ADD CABLE CARS TO THE GAME (and put them in an area where they only service 4 passengers total)

This is definitely something that it would be possible to do, although it would probably work a bit differently to the other vehicles – since the cable car would be a lot of vehicles going around in a loop it might not use the individual pods, and since they have to be elevated it probably wouldn't have seperate bridges (and no tunnels).

However, making a cable car NewGRF requires more programming ability than I have, so I can't add them to the game. Feel free to try though, and then you can pretend to be TFL opening whatever the cable car is called now.
