obviously take a very dramatic turn once Ga On shows up, some of which I've shown before in snippets that you can find here.
I can't promise I'll ever post this, though, since I'd obviously have to finish it first and this is very far down on my list of priorities right now. But we'll see, I guess? If I keep chipping away at it one piece at a time, eventually it will be finished.
I hope you like it! And you have a nice day, too 💜

I love crossovers. And sometimes I can combine incompatible things. My best friend is sometimes ready to call the paramedics from my ideas🤣🤣🤣 And now the thought is spinning in my head, what if Kim Gaon from the Devil's Judge was the lord of water, like Katara from Avatar? And maybe for some reason his ability was blocked, but because of all the shocks, she was able to awaken. And not believing that Judge Ming was in danger, Gaon decided to check on Kang Yohan. Imagine if he could find it. And he saw that K was hanging at a great height, Judge Kang was injured, but was climbing the stairs, hoping to save his assistant. Do you think Jeong Song Ah and her assistant will have a chance to survive if they meet Gaon in bersek mode? Very small. I just imagined how, with the help of his element, Gaon saves K, neutralizes Dream A and her assistant, rolling them up to their necks in ice. The shock of Yohan and K. Gaon takes these two to the car, swears, tells them to get behind the wheel. And Yohan is being treated in the mansion. With the help of his power, he got rid of the wound, removed the bruises from K, and only then fainted, scaring the two of them to death. The doctor who was called by Yohan explained that Gaon lost consciousness from overexertion. Upon learning that he was the lord of water, the doctor was very surprised, because it is believed that such abilities have long disappeared. Now Judge Kang needs to look after his junior judge more closely, because they may start hunting for him. Someday it will be a fanfiction, but probably in the next life😅

The Devil Judge Rewatch Ep 3 (Part 2)
Continuation of Part 1 which can be found here.
Kang Yohan Being Triumphant in Court Scene.
How could we forget the 'Christmas Special' Yohan had gifted us with in Youngmin's trial. And look at the way he had stared at Youngmin. Knowing very well, that his success here, it was for K too - helping him to seek revenge. Just as this was also his first huge step to getting his own too.
And now moving onto Kim Gaon whose scenes were just as interesting too.
Kim Gaon's Opening Scene
Exactly like the sleeping beauty, Miss Ji had threatened to make him become in a later scene.
Wandering Through the Kang Mansion Scene
A curious baby deer indeed, who despite his injuries, had gone wandering all over.
And notice how he had gone barefooted. Yohan probably not expecting Gaon to be out and about so soon.
Don't Do Anything Scene
Look at how frustrated Gaon was - being told yet again not to do anything so as to keep safe.
And his remark to Soohyun which clearly showed the kind of relationship the two of them had.
Gaon's Lock-Picking Scene
With just this scene, we know that Gaon had a colourful past. One that probably had to do with unlawful deeds which had him learning how to pick a lock.
And Soohyun, could she still tell Gaon not to do anything if she had seen this.
By the way, this will be the very same pair of scissors - made in Germany - that Yohan will stab into the table while pinning Gaon to it.
And this is also the scissors Gaon would dream of Yohan using to neuter another human being with it.
Gaon Being So At Home Scene
Gaon going from wandering like a stranger through the mansion to being the master of it. Sitting in Yohan's armchair and watching the live court show on the huge projector screen. Orange juice provided.
Gaon's Various Remarks that Made Me Want to Tell Him...
(1)
That he will become like one of them later on. Driving Yohan's expensive cars and ordering ingredients through the AI butler - not even worried about the cost.
(2)
That it will become his home. Living there and cooking and doing all sorts of things with Yohan and Elijah.
(3)
But they will very soon. And with smiles on their faces too.
Gaon's Expressions that Really Set Your Imagination On Fire
These expressions, they speak for themselves. Used in fan-made videos and photos that have you imagining - all the steamy stuff happening between Gaon and Yohan.
Have reached my limit once again so will continue on in Part 3 - final one for this episode.

