今日１０月１日は日本茶の日です。

お茶好きが集まった９月２８日（土）。

「東京茶の魅力ーはじめての茶事」

初となる世SOU-Ginzashop-でのイベントは、

おかげさまで幅広い世代の方々にご参加いただき無事に開催することができました。

改めてお礼申し上げます。

イベントでは、製茶の現場を熟知した茶師・立花氏による

お茶の定義や、製茶工程のレクチャーから開始。

そして、参加者の皆さまに普段通りにお茶を淹れてもらいそれぞれの味を飲み比べ。

「違う！？」「美味しい！」「三者三様ですね」と会話が弾みました。

その後、立花茶師がお薦めする淹れ方をご紹介。

東京茶の定番緑茶、さやまかおり「摘-tsumu-」の青々しい水色を眺めながら、

和菓子と共に和やかな茶のひと時を楽しみました。

短い時間ではありましたが、皆さまに喜んでいただけたことが、

何よりも私たちの励みとなっております。

ご参加いただきました皆さまには、重ねて心からお礼を申し上げます。
