Disciplined (Audio)
Your brain's reward center controls you.
But we can show it better rewards.
Then it will steer you towards what you really want.
How many of your goals have you missed simply because you lack the discipline?
Think of those situations where you know exactly what you need to do, but you just never get it done.
You make up excuses, you ignore it, you procrastinate...
Well not anymore.
There's no amount of money that can replace discipline.
You can't buy a body.
There's more millionaires than there is six pack abs on Earth.
You could have all the money in the world, and still have nothing without discipline.
Today's world is full of distractions.
We make up all kinds of reasons that we have not made it, but the answer is quite simple--you are not disciplined.
You already know what your solutions are, but you require the willpower to make it happen.
You must break from inertia and do the things you need to do, even if you don't want to do them.
With hypnosis, you can make these tasks enjoyable and easy.
Something you look forward to, instead of something you dread.
Discipline is easy with the power of this hypnosis file, and your life is going to skyrocket after just one listen.
This comes with 2 parts.
One is an explainer audio, to help you understand the mindset you are taking on, and the other is the hypnosis file.

FUCK YOUR HEAD with the 7th GSB Video
Hypnosis? A mental journey? A satanic experience deep inside your soul? The seventh GSB Video is all this and more. "Fuck your Head" keeps the promises of its title: a short (8 min) but intense video in which video and audio intertwine in a journey in which nothing is as it seems and in which it is impossible to know what happens in the next frame. "Fuck your Head" is one of the strangest, most non-linear and intriguing videos produced by GSB and its goal is to penetrate the mind of those who watch it with an occult experience in which everyone can find different emotions, sensations and stimuli.
Perfect under the influence of drugs, poppers or narcotics, "Fuck your Head" remains faithful to the GSB Videos trend as a video made by Satanists for Satanists, suitable for any type of situation - direct view or background during rituals, single or group sessions, mental journeys or meditations.
The video is available for streaming in the GSB Extras (Red Plan only) - click here to watch the video
A free preview is available for all users - click here for a preview
The video and all the images in it are available for purchase for download in the MZD Shop, where, as usual, you can buy them separately or together with a discounted package - click here to access the MZD Shop

Hi, I was wondering if you knew when Vessel started 'dancing' on stage? I'm pretty sure he started doing in in the late Sundowning-ish era/ TPWBYT era but I thought you'd probably be the best person to ask about finding videos from when he started dancing.
Oooh this is an interesting rabbit hole, thanks for asking Anon 🖤
So... I guess it depends on what you mean by dancing, because Vessel has always sort of moved on stage, you know? But what he did back then and what he's doing now is completely different. Like... maybe a better word for what he used to do is "writhing." The earliest video of a ritual I've seen of Sleep Token's was their third ritual in (what I'm assuming is) late 2017, and "writhing" is probably the best word for what Vessel was doing on stage (and I say that affectionately/respectfully).
TLDR; Conclusively I would say Vessel started dancing, as we see him dance on stage today, in the summer of 2022. He's always moved on stage, and even acted unhinged during Sleep Token's earlier rituals. Below the cut, I go through rituals on YouTube from 2018-2023 to try and pinpoint exactly when Vessel started dancing like we see currently in 2023. (I went through quite a few videos, most not even mentioned in this monster of a post, so I made a YouTube playlist here).
A great example of Vessel's early "writhing" dancing is this YouTube video of Nazareth from the 2018 Leeds Festival (he's also an absolute menace here!! He steps on III, he didn't paint his waist or his back, and he strangles and spits on the original OG IV. Like... the man had demons and I am here for them). The dancing that's most similar to current times starts around 2:37 and 3:40.
2019 is impossible to find good videos for lol, since they did most of their rituals for the Beautiful Oblivion tour as an opener and, apparently, nobody films openers. But there are some with decent audio quality from ArcTanGent (my favorite being The Offering). Interestingly, he's less animated, still writhing, but not a menace to the rest of the band while doing so. If anyone is even slightly photosensitive please don't watch these ArcTanGent videos, the lighting effects really didn't agree with the camera's shutter speed.
