I���m a chronic conlanger and worldbuilder. I started making “languages” (if you could call my amateur childhood ventures that) around the second grade, and I’ve never stopped since. Obviously, with the actual degrees in linguistics, my conlangs have become increasingly more... well... informed in their creation and structure. XD 

Whenever I start a new story, I dart straight to languages. Sometimes even with fanfiction I’ll find myself struggling not to create a Galran dialect or Salarian language or some shit. 

I don’t know which part of conlanging I love best. I spend excited love on the phonetics and phonology, though I tend to overlook or underdevelop certain prosodic features - stress patterns come to mind. Morphosyntax occupies a lot of my time. Then metaphors, idioms, figures of speech, what have you, I always love making sure the language sings with its own culture. I tend to avoid going too deep into the diachronic linguistics void, though there are certain things that I’ll take into account and incorporate out of realism. It’s also interesting for me to consider sociolinguistic aspects of the language and fly with that - how does this language vary based upon region or gender or age or socioeconomic status or what have you? 

All levels of structure in the language are way fun for me to develop. There are some linguistic features I’m shyer incorporating than others, but I guess future conlangs will help me delve into new territories.

I uhhhh. Might have a recording of me speaking a few of these conlangs floating on tumblr. It’d be several years back, circa 2015-2016 if I had my guess. It wouldn’t have the language on the top up there, which is my latest and current project. ^.^ Maybe I’ll have to post an updated audio file or video.