I don't know why - but the idea of Taehoon being a girl and the Manager Kim trio all having daughters is just so cool to me because then on the scale you would have :
Kim Minji : Manager Kim's daughter, really smart but can't really read between the lines, doesn't know how to fight
Park Dabin : borderline a bully, can literally b**ch-slap sense into you, has a threatening aura
Seong Taehyun : this 6 foot one gremlin who likes volleyball and tekken and her friendsbut can kick you into oblivion
Also it would be so funny to have Park Jincheol and Manager Kim worry so much about their daughters and Hansu still be so chill about Taehyun (ig that's how a genderbent Taehoon would be named) is so chill about it.
It's even funnier if the three of them hang out for girl time or whatever and Taehyun - with being so tall and probably wearing pants with her uniform because it's easier to kick in - is like the person who scares off anyone who intimidates them.
It would also make her interactions with Yoo Hobin and Co. funnier because I feel like they wouldn't treat her any differently, but it's be like a big sister scolding the stupid younger siblings.
Girl Taehoon finally biologically girlified. I think Minji wouldn't have been bullied because she can just call her little (tall) sis and eradicate all her enemies, and Dabin might actually start her own crew #girliepops. Imagine Dabin picking on Yohan's girlfriend just cause her baby sis is Yohan's sunbae.
Dabin: "Girlie, you have the audacity to pose us our little Yohan's girlfriend.."
Yohan, whining while being held back by Taehyun: "Knock it off, Park Dabin!"
Dabin, flipping her hair nonchalantly: "You think you're his special friend? You think you've seen something we haven't?"
Lua, stuttering: "Excuse me?! What?!"
Taehyun: "You think we haven't seen his kind and caring nature?"
Dabin, flicking Lua's forehead: "Get your mind off the gutter, girl."
The whole Ji Yeonwoo thing with Yoo Hobin Co. would be less drama and be hell funnier too.
Yeonwoo, a few days later in recovery after getting beat up by a six foot pole girl: "Taehyunssi.. I really owe you. I hope we can get along and *blushes* maybe we can grab dinner sometime.."
Taehyun: "Nah. Don't take it the wrong way. I just got pissed cause you reminded me of how my boyfriend's situation used to be. I couldn't just stand and do nothing. You guys are a lot alike."
And Hobin and the other kids would be like: "Whoa, you guys heard that?! Not only is Taehyun so beautiful and cool and strong and scary, she also has an extremely cool and popular and handsome and DEFINITELY 10/10 boyfriend. Sis really got it all."
And then Taehyun shows up with this supposed extremely cool boyfriend of hers (Dowoon) and he's a twiggy, timid thing a foot shorter than her and looks like Hobin.
All the kids of Yoo Hobin Co., eyes narrowed and holding a magnifying glass each: "So which part of this kid reminds you of Yeonwoo."

Tell me why I imagined Gaon in a dimly lit room with a blindfold on and tied up in a rather…compromising position as Yohan sits down on a chair in front of the bed, crossing his legs as he smiles mirthfully. “Shall we begin, Judge Kim?”

fic stats meme! 💌
Tagged by @mangacat201 and, speaking of eclectic mixes of fandoms... This will cross as many of my ao3 accounts that I can remember the login info to (which, it turns out, was 6 separate accounts)
rules: give us the links to your fic with the most hits, second most kudos, third most comments, fourth most bookmarks, fifth most words, and fic with the least words.
most hits: imagining the integration of our images - 5777 hits (The Devil Judge)
On the one day that Gaon is late to class, it happens to be the day they’re picking their practicum names. Supposedly, as Soohyun tells him later, they had picked based on their standings in the class. Gaon, at third, would have had nearly any choice in practicum. Instead, he trudges up the steps to the penitentiary with reluctant acceptance of the failure from the course.
It’s his luck, he thinks, to be assigned the singular criminal to not yet answer any of the questions posed to him, whether by professionals or by students trying to loosen him up. “Don’t give him anything, Gaon-ah,” Jungho had said, resting his hand on Gaon’s shoulder with a worried expression. Gaon knew, if it had been up to Jungho, if the practicum wasn’t overseen by the department as a whole, that the man, practically his father, would have found a way to give him anyone but Kang Yohan.