This is a video of Higher from December 2019. The sound is not as crisp, and the videographer is quite a bit further from the stage, but Vessel is still moving, especially towards the end. The breakdown starts around 2:15, and while III and OG IV are definitely more animated than Vessel, he's still dancing with them. He even jumps down to scream the end of the song at the barrier (and has a mini-wardrobe malfunction) at 2:39. That crowd was really feeling it and so was Vessel.
Because of the plague in 2020, all of Sleep Token's shows were in January. Vessel's behaviour was very similar to the video posted above (just with less crowd interaction). The first show they played in 2021 was the Download Pilot. This is the best audio quality of that show, and Vessel also moves/dances the most in this video, though it's toward the end around 2:31, where the videographer forgot they were filming and just started vibing, so it's really hard to see, lol. I don't blame them, but it's also shakycam to the max. (Also, a quick fun fact, this is the first show the band played with our current IV as far as I can tell.)
This is another video from 2021, but from Sleep Token's TPWBYT rituals tour. It's Hypnosis, and in the very beginning, we see some Floor Vessel, which is neat and reminiscent of the most recent NA rituals, before he does some of his usual writing, though quite a bit more animated. Around 4:06 you can see the writing again, but after 4:19 it morphs into what we've seen from more recent rituals. (Also, if anyone wants a full 70-minute video of this show, filmed from the center of the balcony looking down on the stage, you can watch it here. Some parts have major flashing, so just be careful).
Here's another video of Hypnosis, this time from September 2022. Here, finally, we see Vessel's current version of dancing, hops and arm flails included. It starts right when the song kicks in at 0:13, and he does it again at the end, around 4:29. Technically they did a UK tour with the Architects in May (see this video of The Offering at 3:50) and an Australian tour in June 2022 with Northlane (again, see this video of The Offering at 0:20, 1:37), with similar behaviour from Vessel, but that BRRF Hypnosis video is the first video I ever watched of Sleep Token live so it's very dear to me and it's also better sound quality than anything I could find from earlier in the year.
I went way overboard with answering this question, Anon, but it was super fun, so thank you again for asking 🖤🙏 Again, I made a playlist of all the videos + several others. If anyone has any recommendations for me to add to the playlist, send the links my way (especially if they aren't The Offering or Hypnosis lol) and I'll add them in chronological order.

You’ve probably gotten this question a ton but, do you have any tips or resources on writing a hypnosis induction for the first time? I’m writing a story involving hypnokink and I’ve only been a subject in real life.
Thank you ever so much for asking.
I'll break my advice down into segments for tailoring the best I can. The general advice I have is to listen to long form files by prominent hypnotists within the community and take notes on their styles and flows. I have often noted that one of the best way to learn hypnosis is through experience.
Of my two certification courses the second one, run by Wiseguy, included the invaluable piece of wisdom "The best hypnotic induction is the one that works."
Also check out a set of Zebu cards or download a PDF that contains their write-ups. Zebu Cards are prompts for Ericksonian phrases you can use and explanations of how and why they work. If you need a "how to cheat" sheet then Zebu Cards are an instant win unless you are working with someone literal minded who doesn't deal well with indirect induction methods.
Wiseguy actually did more work training me out of those habits than anything else. Years ago I was fairly fluent in flowery and empty sentiment.
Ericksonian/NLP techniques need not sound as forced as they are in the cards but it's a learning block.
But that's very vague and though I truly consider it the best advice it is less actionable than working out what you wish to write... with that said here is my breakdown:
Select your audience
When writing an induction script you need to know who you are writing for. Is the audience an individual, a group of people or yourself? If it's for an external audience then have you negotiated contents and worked out preferences or are you doing it cold?
How will the script be utilized? Is it to be studied and used as framework for an improvised scene in the moment, is it going to be read by the recipient, recorded? All these little thoughts will change how you handle things. Even a simple comment about the "sound of my voice" will have to switch up based on who is reading and under what context and for what outcome.
Modality
Hypnotic inductions tend to work on different modalities and individuals tend to have ones that they favor more than others. During a pre-talk in a negotiation or a cold session the hypnotist tends to test out preferred modality via susceptibility tests.
