Also to end the night on some genshin notes. I did the canopy tribe quests and I like kinich now. Lowkey wishing I pulled for him too lol personality pulls also he has a nice design when u ignore the lack of melanin

But on another note of genshin giving racist vibes (at least to me) during the spring tribe quests when mualani makes us think about what a journey is essentially and at the end traveler thinks about a poetic thing that stands out in each nation that also describes their state and our experiences there it’s all wonderful then-

The biggest nation we have thus far w a very rich history that ties to several other nations- different biomes and so many gods and important figures. So many lore drops- Not to mention being one of the key nations/patches where we got good lore drops for both tevyat (fake sky) and main progress (kuni and irminsul)

Even the petrichor island in Fontaine and remuria is tied to mfing king desheret and all the game over line has to say about sumeru is. SMELL OF COFFEE IS THIS ANJOKE

last night i had a dream that there was an entire lost season of the inazuma 11 anime where the raimon team went on a cruise ship/amuesment park thing (to explore it i guess???) and then proceeded to lose endou on the ship so the rest of the time was spent trying to save endou from the mastermind of the ship or something. there were 65 episodes at least but i could only find up to episode 12 on youtube and then the only other episode i could find was episode 65. i think some important plot points were this elavator that went down so fast it gave really bad headaches, the fact that no one could find the regular pool that endou supposedly went to last, there were random people they kept on finding on the ship who had nothing to do with the evil scheme or whatever but was making kidou debate whether to save them bc they wouldn't all fit on the boat they took to get here, and also there were these two gay mermaids who'd been stuck on the ship since the 1900s or something. Also at some point the mastermind convinced gouenji that the only way to save endou was to join him, so he did, but someoka didn't like that and tried to stop him, so gouenji had to kidnap him and keep him tied up in the control room or whatever and they spent a significant portion of each episode arguing.

Honestly the thing that should've tipped me off that it was a dream was that not once did they play soccer

Eng: People, they called me crazy, but along @raiberryz we concluded that in this scene Gouenji doesn’t have 22 years, he still looks like a kid. Probably same case as Yuuichi (look like teens but they are in their 18’s) and this is because until 2022 legal adulthood in Japan was when someone turned 20 years old. Summarizing: its very likely that Gouenji joined Fifth Sector while still being legally a minor or as soon as he reached his 20’s

the more i think about it the more i realize ajax would end up having to occupy a whole wall on guizhong's workshop to track linneages like a lunatic. like- the one image of the guy loosing his mind pointing at the wall full of papers and red strings? that. every time guizhong goes up to tinker with her things she tries not to look at that wall too much. ajax wrote it all in russian so that nobody would be able to read it and get even more confused/creeped out, but the fact that the wall exists and is so full of papers and shit and it just keeps growing isn't helping guizhong's peace of mind at all.

and like- yeah, like you said, catch him randomly cheering and celebrating whenever one of the blorbos appears without him having to do anything. like at some point i'm pretty sure he'd sit down and very seriously consider the possibility that, with things being so different, the butterfly effect might make most of the characters just- not exist. since people would go different ways, different people would survive – different pairs might arise and that would lead to different children. so at some point ajax would definitely decide that- is it morally questionable to try and push people together in the hopes that at the very least the original pairings that resulted in the blorbos would still work out? yes. is he going to do it anyway? absolutely.

so whenever someone pops into existence without him having to do much work, he'd throw an entire party.

(how he figured out who was whose ancestors i think is another topic entirely. he probably vanished from public presence for a full month of hyerfocus trying to logic it out before giving up halfway and going up to celestia to beg basileios, istaroth, and pheynix to help him out w it)

Would Kariya have any other extracurricular activities apart from football? Hiroto and Midorikawa would probably like him to develop in many aspects...

I can totally see them encouraging Kariya to try out different things and have many hobbies, but not in a overachieving way!

my first thought was that he could like writing, not academically or journalistically (that probably isn't a word which tells about my writing a lot) but fictional stories, creating worlds and settings and playing around with clichés.

then I checked what club he was in the beginning of Chrono Stone, and what if instead of a violin, he plays the bass guitar? maybe Hiroto and Midorikawa made him try music, and he picked a violin at first, but switched instruments after finding band music more interesting than classical.
