Ultimate Abs No Workout Needed Hypnosis Transformtion
Full Ultimate Muscle Program here:
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow along and relax for the first 10 minutes.
After that, you will be instructed to IMAGINE exercising.
You will be guided through each exercise and this will trick your body/mind into thinking you have actually exercised--and your body will improve.
If you want to listen to this in your sleep, it's best to listen while awake a few times until you have become accustomed to using your imagination to exercise.
After you do this, the effect will work much better, even when you sleep.

Disciplined (Audio)
Your brain's reward center controls you.
But we can show it better rewards.
Then it will steer you towards what you really want.
How many of your goals have you missed simply because you lack the discipline?
Think of those situations where you know exactly what you need to do, but you just never get it done.
You make up excuses, you ignore it, you procrastinate...
Well not anymore.
There's no amount of money that can replace discipline.
You can't buy a body.
There's more millionaires than there is six pack abs on Earth.
You could have all the money in the world, and still have nothing without discipline.
Today's world is full of distractions.
We make up all kinds of reasons that we have not made it, but the answer is quite simple--you are not disciplined.
You already know what your solutions are, but you require the willpower to make it happen.
You must break from inertia and do the things you need to do, even if you don't want to do them.
With hypnosis, you can make these tasks enjoyable and easy.
Something you look forward to, instead of something you dread.
Discipline is easy with the power of this hypnosis file, and your life is going to skyrocket after just one listen.
This comes with 2 parts.
One is an explainer audio, to help you understand the mindset you are taking on, and the other is the hypnosis file.

Bodybuilder Genie Jock Hypno for Muscle Growth
Greatest Muscle Hypnosis: https://transfomhypnosis.com
Join the jock hypno chat: https://discord.gg/cH7Rd42
You find a genie.
He is the most ideal and biggest bodybuilder you have ever seen.
As you admire the various parts of his magnificent, hard body, you are granted wishes of muscular growth and size.
You hulk out of the T-shirt with the massive pump and growth with the tightness that comes from a hard pump.
Same with chest, last, quads and bubble butt glutes.
Manhood also grows in size as you desire.
Extreme muscle growth.
Bigger than the genie you admire.
Get some hypnosis for muscle growth.
Let your nice big muscles just relax, that's what jock hypno is often like..
Always be even better than the way I say it.
It can always be even better with hypnosis for muscle growth, even better than the way I say it now.
Allow better and better to appear in your life, and this is a fun way to improve fitness with hypnosis.
As you relax deeper, as you relax, and open your imagination.
Think of what I tell you now, I want you to imagine, that you are walking in a beautiful, full abundant desert.
The perfect place in your mind where you have everything you need, and yet you notice something in the ground, in the sand, it’s a lamp, and you uncover the lamp, notice the lamp now.
What it looks like, what it feels like, a magical, chrome shining lamp.
And it peaks your interest, it entrances you.
You find yourself staring at the lamp, stare at it, stare, become mesmerized by the lamp.
The moment you set your eyes on it you knew that this was for you.
It’s wonderful, so calm, just keep staring, see it, with your minds eye.
As if there’s an eye in your forehead that looks deep into that lamp.
Deep into it, you focus on it and you feel it right in the center of your forehead.
Right there just keep feeling it as it drops you deeper, just keep feeling it as it drops you deeper, as if you have no control over it, and it just simply happens.
Feel it now, experience it, see it enjoy it.
Now I want you to feel that lamp in your hands, feel the magical pull it has on you, the lamp makes you want to rub it, to caress it with the energy from your hands, it calls you to do this.
It beckons you, and you caress the lamp with your hands and the energy makes a deep red mist pour forth from that lamp head.
A fountain head, of energy and abundance, pours out of that like a red light, a red mist, deep red, and the color red entrances you.
That color red entrances you, and soon the red forms the image of a genie.
A deep red Genie that will give you hypnotic muscle growth, see him with all of his muscular power in the shape of the world’s greatest bodybuilder or better, can you imagine what that looks like?
The biggest bodybuilder you’ve ever seen.
He has the most ideal shape possible, in your mind what is the ideal shape?
Because that is exactly what you see.
That’s exactly what you see, a red, deep red genie in all of his power.
He knows what you wish for already, as you admire the various parts of his magnificent, hard body you are granted wishes of muscular growth and size.
Watch as he claps his hands and grants your wish, and you can feel it right now, you feel that you have his body or better.
You have an incredible body, a deep red muscular body.
With the perfect shape, can you imagine what that’s like?
Bodybuilding hypnosis can be made ven more interesting.
Even better than that, vibrant, deep red musucalar growth, feel your body huge now, huge thick, vascular, and sculpted.
Just lay there for awhile and feel the sensation of that.
A really big strong body, isn’t it wonderful to experience this, to let it all go, and just let it come to you?
You can have huge bubble chest, just like you have right now.
Perhaps it may grow even bigger as well, can you feel it now?
Feel it, allow yourself to feel it.
Feel your lats, lateral muscles grow, expand, expanded laterals with bodybuilding hypnosis.
Perhaps you could notice just how big your manhood has become.
You have very large manhood, long, thick, almost muscular veiny vascular, full and thick.
Feel all of that in the perfect size or bigger now.
You love jock hypno.
Feel it happening, that’s right, allow that to happen.
Big, thick, long, just lay there for a moment, and feel.
You will allow extreme muscle growth.

Orc Transformation Hypnosis
https://transformhypnosis.com More transformations, both real and imaginary:
In this fantasy file, the effects will only last for the duration of the recording.
After that, you may still feel it for a little while until it fades away.
Your mind is going to become opened up as it goes blank and ready for a transformation into a powerful medieval battle orc.
A gigantic, muscular body, with massive hands and feet, thick green-brown skin, and big canine teeth that protrude up from your mouth.
I recorded this file once, but found out some ways I could make it SO MUCH BETTER so I recorded it again to keep everything on my channel super high quality.
Give a like for that!

Open this video on your phone.
Your phone is always with you, but now my cock is always with you.
I'm taking over your phone.
It's one of the last things necessary to completely take over you.
Now that your phone is always with you, I'm always with you.
You can always listen to me.
You can always watch me.
You know you want my influence over you.
It's good for you.
It does good things to you.
So hand over control of your pocket device, and hand over control of yourself.

Doing Hypnosis That Actually Works (Ep.2)
You want to become better at doing hypnosis? In the previous episode, I touched briefly on some things that prevent hypnosis from being effective and actually working on you. Some of it might not be you! It might be what you're hearing. But what makes hypnosis effective? Let's go into depth on that. Here I talk about making hypnosis files work effectively, but it will also help you sculpt your suggestions better so you can powerfully hypnotize someone during a live session.
Transcript
(00:00:00):
People come to me all the time and they say,
(00:00:03):
wow,
(00:00:05):
I thought that hypnosis just didn't work on me until I tried your files.
(00:00:12):
It took a little bit of practice and tweaking to get there, but now it seems like I have unlocked
(00:00:20):
my own formula and the formula for your effectiveness might turn out different but
(00:00:28):
i invite you to use parts of my formula within yours remember we are all here
(00:00:35):
together
(00:00:36):
I want to see people creating good content that works.
(00:00:42):
Because when I first saw hypnosis content on the internet, I was completely in awe of the possibilities.