It's best when doing something where you do not know for sure what will work to mix in a number of different modalities and request feedback if that is possible for you. Some examples are visual fixations, audio fixations and kinesthetic fixations. I sometimes put emotional fixations in with kinesthetic but that is preference based.
What I mean by this is if you know how a person processes information then present them their induction in that method. For myself I am very feeling and sensing and so being asked to feel sensations of my body is better than utilizing visual imagination or audio cues.
"As you hear the sound of my voice and all distractions fade away you can listen to your breathing and notice it becoming softer and slower, the gentle beat of your heart may follow down into that gentle rhythm" is a slightly overt version of a line from an audio script.
"And you'll see that you're already starting to drift down. Can you picture it. You laying down as your slack arms sink down, are your eyelids fluttering, I wonder? It's okay if they are, because you can still watch as you sink deeper even with your eyes resting closed" for visual.
"With every moment that passes you drift more and it feels so good to just let go and relax deeper now. Feeling your lungs empty of air and noticing perhaps how relaxing that is. Do you feel relaxation as a tingling in your head or a lightness in your skin? Either way it feels so good to just drop deeper and so you can let go even more for me now." for kinesthetic.
Direct/Indirect
As you may see I usually lean more indirect than direct in my inductions. I have been taught by some incredible partners how to code switch into direct for dramatic effect. They reward me so very well with whimpers and delight, I feel I must perfect the technique for them.
A mix is always good but an induction, particularly when rapport and intent are not carrying you, should always lean in on your strong suit. Only you will know your style. Play around in the space, see what you can find.
The Induction Starts With Negotiation
This one is a bit obvious but every hypnosis session begins before the hypnotee agrees to begin. If you post a hypnotic audio on YouTube then the summary and preamble are not just there to list the contents they are there to set expectation.
Do not misunderstand and believe that mind control happens before consent. What I mean is that expectation is an active part of the induction.
This can be in carrying confidence of tone "This file will use my voice to draw you into an impossibly deep trance" is more evocative than "I want to try and do some test inductions and want anyone who listens to experience a deep trance" while having much of the same information.
Plus the first example has an indirect suggestion that ties the sound of my voice to the action of you being drawn into trance. Just like the sentence I'm typing right now is a promise that you'd fall under my spell if I were to will it so.
Tone and expectation are important tools and being able to embody the role and work towards your goal at all times is important. Don't be a jerk about it, just be confident. Knowing you will succeed and convincing someone else you can and will do it makes it so. Hypnosis tends to be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Wrap safety in
In the same vein, I would always recommend to do the old "if anything comes up that requires you to exit this scene you can and will handle it knowing the script/file/opportunity will be waiting for you" and such. Hypnosis is a bond of trust between consenting individuals and a hypnotist must do their best to protect their hypnotee while they are entrusted to them as a hypnotee must be responsible with the practice of hypnosis so a hypnotist can trust the process with them.
If it's 1-on-1 then ask for limits, try to find out what will make it a pleasant experience, make your own requests if there are areas you want to explore.
After all the last and most important tip is always going to be...
Have fun!

(When) Are you planning to post more pleasurable audios to Patreon instead of just putting them to soundgasm which is great too?
Hey so, let me explain my current process on what is paid and what is free as I know it can be a little confusing with the amount of free content I am making.
So, my current system is hypnosis rp and asmr rp is on youtube and those videos are super tame according to the guidelines on that platform. How I pick what goes up is a mixture of what I want to make, what youtube allows and what can help my channel. I tend not to post stand alone hypnosis without a theme or roleplay element there anymore because youtube simply doesn't know what to do with it and the audience I've built there likes both asmr rp and hypnosis.
Soundgasm has been a great place to store free and more spicy (but not super lewd mostly) content. It's very much the stuff I can't post to youtube, but besides the odd audio I tend not to post the really sexy stuff there. It has kinky themes and a lot of fun topics. The reason I do this is because, I like making work for free that people can access. I think its great that people enjoy the work and now I can't post it on youtube, soundgasm is great option.
