"maybe they're not in charge of us anymore." "maybe they never were." and his reflection walks away, as if accepting that the others will think what they will think, and it won't matter, because yellow guy is his own person, no matter how difficult it is for him to articulate his thoughts, and he doesn't need their approval to think. was inspired by a multiple people but especially @sqrkyclean to make a fursona who is ready for the beach!! they're a shark dog hybrid and they do deliveries of all sorts, from food to mail to groceries to medicine! they have a passion for fashion, secretly they want to learn to play volleyball or tennis but they're too shy to join a team, and they can also make a pretty good cocktail! their flower motif is supposed to be reminiscent of the humble rhododendron :) edit: unsure if it'll stick but i'm tentatively naming them Rhodie!

Another thing that I've learned as I have undertaken my craft is just how satisfying it is to use what you make - to have known that you made it. Even now as I make my big project, the fabric is big enough that it's warming my lap up as I make it - even that is satisfying.

People want to make an effort - even small ones. What people don't like is pseudowork - bullshit jobs. Honestly, it's partly tragic to think about, partly infuriating.