(00:00:51):
It was this magical world where anything could be created.
(00:00:56):
The body, the mind, working together to create anything.
(00:01:02):
You could change who you are, your shape, your identity.
(00:01:06):
You could change your body, your thoughts, your habits and ideas.
(00:01:12):
You could experience anything erotic or therapeutic.
(00:01:17):
I found these huge libraries of audio files all over the internet.
(00:01:23):
But that dream kind of came crashing down, because a lot of them just didn't work.
(00:01:31):
And it makes one think, is there something wrong with me?
(00:01:36):
In the previous episode,
(00:01:38):
I talked all about making yourself more susceptible to hypnosis and making it work
(00:01:44):
for you.
(00:01:46):
Today I'm going to talk about how to make hypnosis content that works.
(00:01:52):
This will help you to make original content or to edit someone else's content to your own desires.
(00:02:00):
Of course,
(00:02:01):
you shouldn't publish someone else's content as your own,
(00:02:05):
but I know plenty of people chop up hypnosis content and put it together in their
(00:02:11):
own way for their own usage.
(00:02:15):
Now first you're going to need the right equipment,
(00:02:19):
though in my beginning I recorded on a simple gaming headset.
(00:02:25):
You know, one of those little microphones that sticks out from the headphones.
(00:02:30):
And no one ever complained about the audio quality.
(00:02:35):
I just made sure that my mouth was the correct distance,
(00:02:39):
the volume levels were good,
(00:02:41):
and the backgrounds were decent.
(00:02:44):
And no one complained.
(00:02:46):
So just remember that it doesn't have to be perfect.
(00:02:51):
After all,
(00:02:52):
famous YouTuber Casey Neistat once said that it's not about the camera that you
(00:02:58):
have or the quality of it all.
(00:03:01):
It's about the story that you tell and the way you communicate.
(00:03:06):
The content is what matters, but it is nice to make sure that there is no background noise.
(00:03:14):
You don't want noise coming from your computer, and you don't want echo or reverb on your microphone.
(00:03:23):
Personally,
(00:03:23):
I like to use a dynamic type microphone,
(00:03:27):
which is commonly used by podcasters and such,
(00:03:32):
because it cuts out a lot of that noise that is around the microphone,
(00:03:38):
or distant from it,
(00:03:39):
or off-axis from it.
(00:03:42):
It also kind of gives you that warm broadcaster sound that you're hearing right now.
(00:03:49):
Now these dynamic microphones do often pick up an electrical hiss,
(00:03:55):
this constant hum that comes from the frequency of the electricity in the room,
(00:04:02):
and you can take that out with a simple noise cancellation.
(00:04:06):
I like to hook up my microphone to a small preamp because I do not speak very loudly,
(00:04:13):
and this will bump up the volume of my speech.
(00:04:19):
Then that connects to an audio interface, which translates it digitally via USB to a USB port on the PC.
(00:04:31):
I use a PC case from a German manufacturer called BeQuiet.
(00:04:37):
They always come with quiet fans and hard drive mounts that are soft,
(00:04:43):
sound deadening and all that stuff.
(00:04:46):
But realistically, any modern PC case is going to be much better than we had years ago.
(00:04:54):
I find that two large fans work fine in the PC.
(00:04:59):
One intake and one exhaust.
(00:05:02):
120mm or 140mm, not a big deal.
(00:05:09):
For the average PC, two case fans is fine.
(00:05:14):
And with today's technology,
(00:05:15):
you might not even need a hard drive,
(00:05:19):
which can make all kinds of loud random noises.
(00:05:23):
And then a nice tower cooler on your CPU goes a long way to keep fan speeds down.
(00:05:31):
If you're recording with a laptop, it's probably no problem.
(00:05:36):
Just close out any other programs so that your fans are not ramping up.
(00:05:42):
But please use a dedicated microphone.
(00:05:45):
Don't just record it through the microphone on your phone or mobile device or on your laptop.
(00:05:53):
Plug in some kind of microphone and it's going to be way, way better.
(00:05:59):
Now,
(00:05:59):
the way you speak is going to be your own individual thing,
(00:06:05):
so I can't really comment on that too much.
(00:06:08):
Just make sure that you are clear and you're in a good position.
(00:06:13):
You might want to stand up to have a more full,
(00:06:18):
dynamic voice,
(00:06:20):
or you might want to sit down to be really chill.
(00:06:24):
Listen back to your recording and see what it sounds like.
(00:06:29):
Of course, don't be too critical, as no one really likes the sound of their own voice on recording.
(00:06:37):
You can use a pop filter,
(00:06:39):
a little piece of material that goes over your microphone that prevents a popping
(00:06:46):
sound when you make a P sound.
(00:06:49):
That's the air blowing over the microphone.
(00:06:52):
But I find a good solution is to just offset the microphone to the side a little
(00:06:58):
bit so that you're not blowing on it every time you make that P sound.
(00:07:03):
Get the appropriate distance so that you're not breathing on the mic too much.
(00:07:10):
Be mindful that you're not bumping anything because that can make a loud sound and
(00:07:16):
it's pretty annoying when you're listening to hypnosis.
(00:07:21):
Even a tiny tap on your microphone can sound quite loud for the listener.
(00:07:28):
Now let's say you're not using your microphone at all.
(00:07:32):
Maybe you create the voice digitally through a text-to-speech program.
(00:07:41):
In practice,
(00:07:41):
this kind of thing usually doesn't sound very good,
(00:07:46):
but there are a number of people that do it right,
(00:07:50):
and it sounds really,
(00:07:52):
really good.
(00:07:55):
I can't tell you the techniques that they are using,
(00:07:59):
but maybe you could listen around and try and find those creators that are using that,
(00:08:06):
and see if they'll give you a few tips.
(00:08:10):
I do know that using the traditional built-in Microsoft voices can be horrendous at
(00:08:18):
worst and comical at best.
(00:08:23):
But even then, some people use those voices and they tweak them a certain way and it sounds pretty good.
(00:08:30):
Now,
(00:08:30):
you are in luck if text-to-speech is something you use or you want to get into at
(00:08:36):
the moment,
(00:08:37):
because we have a lot of new AI models working on that right now.
(00:08:44):
These machine learning models are working themselves out as we speak, getting better and better.
(00:08:53):
They are so good that they can imitate the voices of famous people.
(00:09:01):
Kind of frightening implications,
(00:09:04):
but I'm sure there's plenty of made-up voices for you to use and experiment with.
(00:09:12):
These voices are sounding quite good.
(00:09:17):
you will have to play around with them and tweak them so that they get the right intonations and timing.
(00:09:27):
You will have to work closely with it and edit the audio yourself and the timing
(00:09:33):
with it so that it sounds more natural.
(00:09:37):
I don't know how to use this stuff.
(00:09:39):
I just know that I'm hearing it all over the web and it's getting better,
(00:09:45):
so you have an opportunity there.
(00:09:50):
Now, I can't explain everything that works, but let's talk about the basics of making hypnosis work.
(00:09:58):
I'm talking in the audio content creation here because it is a bit different when you are in person.
(00:10:08):
A lot of these techniques that you learn in person don't work in an audio file.
(00:10:16):
They might involve checks or deepeners.
(00:10:20):
Anything that involves interaction with the viewer is not possible when we are creating audio.