Patreon spicy audios are in the middle tier and normally are an extended cut of the other two versions. So how I have been doing it is, I write one big script. Youtube gets the first part, soundgasm gets the next bit and patreon gets the full edit. Pateeon does also have a ton of stand alone work that isn't anywhere else as I have been doing this a long time now so the catalog is huge. How I decide what becomes patreon exclusive is down to how lewd is it, and how much work had to go into it.
So to answer your question. Yes, I put new sexy audios on patreon all the time as well as downloads to my previous work and previews of upcoming work before anyone else gets it. I try to post at least one or two very spicy audios per month.
Hope this helps people understand how it works!

One thing I wanted to mention about hypnosis is that it can be really easy, and not time consuming, to try it out.
I have made some files that you could try. They are audio files that are like a session with a hypnotist.
My first one is not sexual at all, and is a great introduction to all of this because it gives you a safe word trigger that will end any effects that you do not like. It's only 15 minutes long, and just a super relaxing experience.
Also, you don't download anything. You just stream them like you would a YouTube video or something like that.
Totally forgot to answer- sorry
Thank you for the intro but I’m good for now. Audio files are my best friend tho no matter the occasion lol

Unleashing the Power Within: A Review of Online Hypnosis Training With Certificate
Taking Control of My Mind and Helping Others
I've always been fascinated by the potential of hypnosis. The idea of using focused suggestion to unlock positive change in people's lives resonated deeply with me. However, the prospect of traditional in-person training, with its rigid schedules and often hefty price tag, felt like a barrier. That's when I discovered the "Online Hypnosis Training With Certificate" program, and it completely transformed my approach.
Tumblr media
A Comprehensive Curriculum, Delivered at My Pace
The program offered a structured yet flexible learning experience. The downloadable modules covered a vast range of topics, from the history and science of hypnosis to effective induction techniques and specific applications for areas like stress management, habit change, and pain relief.
The real beauty of the program was the self-paced learning format. I could delve into the modules at my convenience, revisiting sections as needed to solidify my understanding. This flexibility was a game-changer, allowing me to fit the training around my existing commitments.
Engaging Learning Materials and Supportive Community
The program wasn't just a dry collection of text. The modules incorporated a variety of engaging elements, including video lectures from experienced instructors, downloadable audio scripts to practice inductions, and interactive quizzes to test knowledge retention.
There was also a dedicated online community forum where I could connect with other students and instructors. This forum proved invaluable, offering a platform to ask questions, share experiences, and gain valuable insights from fellow learners as well as seasoned practitioners.
Putting My Knowledge into Practice
With the newfound knowledge and skills gained through the program, I started using self-hypnosis techniques to manage my own stress levels and improve my sleep quality. The results were truly remarkable. Feeling the positive impact on my own life fueled my desire to help others.
I began offering hypnosis sessions to friends and family, helping them address issues like anxiety, smoking cessation, and phobias. Witnessing the positive transformations they experienced through hypnosis was incredibly rewarding, solidifying my passion for this field.
Empowering Myself and Others
The "Online Hypnosis Training With Certificate" program wasn't just an online course; it was a springboard for personal and professional growth. It equipped me with the tools and knowledge to take control of my own mind and empower others to do the same. The flexibility, comprehensive curriculum, and supportive community made it an exceptional learning experience. If you're curious about the potential of hypnosis, I highly recommend this program. It could be the key to unlocking a world of positive change, both for yourself and those around you.pen_sparktunesharemore_vert

ASMR | OC - Siren x Listener SFW Lonely Siren Lures You And Accidentally Saves You
[M4A] [First meeting] [Hypnosis] [TW mentions of you being kidnapped, the siren previously being kidnapped, death (of the men who kidnapped you)] [Hugs, cheek kisses]
Dang it's a new boy. I actually intended this to be a generic siren lures you into the sea, he wasn't going to be a character with a story and a name and then... I liked the idea too much. He comes across scary at first, but he's just lonely and touch-staved and no one's ever been nice to him before. Perhaps you'd like to be the first? But be careful, you'll make him flustered.