Kang Yohan. The man’s name itself was barely spoken aloud now, six years after he had been sentenced to life in prison. He had been such a rare case, of a smart and ambitious young man snapping. Gaon had stayed up late, reading on the case, well past when he likely should have gone to sleep.
second most kudos: a place to be - 326 kudos (The Devil Judge)
They’re in Switzerland for thirteen months before Yohan glances down at his phone and Elijah recognizes the number as Gaon’s. “Are you seeing him?” Elijah asks, casual and calm, like every other time she’s asked the question. It works, because Yohan freezes and slowly raises his head to stare at her, incredulous.
“What?”
“Are you seeing him?” she repeats and nods her head, as if to say yes, him. Yohan scoffs.
“Don’t be childish.”
third most comments: envious of the musical sounds of my name from your tongue, whispered in the folds of being - 24 comment threads (The Devil Judge)
“Let’s speak honestly,” Kang Yohan says lowly. “You’re covering for one of the other members of your group. Which one is it?” Gaon stares at him, silent. “I’ll be lenient if you tell me,” Yohan prompts. “Who is it? Kim Chanhee? Yoo Joonwoo? Bae Woojin?”
“I’ve admitted to the crimes countless times and I have been sentenced, Judge Kang,” Gaon says steadily. He looks back down and returns to shading his landscape. He doesn’t look down quickly enough to miss the curl of Kang Yohan’s lips into a smile.
“You will work until you are able to pay off an amount of one hundred and thirty seven million won,” Yohan says, tapping his nails against the desk.
“I stole one hundred and twenty seven million won’s worth of items.” Gaon looks up again, frowning.
“And another ten million won for perjury,” Yohan counters. “Good day, Kim Gaon. I’ll see you soon.”
fourth most bookmarks: voices stolen and people borrowed - 81 bookmarks (The Devil Judge)
It’s hard to get back into the groove of writing. The words aren’t quite there like they used to be, and Gaon spends more time staring at empty pages than actually writing. The muscle memory isn’t quite there and the words escape him when he needs them most.
But, like clockwork, there’s a customer who comes in at the same time every night, who gives Gaon a respite from staring at the empty page and hoping that words will come to him.
The customer always comes in with messy hair, in a hoodie and ripped jeans and boots that Gaon only places as brand name after the fourth time he sees the man. He buys an energy drink, a packaged meal, and whatever the brand of fruit snacks in the far left corner of the store are called, as many of the fruit snacks as he can fit into his pocket. He pays in cash and never speaks. Gaon notices, the same time he recognizes the brand of shoe that he wears, that the man has earbuds in, hidden underneath the shagginess of his hair. It takes another week before Gaon catches a glimpse of the man’s phone- the newest model Android- and he realises that the man isn’t listening to music, but rather, an audiobook.
fifth most words: Look Who's Inside Again - 17214 words (TXT, Super Junior)
She's never talked about his father before. All Kang Taehyun knows, is that his father and mother broke up before he was born, before his mother even knew she was pregnant with him, and she hadn't been able to get in contact with him after.
And then he debuted, and his mother finally breaks, finally gave him pictures. Taehyun recognizes the men in the picture immediately- what young idol doesn't know them- and he realizes in a split second that his life has just become infinitely more confusing.
--
Or Kang Taehyun finds out his dad is the leader of Super Junior and they both struggle to find what family means to them, when their homes have always been broken.
fic with the least words: Things that will Disappear are so Beautiful - 549 words (BTS)
The sun forms shades of pink and orange and purple on the horizon, setting in the purest fashion; in silence, disappearing without a trace. The sounds of the city are like ambience, faded against the pounding in his head, behind his eyes, and the itch against his inner lip, and the twitch in his fingers to move, always move. The twitter of birds chirping in the trees and the quiet rush of cars on the street, occasionally broken by the harsh honking of an impatient traveler; some days he misses the silence of the world and the simplicity of the wind against individual blades of grass, flowing like ripples following a single drop in a lake.
Tagging: @stars-after-dark, @godotismissingx, @thedeviljudges, @technitango and @lilacariess, as well as anyone else who wants to!