(00:10:29):
Though some of it might apply when you're doing it live to someone over the internet.
(00:10:36):
The funny thing is you see people with all of their certifications, all their training courses and such.
(00:10:45):
Those things are great, but they may not provide you with the natural delivery that works best.
(00:10:55):
or something that works best via audio file.
(00:11:00):
Going by a script is fine and typically necessary at first, even for quite a while.
(00:11:10):
But after learning a certain number of techniques, you often go beyond technique.
(00:11:18):
You begin to kind of just do it.
(00:11:23):
It can be a bit conversational, and people love to experience it in that way.
(00:11:31):
It makes them feel that it's normal and natural,
(00:11:34):
and there's no pressure on them to go into some state of trance.
(00:11:40):
You kind of sneak your way in there, so to speak.
(00:11:45):
So one of the best ways to go into this is to have no script,
(00:11:51):
or I think even better,
(00:11:53):
is a basic,
(00:11:55):
simple script.
(00:11:57):
Kind of a list or jot notes of what you want to talk about and create.
(00:12:05):
Now this is a bit advanced.
(00:12:07):
I do recommend in the beginning that you literally just write out what you're going
(00:12:12):
to say or what you're going to make your program say or whatever.
(00:12:19):
This naturalness comes after you get your voice and get some practice in understanding what works.
(00:12:31):
Next is what I think might be the most important thing.
(00:12:37):
And if there's one thing that I'd like you to take from this entire talk, it is this.
(00:12:44):
Be all positive.
(00:12:48):
Yes, every single thing that you say should be in a positive light.
(00:12:55):
And that means literally using only positive words.
(00:13:02):
For example, I will rarely ever say the word bad.
(00:13:06):
I won't even go that far.
(00:13:09):
I will often say not so good or not ideal.
(00:13:16):
In those situations, I'm using a negative positive.
(00:13:21):
I won't even say the words let go of the stress of the day.
(00:13:25):
I will just say let go of everything.
(00:13:33):
You may or may not be aware of the vibration of this.
(00:13:38):
But take a moment to feel into that.
(00:13:41):
Feel the difference of that.
(00:13:45):
Let go of your stresses.
(00:13:47):
For some, that might be okay.
(00:13:49):
They might say, oh, that sounds like a good, nice thing.
(00:13:53):
I've had a stressful day.
(00:13:56):
And for others that are already in a relaxed, good mood, they're kind of like, what?
(00:14:03):
I'm not stressed.
(00:14:05):
In fact, you're kind of making me stressed by assuming that I am stressed for some reason.
(00:14:12):
It is so, so common for people to say things like this.
(00:14:18):
I've heard this from people doing live hypnosis, hypnotherapy,
(00:14:24):
audios of every niche and topic.
(00:14:28):
It is so common, and I cannot blame you for doing it, but it does need to change.
(00:14:37):
Everything that you say needs to be in a positive light.
(00:14:45):
Even if I'm doing some kind of dark or evil roleplay,
(00:14:52):
I keep everything as positive and playful as possible so that no one experiences a
(00:15:00):
bad trigger and we keep the vibe as high as possible.
(00:15:06):
It is especially important to keep positivity when a subject is under hypnosis
(00:15:14):
because they are susceptible and we want only positive suggestions to go into them.
(00:15:22):
Remember, this is a rewiring a brain.
(00:15:27):
And positivity is what makes everything work.
(00:15:31):
Even in the workplace,
(00:15:34):
most experiments show that positive comments will provide you with much more benefit,
(00:15:42):
better results,
(00:15:44):
and better output than negative feedback.
(00:15:50):
This is simply the nature of things.
(00:15:52):
Good things come from good things.
(00:15:57):
After all, hypnosis is just a heightened state that connects to the law of attraction.
(00:16:06):
Like attracts like.
(00:16:09):
You don't have to be shouting glee from the rooftops.
(00:16:14):
I'm certainly no manic pixie myself.
(00:16:18):
I'm pretty monotone.
(00:16:20):
That's just how I talk.
(00:16:22):
But my choice of always keeping it positive makes for not just an easy listening experience,
(00:16:31):
but something that works.
(00:16:34):
Something that creates something positive in your life.
(00:16:40):
I think that's pretty simple.
(00:16:42):
Now on to the next thing.
(00:16:44):
People have a little bit of an attention issue today.
(00:16:49):
It's no surprise when you look around that our attention spans are dwindling.
(00:16:57):
So let's work with that.
(00:16:59):
In fact, it challenges us to be better by making our content less boring.
(00:17:10):
That means capturing the listener or viewer's attention the moment that you start.
(00:17:18):
Perhaps you noticed that I jumped right into this recording without a bunch of preamble,
(00:17:26):
and that is pretty typical of my content.
(00:17:29):
I'm kind of
(00:17:31):
calling out a lot of people here when I say this,
(00:17:33):
but I did not start this talk by saying,
(00:17:38):
welcome to Jack's Hypnosis,
(00:17:40):
where we help you with this and that,
(00:17:43):
and we talk about all these kinds of things,
(00:17:45):
and here's who I am,
(00:17:47):
and here's what I do,
(00:17:48):
and here's why you should listen to me,
(00:17:50):
and oh,
(00:17:51):
roll that 30 second intro,
(00:17:54):
but not before I tell you about our sponsor,
(00:17:58):
and blah blah blah blah blah,
(00:18:00):
And then maybe give an explanation of what hypnosis is.
(00:18:03):
And then the warnings, never listen while driving and taking medications, blah, blah, blah, blah.
(00:18:10):
And then some big, long, slow induction for 30 minutes.
(00:18:16):
And I know some people don't mind that kind of thing.
(00:18:19):
They like a long induction.
(00:18:21):
They don't mind a nice intro,
(00:18:25):
but I know that half the people out there are figuratively punching the air right now,
(00:18:31):
like,
(00:18:32):
yes,
(00:18:33):
stop that shit.
(00:18:35):
Get on with it.
(00:18:37):
Just start it.
(00:18:38):
The people want their content.
(00:18:42):
So make your content start with the very first sentence.
(00:18:50):
It's almost a pretend intro when you do it this way.
(00:18:54):
And the listener does not realize that it's starting already and that they're
(00:18:59):
having thoughts of it in the first sentence.
(00:19:03):
You're getting it started.
(00:19:06):
You're going to start off with something where the subject doesn't need to be in trance for it to work.
(00:19:15):
For example, if I was going to help you become a better public speaker,
(00:19:21):
I would start off my first sentence by saying,
(00:19:25):
Wouldn't it be nice to be clear,
(00:19:28):
confident,
(00:19:29):
and precise whenever you speak to people?
(00:19:34):
Even if it's more than one person at a time.
(00:19:37):
Even if it's many people at once.
(00:19:43):
Just that first sentence primes them for confidence and capability.
(00:19:50):
And let's just say that person still needs a whole lot more confidence points to
(00:19:57):
get up to that level of being the perfect public speaker.
(00:20:02):
Well, I just boosted them up one or two points, and they're already on their way.
(00:20:08):
They've got their first stepping stones to dive in.
(00:20:12):
Now they're already confident enough to go further.
(00:20:17):
And they didn't have to wait for it.
(00:20:20):
They didn't have to endure anything to get to that point.