How I ran into real-life brain-hacking
I have been struggling with sugar addiction for years. It took its toll on both my physical and mental health long before I even knew I had it and I have been fighting it ever since I recognized its ugly face. And just like it tends to be with addictions, it was a very tough battle, and I wasn’t always winning. I was ready to fight for the rest of my life, but now I think I might not have to. I think, carefully and hopefully, that I maybe, just maybe, might have won. How? Believe it or not, it was hypnosis.
(The rest of this post is long, ye be warned. If you want to read it in peace and quiet, head over to my blog https://noriparelius.com/post/brain-hacking/. Or keep reading here, up to you.)
What? Hypnosis?!
I wrote extensively about my sugar addiction before, so if you want to read more about the misery it brought me, just go ahead. This post will be about what liberated me.
I met Roger in a book club. (I really hope, Roger, that you don’t mind me talking about this on my blog that nobody reads.) The most wonderful book club, full of lovely people from all around the world, that I feel genuinely lucky to have met. Roger is one of them – a Scottish guy that just seems to radiate warmth, calm and wit. And as it happens, he runs a company selling hypnosis audio tracks. I remember when I found out about that a few months after joining the book club. “That’s not something you hear often!” I thought, and pretty much left it at that.
At one of the book club meetings we were discussing mental health. It was one of those moments when you get to see that everybody really does have their own secret struggle, no matter the image they present to the world. Anyway, it was after that meeting that Roger recommended hypnosis to the rest of us. I knew very little about hypnosis and I never would have thought about it on my own, but getting a recommendation from someone whose opinion I have come to value, was enough to get me to try.
Roger is one of the directors in a company called Uncommon Knowledge (I love the name!) and their Hypnosis Downloads platform has thousands of audio tracks that you download and listen to whenever you feel like it. Literally thousands of short 20-30 minute sessions about anything and everything you could think of. (And by the way, this is not an ad, I’m getting nothing for this. I just genuinely love their stuff.)
You wouldn’t give a cake to an itchy knee
I didn’t know where to start, but I knew about at least one big problem I had. The damn sugar. So I started looking for hypnosis tracks that could help with that. I found a few and tried a few, downloads with names like Sweet Tooth and Food Addiction Help. I did as was recommended and listened to them every day for a week. They were nice, calming, lovely to listen to and I agreed with every word. But I didn’t feel any different. I thought maybe I just needed to give it more time. Until I ran into the Stop Emotional Eating. It’s funny, because I already knew that one of the reasons I was turning to “treats” was emotions; boredom, angst, loneliness, exhaustion, stress,… But knowing didn’t help me to stop.
The first time I listened to Stop Emotional Eating felt like an emotional roller-coaster ride that ended with me disembarking into a new reality. I opened my eyes and wondered why on earth I ever tried to eat away my feelings. What an utterly stupid idea! As if that would ever work! It suddenly seemed completely silly and useless to eat an ice cream because I had a bad day (or a good one, for that matter). The hypnosis was full of deep insights and clever metaphors, and it reached a part of my mind no logic could ever penetrate to before. I still chuckle at the “You wouldn’t give a cake to an itchy knee” whenever I think about it. Very true, I definitely wouldn’t do that, but I spent decades doing its equivalent by putting a plaster made of chocolate over my feelings. No more though. No more.
Break the trance
Now, I was really feeling that my sugar struggles were over. And in some way they were! It’s been a half a year and I didn’t have a single binge in that time. What’s even more, I didn’t even want one, or get anywhere close. My emotions seemed to have detangled themselves from the food completely and permanently.
But. Oh yes, there is a but. I wasn’t binging anymore, and I wasn’t tortured by wanting something sweet more than anything, but kept nibbling at foods I knew would make me feel sick when nobody was looking. To be honest, I can’t explain it. I would have a little bite of a banana pancake I made for my kids. Or a piece of blood sausage. Or an apple. All pretty good foods, but ones that unfortunately don’t do me, personally, any good. I only did it when nobody was looking, while firmly telling myself that I don’t want to do that, that it isn’t worth it and that I don’t even want it that much. I still did it. Over and over again. Mind-boggling. Thankfully, it didn’t trigger the binges and I didn’t really feel that unsatiable need for candy anymore.
