And sundown is an urban fantasy surreal horror rpg that comments on mental health

Taking after Deltarune and Mario and Luigi super start saga in gameplay, but feeling more like gravity falls infinity train, creeppasta games and wings of fire in story.

mentioned this in my last post under the cut but you have no idea how much it irked me as a physicist to read about how gege consulted a FUCKING ENGINEER about limitless. an engineer. an ENGINGEERRRRRR. i just. not even a mathematician? engineers don't work with theoretical physics. engineers hardly even work with nonreal math! you're out here designing a guy whose powers involve imaginary mass and divergent series and you DON'T even go to like the two fields that actually work with those things on a semi regular basis...an engineer.......what's he telling you....how to build a bridge?????????????

maybe it's just me, but if the devs weren't going to go back and fix 3 years' worth of items, lightings, and filters, then they shouldn't have forced an engine update that screws over all of that. like we the players were paying because we liked and wanted to use the old things.

Annoyingly the issue is that they're not throwing money at it. If they did, we'd have permanent tracks fixed up for racing. But they don't want to build or fix the permanent tracks because permanent tracks require year round maintenance and cost more. Street tracks are cheaper, and it makes F1 the same or more profit, so that's why they're doing it.

I hate it.

Oh, that‘s actually so true, you are so right in regards to the tracks!!! Like imagine what Spa could be if they actually fixed her up 😭

they do throw money at the issue (imo) in the sense that they keep adding „exciting“ new things like sprint races or GPs that are mostly about publicity (Vegas) or all the marketing being done to pump up certain drivers and make the season seem exciting when it clearly isn’t? If that makes sense!

It‘s also meant in the way my dad is obsessed with tech innovations but too cheap to buy the „real“ stuff and instead just keeps buying cheap knock-offs and replacing them when they break within like a month which ultimately adds up being just as expensive as buying the „real“ stuff from the get go … like how they keep adding new tracks instead of fixing up the existing ones