(00:20:25):
It's like, bang, delivered right to them the second they pressed the button.
(00:20:30):
What a VIP experience.
(00:20:35):
Then you can blend the induction into the content of what the listener wants or your intentions.
(00:20:44):
You could say something like, relaxation grants a sense of confidence.
(00:20:51):
And that's a little hypnotic hint to go deeper.
(00:20:55):
You're just nudging them down a little bit.
(00:20:59):
And you do that for a little while,
(00:21:01):
and then maybe after five or ten minutes,
(00:21:04):
you might mention how they feel a bit heavier than before.
(00:21:11):
Oh hey, maybe you notice that you're feeling heavier and more relaxed than you were a few minutes ago.
(00:21:21):
That's perfectly natural and normal.
(00:21:25):
There are a lot of people listening that are already feeling that.
(00:21:30):
For some, it's this whoa, huge effect, and for others, it's a little hint, a little nudge.
(00:21:38):
And that's all you're doing, just nudging and nudging.
(00:21:43):
And then you could say something that implies that they are feeling heavy,
(00:21:49):
or maybe their eyes are feeling heavy.
(00:21:53):
Hey, did you notice that your eyes feel a bit heavy?
(00:21:59):
And then you could say, allow your mind to take you down deeper.
(00:22:06):
It's important to always keep going deeper.
(00:22:11):
But you don't just say, go deeper.
(00:22:15):
Because the subject kind of thinks, what does that mean?
(00:22:19):
How do I do that?
(00:22:21):
They get confused and then they're like, oh, I must not be very good at going deeper.
(00:22:27):
No, go deeper is a strange command in itself.
(00:22:33):
So let's break down the example that I gave you.
(00:22:38):
Allow your mind to take you deeper.
(00:22:43):
There's a few layers to that.
(00:22:46):
the first command is allow and that in itself is enough to take you deeper because
(00:22:56):
that state of going deeper is the state of allowing and even just that you could
(00:23:03):
expand on that word allow you could say let yourself drop when you drop let go into
(00:23:13):
the ease
(00:23:15):
Let what happens happen.
(00:23:19):
That's what allowing is.
(00:23:23):
Let's break down the next part.
(00:23:25):
Your mind.
(00:23:28):
First is the word you.
(00:23:30):
And that grabs the listener's attention.
(00:23:34):
It's the cocktail effect.
(00:23:35):
It's like hearing your name.
(00:23:38):
This is directed at you.
(00:23:41):
So you end up paying attention right away.
(00:23:45):
Then there's the phrase, your mind, which is often subconsciously interpreted as your mind.
(00:23:57):
The subject might even consciously mistake it for that,
(00:24:02):
especially if you're doing this in an erotic context.
(00:24:08):
and then the instruction to go deeper but now the listener has a method they have
(00:24:16):
the how they know that they have to allow their mind and it will take them there so
(00:24:25):
the instruction is no longer to go deeper
(00:24:29):
It's to do what they need to do to go deeper.
(00:24:34):
Oh, now it makes sense.
(00:24:37):
Now you've got your viewer.
(00:24:40):
Now they're going into that highly susceptible place.
(00:24:44):
Now their brainwaves are slowing down.
(00:24:48):
Now they're beginning to feel that bliss of trance creeping in.
(00:24:55):
And it feels like they didn't have to try.
(00:25:00):
And I like to avoid using numbers of deeper,
(00:25:04):
like people will say 10 times deeper,
(00:25:06):
50 times deeper,
(00:25:09):
because that doesn't make any sense to the listener's mind.
(00:25:14):
It's just like, what does that mean?
(00:25:15):
What does that feel like?
(00:25:17):
How do I do that?
(00:25:18):
And you start thinking like, isn't that a lot?
(00:25:21):
How is that even possible?
(00:25:23):
Most of us have a pretty analytical mind, and that's just not going to work for them.
(00:25:31):
Basically, don't put pressure on the subject.
(00:25:36):
Don't make them perform unless that's something that they want to do.
(00:25:41):
Don't make them try so hard.
(00:25:43):
Do as much as you can yourself to create that experience for them.
(00:25:50):
And then even when the subject is deep in a trance,
(00:25:56):
give them suggestions that would probably still work even out of trance.
(00:26:04):
Because then you're making them really comfortable.
(00:26:07):
You're making them feel like they don't need to be in this strange magical state of
(00:26:12):
mind to make this work.
(00:26:17):
Let's go back to the public speaking example.
(00:26:21):
Even when we think that the subject is in a deep trance right now,
(00:26:27):
we are not going to jump straight into the suggestion of,
(00:26:31):
you are a perfect public speaker.
(00:26:35):
It's not a bad suggestion.
(00:26:38):
I just like to think, what if they're not in the most deep receptive state right now?
(00:26:46):
But I still want it to work.
(00:26:49):
I'd like to say something that would work even without trance.
(00:26:56):
Imagine you are cool, calm, and prepared for your talk.
(00:27:02):
Imagine what you feel like when you know that your presentation does not need to be perfect.
(00:27:10):
Imagine the relief of knowing that the fact that you did it is fantastic in itself.
(00:27:18):
And when asked a question that you may not know the answer to,
(00:27:23):
you are cool and confident,
(00:27:26):
knowing that you don't know because you have not looked into that particular topic
(00:27:31):
or you have looked into it and could not find sufficient answers.
(00:27:36):
Isn't it nice to feel the relief of being human?
(00:27:42):
Now look at those string of suggestions that I just used.
(00:27:47):
Those would all work outside of trance.
(00:27:53):
And that's why we need to get ourselves out of the idea of induction and then
(00:28:00):
suggestions that work because the subject is in trance.
(00:28:04):
Yes,
(00:28:05):
this state of deeper brainwave activity,
(00:28:10):
this thing that we call a hypnotic trance,
(00:28:13):
yes,
(00:28:13):
it enhances the suggestions.
(00:28:17):
But it's best to make suggestions that work regardless of whether or not the subject is in trance.
(00:28:26):
This is what it means to make it natural, and this is when it works best.
(00:28:34):
Hypnosis is an enhancement.
(00:28:36):
It doesn't give you any ability to make magical commands.
(00:28:43):
Look at how we create things as humans.
(00:28:46):
We visualize it first.
(00:28:50):
We visualize the ingredients of our salad before we make it.
(00:28:56):
We visualize our body to create it.
(00:29:00):
We imagine it,
(00:29:01):
we feel it,
(00:29:02):
we hear it,
(00:29:03):
use the senses,
(00:29:05):
we line up the emotions with it,
(00:29:07):
and we think of it in as much precision as possible.
(00:29:12):
That's how all things are created, intentionally.
(00:29:18):
Your imagination is a preview of the future.
(00:29:23):
Just by thinking of something, you are drawn to it and it is actually drawn to you.
(00:29:32):
In ways that we understand and in some ways that we honestly don't.
(00:29:37):
Some odd,
(00:29:38):
unbelievable things happen when we combine our imagination with our emotions and
(00:29:46):
our intentions.
(00:29:48):
And sometimes the manifestation just seems to magically appear.
(00:29:54):
We don't know how.
(00:29:55):
Sometimes we try to explain it.
(00:29:58):
Sometimes we consciously make actions towards it, as we should.
(00:30:03):
And sometimes we're thinking about it, and it just sort of pops into your existence.
