I would be fair with any other movie, but this one wasn't salvageable from a purely conceptual point of view. Not even the most cutting edge visual effects in the world could've made this movie work, you'd need a complete re-write.

It's shameful they took one of Ray Bradbury's best tales and bastardized it in such a ludicrous and despicable manner, a pile of cinematic excrement that insults the audience's intelligence by merely existing.

You'd think I'm about to do some twist on ya and recommend it in the end, but no. Don't bother. It's not even "Ha-ha funny" bad. It's bland and boring bad. It's uncharismatic bad. It's like being stuck in a room with the most boring person in the world as they tell you all about their favorite tones of white noise.

so moon does have some sense of control so isn’t completely a rabid animal. i feel as though that even though moon seems to have lost it he still cares about his brother and doesn’t want to absolutely destroy everything. seems more like the reason why he does/wants to do things is because he’s trying to protect himself or sun in some way that may not be fully shown.

But a few facts.

1: I am not a zionist. Zionism as a philosophy is internal to Judaism, and I'm not a Jew. But thanks for being semi-mask off antisemitic, I guess?

2: I wasn't defending the US military and Afghanistan. And honestly, all I will say is this: after 9/11, Afghanistan was the only invasion that had any validity to it whatsoever. What's more, now we get into nuance, your kryptonite.

The world is full of horrible things that won't get fixed except through violence. Any time things have to be fixed through violence is a tragedy. So is not letting things be fixed that continue to hurt people. However, Afghanistan was a situation that could have, genuinely, been left in a better position for the (surviving) people of Afghanistan than it had been when the US military came in. However, by the time Dubya was out, that ship had sailed, and he'd refused to board. Absent some sort of miracle, Afghanistan will continue to be worse, but it was one of the few cases where USA military intervention could have conceivably left things better.

But you don't care about brown children being killed, or abused, by brown adults, unless those brown adults are in the US armed forces.

The difference between the value of your arguments and the quality of Tucker Carlson's arguments here, is solely monetary: he gets paid for his shit takes, you're here giving them away for free.
