These non-fried pakoras are a dream come true. Using only two tablespoons of olive oil, these come out super crispy and taste amazing. I still remember the evening when I was desperately searching on the internet for a healthier version of pakoras. It was more than 10 years ago. My husband was recently diagnosed with fatty liver and I did not want to deep fry my pakoras. I was unable to find a…

Things that happen during Ramadan part 4
Tumblr media
Because of hungry, majority people will buy a lot of food and think they can finish it. But when we iftar (break fasting), usually we can't get to eat too much because our stomachs shock with suddenly food comes after a long time. At the end, the rest of food that didn't finish go to the rubbish bin...😢 So avoid from being greedy and better give those foods to the poor like Palestinian people who need it this time 🍉
Indeed, the wasteful are brothers of the devils, and ever has Satan been to his Lord ungrateful. (Quran 17:27)

hi Hanan what's your favoritè iftar meals??
i love aloo chana chaat !! its chickpeas and diced potatoes in whisked yogurt mixed with chaat masala and with either pakodi or papdi !! papdi is like a thick crispy cracker and i either like to crush it into the chaat or just scoop it with it, and the type of pakodi im talking about is like. a crispy chip? shaped like a cheeto? but its not a chip
i also like pakoras (can be potato, mushroom, onion, etc. covered in batter and fried) and fruit chaat :))

Non-Muslims During Ramadan: Oh I'm so sorry I let you see my water bottle, that's so inconsiderate of me! I'll make sure to eat my lunch in a corner far away so I don't make it harder on you.
Me literally watching mukbangs every day while fasting: Oh yeah no you're good, I don't mind.

Chicken Spring Rolls
Tumblr media
Ingredients
Chicken breast
Cabbage
Onion
Carrots
Soy sauce
Garlic paste
Flour
Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Boil chicken in water. Take the chicken out and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
Shred and then stir fry the garlic paste, cabbage, onion, bell peppers, and carrots. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
In a bowl, add the chicken and stir fry veggies. This will be the filling.
Mix some flour and water and make a paste.
Lay out 1 spring roll wrap as a diamond shape and put in 2 tbsp of the filling in the middle horizontally. Roll up the spring roll and tuck in the edges. Use the flour paste as a glue to seal the roll’s edge.
You are now ready to fry them or you can place them in a container in the freezer for future frying.