(00:30:09):
It just sort of happens.
(00:30:11):
And as humans, we don't really have the perception to understand 100% how.
(00:30:21):
All we know is that we get people to conceptualize things first and then they happen.
(00:30:29):
We don't just say it's going to happen.
(00:30:32):
We conceptualize what it's like.
(00:30:36):
We create it in some part of our imagination.
(00:30:39):
And we do some kind of action to move us into a physical space closer to it.
(00:30:46):
And that's what you're encouraging.
(00:30:48):
That's the next part.
(00:30:50):
That is an instruction of something physical.
(00:30:54):
We have mentally created what we want.
(00:30:58):
We have visualized it, heard it, felt it, seen it.
(00:31:04):
We have emotionalized it with as much precision as possible.
(00:31:09):
And now there's this drive and motivation and magnetism towards it.
(00:31:17):
And the best way to get the ball rolling towards that direction is to do something physical.
(00:31:24):
If you're looking to improve someone's physical fitness,
(00:31:28):
one of the instructions might be,
(00:31:30):
make sure that you walk every day.
(00:31:34):
Or,
(00:31:34):
the next time you take a drink of water,
(00:31:37):
stare into the water for a few moments,
(00:31:40):
imagining that that water contains exactly what you need to accomplish your goal.
(00:31:47):
And as you drink that water, you feel it become a part of you.
(00:31:52):
The physical instruction could be anything related to the topic you're talking about.
(00:32:01):
Overall, here's what makes the hypnosis usually work.
(00:32:05):
A calm state of focus.
(00:32:08):
An imagination scenario that makes you feel something as much as possible.
(00:32:16):
And then physically doing something.
(00:32:20):
This is the simple 1-2-3 combo.
(00:32:25):
You have combined three concepts that work excellently together, and you have done them in that order.
(00:32:35):
Because first you relax and focus, then you feel it, and then you begin doing something about it.
(00:32:46):
Then we finish it off by just saying, hey, you can do it.
(00:32:51):
You don't have to try to make it work.
(00:32:54):
You got what it takes.
(00:32:57):
Go ahead and do it.
(00:33:01):
Say it in your own words.
(00:33:03):
How would you tell a friend that they can do it?
(00:33:09):
Now, once you're done your recording, you can do noise reduction and editing.
(00:33:15):
You can put in some background audio.
(00:33:19):
Find whatever fits the vibe that you're going for.
(00:33:25):
You could use binaurals or brainwave entrainment.
(00:33:30):
You could use certain soft music.
(00:33:34):
You may have to search around for royalty-free stuff.
(00:33:38):
You may have to pay for the royalties to use it if you're going to publish it.
(00:33:46):
And it's not necessary to add a background track, but it can add so much depth to it.
(00:33:55):
So I hope that this has helped or at least entertained you.
(00:34:01):
And I'm sure you have learned plenty.
(00:34:03):
You don't have to implement all of these things.
(00:34:07):
And when you do, you can do it in your own way.
(00:34:11):
If you can just be all positive with what you create, you are going to change the world.
(00:34:19):
Honestly, that's all it takes.
(00:34:21):
That is the biggest thing.
(00:34:24):
Do your own thing.
(00:34:25):
Keep it positive.
(00:34:27):
Get out there and make some crazy stuff.

Why Doesn't Hypnosis Work For You? (Ep.1)
In this first talk, I go in depth on why hypnosis might not be working for you, and what you can do to make it work.
There are common pitfalls and individual issues that prevent it from happening to you.
I also talk about using different types of content from different creators, and which ones will work best.
Subliminals could be a solution, but usually only for a particular type of person. Do healing frequency audios work?
To get a better idea on your ideal solution, we need to go deeper and talk about all of it in this audio.
Transcript:
(00:00:00):
Let's start off by saying hypnosis is kind of hard.
(00:00:06):
Well, at least it's hard to get right.
(00:00:09):
It's one of those things that's actually surprisingly easy to get into, but surprisingly hard to master.
(00:00:18):
So it's not always easy to create things that work for everyone and things that work every time.
(00:00:28):
There's so many people that will come to me and say, it's just impossible for me to be hypnotized.
(00:00:36):
They say it just doesn't work or that nothing really happens or maybe they feel a
(00:00:41):
little bit of sensation.
(00:00:44):
But it's nothing like the hypnotist ever says.
(00:00:48):
I mean, the hypnotist might say 100 times more powerful and it certainly doesn't feel like 100 times.
(00:00:58):
Perhaps you have been in that situation before.
(00:01:02):
I mean, you probably have been, because most subjects are this way.
(00:01:08):
It's only that small percentage of people,
(00:01:11):
I don't know what percentage it is,
(00:01:13):
but I do know it is a minority,
(00:01:16):
that experience every single suggestion at this level.
(00:01:22):
There are many that would love to get there.
(00:01:27):
But I must ask you, do you really want to be there?
(00:01:33):
Because that type of person is not just more easily hypnotizable.
(00:01:38):
They have certain characteristics about them, certain traits.
(00:01:46):
These people have a different purpose in life than you might.
(00:01:52):
I don't know about you, but I believe that all people have a certain purpose.
(00:01:59):
However, it is not always readily apparent.
(00:02:02):
In fact, none of us ever really understand our purpose.
(00:02:09):
So I would like to ask you,
(00:02:11):
the listener right now,
(00:02:13):
does being that hypnotically suggestible sound like it helps your purpose?
(00:02:22):
Of course, it's not some matter of other people being more brainwashed than others.
(00:02:29):
That's a totally separate discussion.
(00:02:33):
All people are on their own paths and are influenced in different ways.
(00:02:39):
They are reached in the way that they are reached.
(00:02:44):
But I think that you want to be really susceptible.
(00:02:49):
But you still want just enough control left to be able to cancel it out if things go a little too far.
(00:03:00):
I think that this is the main thing that is preventing people from going into a state of trance.
(00:03:08):
Of course, that doesn't mean everyone.
(00:03:11):
And of course, that may not mean you.
(00:03:14):
Because everyone is so particular, so different and unique
(00:03:20):
And that means different techniques will work on different people.
(00:03:25):
And for most people,
(00:03:26):
I think they need to be felt into and understood to really go into that state of
(00:03:34):
comfort of allowing your mind to let go.
(00:03:40):
There are so many reasons that we have our own hypnotic and non-hypnotic patternings.
(00:03:48):
But I hope that some of this explanation helps to clarify what's going on with you personally.
(00:03:57):
Though I must admit, I cannot solve whatever is going on with you.
(00:04:03):
I think it is solely up to you.
(00:04:07):
I mean, there's hypnotists out there that could figure out anyone.
(00:04:12):
They are absolute geniuses like that.
(00:04:17):
That's not where my particular genius lays.
(00:04:21):
These people are admittedly rare.
(00:04:24):
I don't think that you and I will bump into one of them.
(00:04:30):
All I'm saying is that if you want to know what's going on with you hypnotically
(00:04:36):
that's preventing your trance,
(00:04:39):
you gotta figure this out yourself.
(00:04:42):
Because no one is coming to save us.
(00:04:47):
The great thing,
(00:04:48):
though,
(00:04:48):
is that just you listening to this right now is training you to be more open-minded,
(00:04:56):
thoughtful,
(00:04:57):
and aware of what's going on with you.