I regret to say that it took me months to realize this was something else than the emotional eating I was partaking in before. It needed a different mind-shift. And lo and behold, I found a hypnosis for that too! Wanna guess? It’s called Secret Eating. I only listened to that one once, about 6 weeks ago. And I haven’t been grazing on things anymore. At all. And the best thing is that it is effortless. No willpower needed. Looking back, the moments I stole from my kids food felt like some sort of trance. My brain saw the opportunity, nobody was looking, so it didn’t count. The reaction was almost automatic, no matter what I was trying to tell myself at that moment. The hypnosis broke the trance and put me back in control.
Everyday magic
I know the word hypnosis sounds spooky and for quite a while after starting with it I felt a bit silly asking my husband to keep the kids away from me for twenty minutes, because I was going to do a… hypnosis. Truth is, there is nothing spooky or weird to it. It is actually a lot like what people call guided meditations now. You sit/lie down, relax, and listen to someone talking. No loss of control involved at all. You are completely free to disagree with whatever they are saying, or stop the track at any moment. In a sense, the whole experience doesn’t feel special at all. No dangling watches, no whirlwinds in the eyes, no repressed memories, no waking up and realizing you were jumping around like a frog unbeknownst to you just seconds before. In that sense it’s almost boring.
But there is real magic to it too. I have told myself countless times before that eating something sweet would only make me feel sick and not actually calm the emotional storm I was drowning in. My thoughts never reached my feelings though. I have spent over 4 years trying to use willpower, tricks and hacks, trying to motivate myself, remind myself, rationalize and my progress was glacial at best. One single hypnosis session solving it all? That is a miracle.
Doesn’t matter how you got there
What I really like about hypnosis, or at least the hypnosis from Hypnosis Downloads / Uncommon Knowledge, is that it is always about the solution. There is rarely digging into what kind of trauma brought you were you are, because it doesn’t really matter. The real question is how you get out.
I remember doing a “guided meditation” several years ago, which was all about meeting your demons and transforming them. It was a very cool experience, fairy-tale like and full of surprises. I met my sugar demon, a pink blobby creature with a funny hat. I talked to it, and could clearly see that what it was all about was hunger not for food, but for safety, connection, love and other things candy couldn’t give. I got to see it for the coping mechanism it was. Then I witnessed it transform from the monster into a hurt little me.
I don’t know, maybe for some people that meditation would have been enough to leave the addiction behind. For me, it wasn’t. It illuminated where I was and how I got there, but it also revealed to me what my addiction was doing for me, why I needed it. I didn’t know how else to take care of those needs.
The Emotional Eating hypnosis was so much more pragmatic than the esoteric experience of meeting my demons. “You wouldn’t give a cake to an itchy knee,” is exactly what I needed to hear though. It didn’t concern itself with why I was eating my feelings, which feelings, or where and when it might have started. What mattered was that it was an absolutely useless coping mechanism.
The hypnosis also offered a solution. A solution so painfully obvious, that it shouldn’t need to be said, but for me, it was. I was told that I should take care of my emotional needs in the appropriate way, and only use food for hunger. Sounds vague, but in the days after I first listened to the track, I suddenly started becoming aware of my emotional needs that I didn’t notice before. Now they were right there in front of me clear as day, and it felt ridiculous to shove a cookie in my face in a futile attempt to make them go away.
A key to the mind
Ever since my first positive experiences with hypnosis, I have been turning to it almost daily, trying out various tracks.
I have been working on getting better at taking breaks, learning to compartmentalise my work and free time, let go of caring what others think about me, even getting better at creative writing! (I actually started writing a novel! Doing creative writing for the first time since high school! How fun is that?!)
Whenever I run into a problem in my life, a situation where I would wish I would feel and react differently, I look for the right track. It usually takes trying a few different, related ones, sort of like testing a bunch of keys on a stubborn lock. Sooner or later, one of them fits. Sometimes the change is slow and sneaky, sometimes it’s like a lightning strike, but it is always, always, life-changing.
If you find any of this intriguing, and you are wondering how hypnosis actually works, go and read about it from the experts. Here is a great article by Mark Tyrrell – the other founder behind Uncommon Knowledge – about what hypnosis is.