really getting into a TDJ au idea loosely based on mon mothma's storyline from andor:
kim gaon is an up and coming judge well loved by the public. he's also secretly funding resistance to the SRF, having watched their influence grow into a full out takeover of government.
after a surprise attack on one of their strongholds, the SRF starts cracking down on the resistance. they pass legislation that grants them sweeping powers, including investigating large financial transactions and auditing public figures.
recognizing that his popularity will make him a target, gaon acts quickly to make up the missing bank funds. he turns to kang yohan for help, the notoriously ruthless loan shark with a murky past that includes rumors of fratricide. the death of kang yohan's family has conveniently left him as the sole executor of his niece's inheritance. he's the devil gaon doesn't know but gaon is cornered. at least kang yohan is known to strictly abide by the terms of his contracts, unlike the unpredictable jukchang, a money lender with ties to organized violence.
so he meets kang yohan. their meeting is attacked. gaon shields yohan with his own body and they escape alive but injured. yohan brings gaon to his secluded fortress to recuperate where gaon also meets kang elijah.
cue suspicious gaon falling into bed with a maddeningly elusive yohan, figuratively at first and literally later on. in the interim, they continue to support the resistance independently of each other, not recognizing that the help they're getting is other acting anonymously.
things become complicated. gaon is drawn to yohan's unique brand of ethics and its capacity for justice but is ultimately conflicted over yohan's motivations and the hold his past has on him. yohan is intrigued by the contradiction between gaon's stubborn conviction in doing the right thing and his impulsive personality. they reach an emotional stalemate: gaon pleads with yohan to reveal his motivations and the truth behind the fire, but protecting elijah is more important to yohan than whatever he feels for gaon. so he does what he does best and redirects, misrepresents, and manipulates until gaon leaves of his own accord.
when yohan finally puts two and two together about gaon's role in the resistance and decides to trust him, he's ambushed by the SRF. he escapes only to find the fortress destroyed with elijah inside. gaon cannot be reached. inconsolable with rage and grief, yohan returns to the resistance with a renewed vow for vengeance.
months later, yohan is attending a public charity event intending to capture and interrogate the assistant to the minister of justice when he's suddenly pulled out of the hallway and into a dark room. it's gaon, eyes bright, holding onto yohan's jacket like a lifeline, hale and unharmed.
after he'd lost elijah, yohan couldn't find it in himself to establish contact with gaon again when the latter reemerged in the public eye. the chances of being reminded of elijah by being in the presence of someone who cared for her was too abhorrent. so yohan had stayed away.
except, gaon is at the event with his new ward, a teenage boy who looks...familar. it's elijah, incandescent in her disguise and very much whole and alive.
it turns out gaon had received word of the ambush against yohan and had raced to the fortress. he'd barely managed to get elijah out before the mansion was attacked, running through the forest with her in his arms until he reached the car that would transport them to a safehouse. they had laid low for a few days to evade the SRF's notice. by the time they could make contact, yohan was gone. none of gaon's contacts in the resistance could tell him where, yohan having gone deep into their folds where gaon's influence couldn't reach. afraid of compromising elijah's safety with a message, the two decided to wait for yohan to show up again. in the meantime, gaon had fashioned a disguise for her as his male ward.
cue gender bending shenanigans, family reunions, a team up to take down the SRF once and for all, and romantic revelations.
---
this au idea was brought to you by my watching 'the last of us' and imagining gaon fiercely protecting elijah in yohan's absence, lying beside her at night with one eye on the door and a hand on his gun, the two of them looking out for each other until yohan reunites with them and sees gaon for the protector he is.

the nostalgia 🥺 nobody asked but i'm gonna add some 🥺
Once, all Just Music members went and got Linchpin (Just Music) tattoos together except for Giriboy, who said he doesn't like tattoos and doesn't want any. A short time later, Giriboy goes and gets a cat tattoo, even though he is a dog person and doesn't like cats particularly. Some time later, he even got a second cat tattoo. Swings said it in an interview a long time ago.
The Quiett once slipped and fell while playing basketball. It was in one of Dingo's Amibition videos. He's wearing a cute headband with cat ears or sth as well and it's kind of become a meme.
Dean once fell down the stairs while doing an IG live. Fans still tease him about it and talk about it even though it's sooo long ago.
The story of how "DPR we gang gang" came about. Dabin said it in his sleep I think?? But not sure if I remember correctly :D
The Quiett has NEVER used his stove or cooked in his kitchen and always eats outside or orders food.