(00:05:00):
But not just that.
(00:05:02):
You're probably quite used to hearing me do hypnosis on you.
(00:05:08):
And you'll find this quite hypnotic.
(00:05:12):
In fact, it's hard for me to talk about these things without speaking in that hypnotic tone that I have.
(00:05:24):
Which brings up another point.
(00:05:26):
Are you really aware of when you are going into trance?
(00:05:30):
I mean,
(00:05:30):
there's those points where you're driving down the highway and for a minute or so
(00:05:36):
you go into a trance.
(00:05:38):
Maybe for hours you go into a trance.
(00:05:41):
You're still aware.
(00:05:43):
You're not sleepy, hopefully.
(00:05:46):
but the time seems to slip away at least you can't really remember what happened at
(00:05:53):
those times there were cars that passed or you passed cars there was trees highways
(00:06:00):
signs roads and not much else
(00:06:04):
You don't think of it as trance.
(00:06:07):
And that's what I want your experience of trance to be,
(00:06:11):
so that you could be still walking around,
(00:06:14):
going about your day,
(00:06:16):
and still experiencing those lower depths of the mind.
(00:06:23):
And this is what a movie is intended to do for you.
(00:06:27):
Not only do you feel things,
(00:06:29):
you see,
(00:06:29):
you hear things,
(00:06:31):
you are entertained by the movie,
(00:06:34):
but it brings you into its world,
(00:06:37):
into a sort of trance.
(00:06:39):
But we wouldn't call it that.
(00:06:43):
And so, at its best, I think that trance could be natural like that.
(00:06:50):
And so it's important for you to identify what you really want.
(00:06:55):
Is it this traditional sort of hypnosis thing?
(00:07:00):
You know, a man dressed like a magician.
(00:07:03):
Maybe he's got a stopwatch.
(00:07:05):
Maybe you like it to happen like it does in the movies.
(00:07:10):
Because, of course, it's not always like the movies.
(00:07:16):
I truly want you to understand what's going on with you so that you can have your
(00:07:22):
discussions with hypnotists or discussions with subjects.
(00:07:31):
And once you figure it out, there is that wonderful aha moment.
(00:07:37):
It's that moment where the subject says, I thought I could never be hypnotized.
(00:07:43):
I tried so much until it finally worked.
(00:07:49):
And that experience is bliss.
(00:07:53):
When you go into that really deep hypnotic state, there's no way to really describe it.
(00:07:59):
The nerve system slows down.
(00:08:03):
You are on another frequency of existence.
(00:08:08):
Yes, your consciousness goes to a different place.
(00:08:13):
That means that it's aware of different things, and it's also doing different things to your body.
(00:08:23):
I don't think I could describe a better sensation than that.
(00:08:29):
If you've ever experienced it, you know that it is pure bliss.
(00:08:35):
And for me, it's about the creation that can come from that.
(00:08:39):
It's about the possibility to create whatever you want.
(00:08:47):
It's that experience of creating what you want through a state of bliss.
(00:08:55):
Who could blame you for going after something like this?
(00:08:59):
I think you should.
(00:09:01):
Let's see if we can figure that out so that you can experience anything you want,
(00:09:08):
get anything you want,
(00:09:10):
be anything you want,
(00:09:13):
and achieve it through bliss.
(00:09:19):
I'm going to speak mostly of content creation,
(00:09:23):
but this all applies to in-person sort of hypnosis as well.
(00:09:31):
Before you ask yourself, is there something wrong with me?
(00:09:36):
Ask yourself, is there something not right about the content that you're listening to?
(00:09:42):
Because most content will not work for most people.
(00:09:48):
Most hypnosis content only actually works on the most susceptible subjects, the really easy ones.
(00:09:59):
And I know they say anyone can do hypnosis,
(00:10:03):
but that really just means that anyone could learn a script and hypnotize easy subjects.
(00:10:12):
And in today's fast-paced world, I would say that people are less susceptible than ever to hypnosis.
(00:10:21):
I mean,
(00:10:21):
not only is our attention spans decreasing,
(00:10:25):
but we all put this wall up in front of our minds because we know how many
(00:10:31):
advertisers and scammers and manipulators are constantly trying to take hold of our minds.
(00:10:39):
That makes us defensive.
(00:10:42):
It's a whole other discussion of what makes a hypnosis file actually work and not work.
(00:10:51):
But you can just ask yourself if the content is simply not it for you.
(00:10:57):
Maybe there's another person or another file that will work better for you.
(00:11:04):
Sometimes you just don't like a certain technique or a certain suggestion doesn't
(00:11:10):
feel right to you,
(00:11:10):
doesn't make you feel comfortable.
(00:11:13):
And that's totally fine.
(00:11:14):
That is totally normal.
(00:11:17):
But real quick, there's a couple of things that will tell you if it's going to work right away.
(00:11:23):
First is whether they direct things in terms of the present moment or happening in the future.
(00:11:32):
Like,
(00:11:32):
if I was to give you the suggestion that you will become smarter,
(00:11:38):
at first that might seem like a good suggestion,
(00:11:41):
especially if you're in a hypnotic state.
(00:11:43):
I mean, simple as that, right?
(00:11:47):
Well, there's a number of very unoptimized things about that sentence.
(00:11:53):
That's putting it really lightly, because I don't think that that suggestion would work at all.
(00:12:00):
Except on subjects that are both easy and quite intelligent already.
(00:12:07):
there's that suggestion of you will and that is an implication that something's
(00:12:13):
going to happen in the future the problem with that is that when we are working
(00:12:18):
with hypnosis we're working with the present moment because that's the only thing
(00:12:24):
that exists it might blow your mind if you're not a meditator but the past does not
(00:12:31):
exist the future does not exist two nanoseconds ago does not exist
(00:12:37):
One nanosecond in the future does not exist.
(00:12:42):
You are a 3D human,
(00:12:44):
which means your consciousness exists in one single point of time,
(00:12:50):
and that is called now.
(00:12:55):
So if you want that suggestion to stick, you have to say, you are smart now.
(00:13:03):
I know it's as simple as that.
(00:13:05):
It may seem like something so small, but it is huge.
(00:13:11):
Because when we refer to things happening in the future, they stay in the future.
(00:13:18):
And when the future comes, it's not actually the future.
(00:13:21):
It's now.
(00:13:23):
And that thing that you said is in the future, it's still in the future.
(00:13:28):
And this will repeat over and over again, continually.
(00:13:33):
Do not underestimate this.
(00:13:35):
The present moment is everything.
(00:13:39):
Now it's not just about the language, but the context.
(00:13:44):
It would be great to say, you will become smarter when you do your test.
(00:13:49):
Think about your math test now and imagine calculating the numbers correctly,
(00:13:55):
understanding the concepts behind the formulas,
(00:13:59):
and comprehending what it all means.
(00:14:04):
That kind of suggestion has moved you into the present moment, imagining that the future is now.
(00:14:13):
After all, your imagination is a preview of the future.
(00:14:20):
Now it doesn't mean that the you will become smarter suggestion is a bad suggestion.
(00:14:27):
It just means that most subjects will need it a little bit more ideal to be at its
(00:14:33):
maximum effectiveness.
(00:14:37):
Then there's the subjective parts of the content like, do you like this person's style?
