Kelly was both dumb as hell and strong as fuck for giving bone marrow without any anesthesia. I wonder if this would be allowed in really life

right? and while he was still in recovery from yeeting himself out a goddamn window! and his insistence on going through with the procedure after dawson had let it slip that the doctors won't go through with it because of no anesthesia had me rolling my eyes at him like, "i cannot stand you, you big, beautiful, idiot" 🙄 i love that it was something that he really wanted to do for her. but they should've stood their ground not letting him go through with the transplant, because there's no way in hell anyone in real life would stamp their approval on anything so risky.

A conservative journalist is denying that he almost used a racial slur to refer to Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, while being interviewed by Megyn Kelly.

It happened Monday when Kelly was interviewing National Review editor Rich Lowry about the bomb threats and other threats of violence that have plagued the small city since former President Donald Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance of Ohio, have spread a baseless smear that Haitian immigrants there were eating neighbors’ pets. Vance told CNN’s Dana Bash on Sunday that he felt the need to “create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people.” Lowry didn’t seem perturbed by the made-up story, comparing it to “alternative facts,” a term coined by Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway to defend his lies about the crowd size at his 2017 inauguration. In fact, Lowry went so far as to say that Vance had brought “other facts to bear in the debate that are being ignored.” Lowry then seemed amused that journalists such as Bash were spending their time trying to verify the story. “I loved ― I think it was Dana Bash in that interview ― where she says police have gone through 11 months of recordings of calls,” he said.

“And they’ve only found two Springfield residents calling to complain about Haitian mig… migrants taking geese from ponds. Only two calls!” Many people on X, formerly Twitter, were convinced they heard Lowry almost say the N-word before correcting himself.

Appearing on Sunday’s edition of The Megyn Kelly Show as a guest, National Review writer Rich Lowry denied he nearly used the N-word about Haitian migrants.

Joplin, MO Event Location: Missouri Southern State University Spiva Library Event Type: Listening Tour Event Time: 8:00 - 11:00 CT *This listening tour was focused on primary and secondary teachers, principals, and librarians from across the state. The state of Missouri has attacked our rights to books, by trying to restrict funding to libraries and instating book bans. This affects education and Governor Walz views this group as an important constituency. The event garnered over 200 attendees and many stories were shared.

Springfield, MO Event Location: Missouri State University Event Type: Get Out the Vote Event Time: 13:00 - 16:00 CT *Governor Walz focused on-campus with student volunteers and Governor Kelly focused off-campus with democrat campaign volunteers for the region. Mail-in ballots and voter registration were major topics with students. Additionally, we had a small lunch with some students and connected them with student social media ambassadors for our campaign via Zoom.