The videos Dingo did for Indigo Music (2018) and Ambition Musik (2019) have sooo many funny parts in them. The rest of the stories fall more in the "wholesome" category :D
The story of how Toil and Leellamarz met. They were all still in college and Leellamarz knew Jayci yucca who was living with Toil and introduced them by bringing Leella to their house. That day, Leella slept at their house and never really left except when he went to the US to study. Eventually their living arrangement changed bc of different cleaning habits :D but Leella and Toil kept living together for a long time (I think their friendship is wholesome :D)
When Yanghongwon first started making money, he bought a car for his parents. He then had the choice to either buy a car for himself or an apartment. His friend / crew member Kuzi didn't have a place to live at the time so Hongwon decided for a house and they moved in together there. Eventually, his parents bought a new car and he is using the car he bought for them as his car now. (if I understood correctly!)
A fan once overheard & recorded Han Yohan and Kim Seungmin in a restaurant where they were talking about how much they love their fans and that they wouldn't be anything without them. (The video was deleted shortly afterwards tho so not sure if it was real or some kind of joke)
Changmo once said he thought he was a genius until he met Leellamarz who is the true genius.
C Jamm was kind of in a bad place after being released from jail/prison (forgot the difference) for smoking weed. He said in a interview he's always partying and has ONSs all the time and has no feelings for them and can't imagine it differently and goes to church to have the pastor beat him up as punishment (ㅠㅠ). He was planning on releasing the second of two albums he had written in prison (the first, Keung, already being released). But a few months later, he met a woman and fell in love so bad, he quit drinking (which was very hard) and they got married and had a baby. We didn't hear from him for a long time (second prison album never got released) and now he only posts about his wife on social media and rarely releases music or has public appearances.
Ash Island and Skinny Brown always say how much they love each other in interviews to the point that Yumdda told them to "stop being weird or ppl will get the wrong idea"
What are some fun facts or funny/wholesome khiphop stories, events, whatever they may be that you heard of? I feel like I always see the tea and beef but nothing else somehow 😆
Hold on let me think back. I think I've talked about most of these before but they are scattered across different years and posts:
Giriboy thought he was the best rapper in Korea until he heard Lil Boi (I think Giriboy said this when he was the producer on SMTM)
Epik High was at a phone store a LONG time ago (NOTE: Epik High used to kinda be assholes sometimes back in the earlier days). A lady came in to get a new phone screen or a screen protector (can't remember which). DJ Tukutz just said out loud "Just buy a new one". The lady just walked out without finishing any transactions. It turns out that lady was Kang Hyejung (Actress/Tablo's wife)! I guess it didn't leave TOO bad of an impression as Tablo and Hyejung were still able to get married and have a family later when they officially met BUT I wonder how awkward it was when Tukutz actually met her officially. Also if he ever apologized for being a jerk LOL . I'm honestly shocked AF she didn't tell him off cause Tablo has told other stories about her before and she seems to have a strong personality. Maybe she wasn't in the mood that day or she was just embarrassed. I can't remember where this story was told. Probably an interview or a variety show.
When DPR Live/Dabin worked at a Subway when he first came to Korea, Christian used to always come in and get the most basic sandwich. Like turkey/ham (can't remember exactly which meat. maybe both), lettuce, and then other basic sandwich ingredients. Dabin wanted to make something more fancy but Christian just liked the basic sandwich. Story told on IG live w/ Christian and Live
The Quiett gave the TERRBLE advice to LeellaMarz that he shouldn't save any money until he turns 30. I'm honestly shocked The Quiett would give such terrible advice like this but then again, younger Quiett did seem like he spent excessively too. Leella has actually been listening to that advice too. He has 3 luxury cars and doesn't save. HOWEVER, Leella comes from money so I guess it's not really an issue. I can't remember the jobs but both of his parents have good, well respected jobs. This story was told on Psick show.
Changmo complained about his relationships (and potentially other life struggles) so much that eventually The Quiett got annoyed. IT was just an sigh tbh but apprently that's more frustration than anyone else in Ambition has ever seen The Quiett show. I can't remember where this was but it might be from the "Tomorrows Hangover" episode with Changmo, Ash Island, and Hash Swan
Queen Wasabii used to have a crush on the YouTuber/Variety Star Dex when they were doing the show Bloody Game 1 together (I don't really like wasabii but this story is cute so I put it). This was shown on Bloody Game 1.