(00:14:44):
Do you like their attitude?
(00:14:47):
What are their intentions?
(00:14:50):
Are you trying to find a therapeutic thing or an erotic thing?
(00:14:57):
a self-improvement thing?
(00:14:59):
Is there a strong masculine or feminine aspect of this that you're really into?
(00:15:06):
There's so many things that will affect it for you.
(00:15:10):
Now,
(00:15:11):
some might say,
(00:15:11):
oh,
(00:15:12):
I'd like to listen to subliminals because then my conscious mind will not interrupt.
(00:15:19):
And that can work.
(00:15:21):
Except subliminals don't work.
(00:15:25):
Let me explain.
(00:15:26):
The effectiveness of subliminals is so much smaller than the effectiveness of a
(00:15:33):
regular dedicated hypnosis file that I don't consider it effective enough.
(00:15:40):
I mean, do you want something that works with 15% effectiveness or 100% effectiveness?
(00:15:49):
The great thing about subliminals is the placebo effect.
(00:15:55):
Don't be afraid of that word, placebo, because placebo is a good thing.
(00:16:02):
It is that one thing that all philosophies believe in, but we all call it something else.
(00:16:10):
We call it karma, law of attraction.
(00:16:14):
Resistance and persistence.
(00:16:17):
We call it magic.
(00:16:19):
A miracle.
(00:16:20):
Acts of God.
(00:16:23):
And for many of the scientific community, it's called the placebo effect.
(00:16:28):
Or the nocebo effect, if it causes something negative.
(00:16:34):
The great thing is that a placebo works even if you know it's a placebo effect.
(00:16:42):
Isn't that incredible?
(00:16:44):
I mean you can make pretty much anything happen using the placebo effect.
(00:16:51):
That's why the gold standard of scientific studies is the double-blind, placebo-controlled test.
(00:16:59):
The great thing about subliminals is that you can listen to it doing anything,
(00:17:06):
and no one would question it.
(00:17:08):
You can layer it over any of the nice sounds that you like.
(00:17:14):
And most importantly, you can dedicate it to a focus on something.
(00:17:21):
Let's say you wanted to grow your beard thicker,
(00:17:25):
so you were listening to a beard growth subliminal,
(00:17:30):
which will work,
(00:17:31):
by the way,
(00:17:32):
as shown by the placebo effect.
(00:17:36):
which is so powerful that we have to do controls to get it out of our experiments.
(00:17:43):
While listening to that subliminal,
(00:17:45):
you are consciously choosing to have thoughts,
(00:17:50):
feelings,
(00:17:51):
sensations that relate to your own personal feeling of having a big thick beard.
(00:18:01):
Maybe you associate it with masculinity, strength, fatherliness.
(00:18:09):
Maybe you associate it with that feeling of growth, vitality, or expansion.
(00:18:17):
Maybe you like to think of the new hairs sprouting thicker and thicker,
(00:18:22):
and that's just a good feeling for you.
(00:18:26):
And you can think about this throughout the entire subliminal,
(00:18:30):
and you can think about it in your own way.
(00:18:35):
And maybe there's parts in the background that relate to that,
(00:18:39):
but they don't get in the way of any of that.
(00:18:45):
Perhaps subliminals are perfect for people that like to do their own thing without
(00:18:51):
too much instruction impeding it.
(00:18:56):
I mean, we can't count on the instructions from the subliminals actually being any good.
(00:19:04):
Just like I explained earlier, the instructions are not always worded as they could be best worded.
(00:19:13):
Or worse, they could be using negatives.
(00:19:17):
Like if the hypnosis file says,
(00:19:20):
don't stress,
(00:19:22):
or don't fear,
(00:19:24):
or relax from all the difficulties and stresses of the day.
(00:19:30):
That might work for some people, but a lot of us are going to get triggered by that.
(00:19:36):
Because these are negative words.
(00:19:40):
So a subliminal might ensure that even if the hypnotic language is not perfect,
(00:19:47):
it's still going to work for you because you are consciously dedicating yourself to
(00:19:54):
that one particular thing and the energy flows where the attention goes.
(00:20:02):
Simple as that.
(00:20:03):
If you focus on something with intention, a little hint of positivity,
(00:20:09):
and a big force of precision, it must come to be.
(00:20:16):
There are also some experts who create things based on frequencies.
(00:20:23):
There are audio files, you find them all over the internet, of a certain hertz, Hz, or frequency.
(00:20:33):
and they combine them with nice musical tracks and sometimes affirmations but not
(00:20:39):
always these are these healing vibrational sounds and each frequency has a bit of a
(00:20:49):
different tone of course a different flavor that does something different to the
(00:20:55):
body lots of them very similar of course
(00:21:01):
And overall, the frequencies go from relaxed focus.
(00:21:06):
Maybe if you go higher than that, it's like intense focus.
(00:21:10):
And if you go a little lower, it starts to become dreamy.
(00:21:15):
And when you hit the lowest, it's like pure emptiness, nothingness, like completely unconscious.
(00:21:25):
And there is some debate on the exact usage for the different frequencies,
(00:21:29):
but getting your brain into them and aligning with them is a fantastic thing.
(00:21:37):
And if a subliminal is combined with this,
(00:21:41):
you can consciously direct that as the file that gets you the effects you want,
(00:21:48):
even if there's no suggestions in it for that.
(00:21:54):
Your intention matters,
(00:21:57):
and when you intend something,
(00:22:00):
the creation that comes from it can look a lot like what you intended.
(00:22:09):
Now let's talk about allowing someone else into your mind.
(00:22:16):
It's understandable that such a thing could make one apprehensive,
(00:22:22):
because at our core,
(00:22:24):
we need to be self-regulating to some level.
(00:22:30):
And for many of us,
(00:22:32):
we had a childhood where we had to self-regulate a lot more than a child should
(00:22:39):
need to.
(00:22:41):
After all, how do we adapt to situations that are not in our favor?
(00:22:47):
We have to self-adapt to that.
(00:22:51):
And perhaps you ran into situations where adapting to someone else did not turn out well.
(00:23:00):
This is normal and natural.
(00:23:02):
I expect all people have had this experience.
(00:23:07):
You can't just trust everyone 100%.
(00:23:10):
You would run into trouble very quickly, of course.
(00:23:15):
So there is that part of your brain now programmed in to protect you from
(00:23:21):
automatically following every suggestion of others.
(00:23:26):
And that is a good thing.
(00:23:27):
That is a fantastic thing.
(00:23:30):
We need to give thanks and appreciation to this part of us that protects us.
(00:23:37):
And to do that, we simply give awareness to that part of us.
(00:23:43):
So that when it comes up and it stops a hypnotic suggestion from working, you say, hey, I recognize you.
(00:23:52):
I see what you're doing.
(00:23:55):
I know that you're protecting me.
(00:23:59):
And in doing so, this part of you can finally let off.
(00:24:03):
It's saying, oh, I'm recognized.
(00:24:06):
Yes, you have to show this part of you that it has control.
(00:24:11):
That it can step in any time that it feels uncomfortable.
(00:24:19):
If it feels uneasy about it, it can step in.
(00:24:24):
Yes, just the recognition of that.
(00:24:28):
will kind of ironically make it go away.
(00:24:33):
Because you are trusting first in yourself.
(00:24:38):
And then don't force it.