When Yun B was on Bloody Game 2, he was kidnapped by the outdoors team and taken to the forest. This was done while he was sleeping in the middle of the night. So he was still in his underwear when they took him. He didn't think he'd be gone long when they woke him up. Luckily he took a backpack and it had some of his clothes in it LOL. This was shown on Bloody Game 2.
Ash Island slipped and fell while he was performing "Melody" at one of the festivals last year. I can't remember which one but it's still on Youtube if you wanna go look. It's the outside festival and I think he was wearing all Black.
YEARS ago I was in B-Free's IG live and he was talking about Dok2's old hairline. I typed "Don't make fun of/talk about that boy" (I can't remember whether I said "don't talk about" or "don't make fun of") in the comments. I was just kidding and put LOL and everything but I guess B-Free thought I was serious. So he was like "Oh my bad, I'm sorry". Then I started to feel bad because I felt like I was killing the vibe LOL. He was also saying that BeWhy's hair looked painted on LOL. (Again this was a SUPER long time ago. Probably 2016 or 2017).
[The wholesome/heartwarming part] Coogie said Code Kunst is his role model now that he's in AOMG. [The not so wholesome but funny part] When Code Kunst asked why not Kian84 or Simon D. Coogie said that Kian is a writer and Simon D is handsome... He thinks him and Code Kunst are on the same tier lookswise so that's why he chooses him.
REALLY old Khiphop stuff but Masta Wu and Danny Im (1tym) used to be really close to the level of a bromance LOL. Obviously Danny and Teddy Park were really close back then but I didn't know that Masta Wu was that type LOL. But I guess it checks out cause Wu told Danny that Danny "taught him humility" when Danny was leaving Korea for the US. From Danny From LA show
More REALLY old Khiphop stuff but YG Entertainment used to have a ping pong tournament back in the days (seems like this story was at some point during the 2nd gen kpop days but possibly from before). It was fun but apparently people got too serious. Teddy went and bought a professional paddle and started kicking everyone's ass. So then EVERYONE participating at YG had to go buy a professional paddle so it wasn't so unbalanced. I don't remember who ended up winning. From Danny Im's podcast
Loopy scolded one of the mkitain members (I think Bloo but maybe it was more than one member) in front of Kid Milli. The story seemed serious when it was told but I just think it's funny to get scolded in front of Kid Milli. It was probably so awkward for everyone. I think this was old during the Mkitwon series.
Apparently, Cha Cha ends up getting more girls if him and Jay go out together. from Ben Baller's OLD podcast. I don't even know if this episode with Jay is still available or not.
I can't think of anything else right now but I think this is a nice list.
#sorry lol#khh was so fun in 2019/2020#basically every fact about giriboy is funny the guy is so !!!

CONFESSION | WEi Kim Yohan
This is my first post on Tumblr so it’s going to be bad and I apologize ✨ Also, it’s unedited because it’s 3 am and I just want to sleep sorry y’all 😭
Date: May 8th, 2021
————
He could feel his hands getting clammy and heat slowly making its way up his neck and stretching over his face.
Yohan definitely wasn’t ready to be rejected by his crush. He thought about leaving, going home and forgetting he ever asked her to meet him at the school’s rooftop. That might save him a lifetime of embarrassment. But he opted against it, remembering his friend’s words.
“The worst she can do is say no.”
With every minute that passed, Yohan lost more hope.
He was now walking in a tight circle, staring at the singular daisy he had picked from the school’s garden.
“Im here!” You announced as you made your way to Yohan.
He jumped, turning to look at you and hiding the daisy behind his body.
“Oh, hi.” Yohan froze for a moment. He hadn’t thought this far into it. He had expected you to never show up, and now that you were here he kind of regretted not leaving earlier.
“Yeah. Uh, I wanted to ask you something.”
You tilted your head in suspicion as Yohan gathered himself.
He took a deep breath before blurting it out, “I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to go out with me because I really, really like you. We can go to the movies. Or if you don’t like the movies we can go to the park. Or a restaurant. Whatever you want.” He pulled the daisy out from behind him and extended it out to you.