(00:24:41):
Allow suggestions to work as they work.
(00:24:46):
And I know you really want to make the hypnosis work, but there's a reason that it doesn't.
(00:24:54):
You are being protected by a part of you, so let it protect you.
(00:25:01):
Whatever in particular the hypnotist said to you, it may not be really meant to work on you.
(00:25:11):
Maybe there's something about this that isn't for you.
(00:25:15):
Maybe it's just not your thing,
(00:25:17):
or it's not in the exact way that it needs to be for you,
(00:25:21):
and that's fine.
(00:25:24):
Of course, you may or may not have these psychological things going on.
(00:25:31):
It could be something else in particular for you,
(00:25:35):
and it likely is because we are all so individual and unique.
(00:25:42):
Now,
(00:25:42):
many of us think of the psychological parts of why you might not be going into
(00:25:48):
hypnosis easily,
(00:25:49):
but I think one of the most important parts is the physiological parts,
(00:25:55):
the body.
(00:25:57):
After all, your emotions and thoughts, most of it actually stored in the body.
(00:26:05):
Yes, I know your brain organizes it, but it does so by connecting it through the entire nerve system.
(00:26:15):
A nerve system that is constantly reading what's going on within each part of the body, each organ.
(00:26:24):
Every single millimeter of every finger, every muscle fiber.
(00:26:30):
And then the way that the nervous system interacts with all of the bacteria natural of the body.
(00:26:39):
It's complex, but it is in the body.
(00:26:44):
So there's a few basics to check off to make sure that you are physically able to
(00:26:51):
be hypnotized,
(00:26:53):
able to focus in an optimum way.
(00:26:58):
And perhaps this type of hypnosis you want involves relaxing and letting go.
(00:27:03):
It doesn't have to, but it's usually so much nicer when it does involve those things.
(00:27:12):
And you need your body in its optimum order in order to do that properly.
(00:27:19):
And that means achieving the basics.
(00:27:22):
Staying hydrated, eating good food, getting good sleep.
(00:27:28):
I know, it's not exciting, but we all know it works.
(00:27:35):
People that are doing more optimum things with their body are easier to hypnotize.
(00:27:41):
They are functioning properly, tuned in, hydrated, well slept.
(00:27:48):
They are feeling well.
(00:27:51):
Simple as this.
(00:27:52):
Drink some fresh juice.
(00:27:55):
Go for a walk.
(00:27:57):
Stretch.
(00:27:58):
And then listen to some hypnosis.
(00:28:01):
And watch how incredibly effective it becomes.
(00:28:06):
And that's only the effect of half an hour.
(00:28:10):
literally just 2% of the day.
(00:28:15):
Imagine the compound effect of doing that every day, once a day, because it all adds together.
(00:28:27):
Maybe you throw in some hard exercise every second day or even third day.
(00:28:33):
You end up with not just a more easily hypnotizable mind, but a lot of fantastic knock-on effects.
(00:28:43):
You live in better health and happiness and all of your goals become more achievable.
(00:28:49):
It's all a big formula and everything that you do adds to the experience or takes away from it.
(00:29:00):
Now what is the best format for you?
(00:29:02):
Is it audio or is it reading?
(00:29:06):
Or is it even video?
(00:29:08):
Because for me, text hypnosis works quite well.
(00:29:14):
I think for most, audio seems to work best.
(00:29:19):
Maybe I'm just visual,
(00:29:21):
or I find that the audio might interrupt with my mind,
(00:29:27):
or perhaps it's because I can go at the exact pace that I need to go.
(00:29:34):
All I know is that it works best for me, so what works best for you?
(00:29:41):
I think reading books is a fantastic way to enhance your experience of hypnosis,
(00:29:49):
no matter if you experience it by audio or by reading.
(00:29:56):
Because reading can train your brain to go into that brainwave level that is a bit lower.
(00:30:05):
And we want that lower brainwave level because it is closer to hypnosis.
(00:30:11):
it moves your natural state a little bit lower.
(00:30:16):
It gets you used to it, and then your brain wants to go down a bit all the time.
(00:30:24):
There's also that effect of the left-to-right motion of reading.
(00:30:30):
And not many people talk about this.
(00:30:32):
I find that fascinating.
(00:30:35):
But during REM, rapid eye movement sleep, that's when you dream.
(00:30:41):
Your eyes are going left to right, back and forth, back and forth.
(00:30:47):
and this is what you're doing when you're reading you read from one side to the
(00:30:52):
other and you switch back and you do it again you do this continuously over and
(00:30:58):
over again and because you are looking in both directions it signals to both sides
(00:31:07):
of the brain it wakes up both sides it encourages the brain to begin processing
(00:31:14):
things
(00:31:16):
using all of the brain power that it has.
(00:31:20):
This encourages you to do the same thing under hypnosis.
(00:31:25):
You are learning to learn when you read.
(00:31:29):
And hypnosis is learning.
(00:31:36):
Let's finish off by talking about your expectations.
(00:31:41):
Because I think a lot of hypnotists and maybe even subjects set this strangely high
(00:31:49):
bar for what should happen under hypnosis.
(00:31:53):
They say that they should be in control of your body,
(00:31:57):
or they say that you should experience something at 1,000 times level,
(00:32:04):
when it just doesn't make any sense.
(00:32:09):
You might be trying to get outlandish things to work on you immediately,
(00:32:14):
and then you might feel like,
(00:32:16):
oh,
(00:32:17):
I'm not such a good subject.
(00:32:19):
I think that's preposterous.
(00:32:23):
Remember that anything is possible, truly, but be reasonable with your expectations.
(00:32:32):
You may have some inner or outer work to do.
(00:32:36):
You may need to find different content or a different creator.
(00:32:43):
You may need to experience it in person or at least live with somebody.
(00:32:50):
You may need text or audio.
(00:32:54):
You might need someone to touch you physically and most likely it could be your own
(00:33:02):
unique thing and maybe a combination of the things that I've discussed here today.
(00:33:11):
I want you to figure out what's going on with you because knowing what's going on
(00:33:16):
is the most important part and will help you move forward.
(00:33:23):
If you want to listen to my hypnosis files,
(00:33:25):

Cocky Muscle Italian (Custom)
In this VERY customized audio, you become a cocky italian-american musclehead college-age jock. You become hyper masculine and rough on the edges.
You love to take risks, live with high testosterone, and think about muscle building all day long.
Drink beer, get arm/chest tattoos, walk with a swagger.
Thick hair on your chest. Dress like a straight guy from the East Coast with a philly accent.
Jeans and t-shirts, gym clothes etc. Charismatic extroverted personality, even to the point of "toxic masculinity".
You become sexually adventurous with men, even though you're outwardly straight-acting, you're willing to top any ass, be fucked by any cock, and suck men off.
Group sex, get sucked off, into spit, masculine smells, etc.
Eat your own cum, suck cock like jocks in a porno, get horny and excited at sucking cock and even more when you swallow.
Your gag reflex is disabled so that you can deepthroat more cock.
*This is a very intricate custom-ordered file, so it will only be suitable for certain people.

Lucid Dreamer
You learn to take full control over your dreams whenever you sleep.
This is intended to be listened to before sleep, but you may notice that it is cleverly worded to alert you with clues if you happen to slip into a dream while listening.
