With Kamala/Walz going up DAILY, I've seen more people talking about voting third party/Jill Stein (EW) and I believe the above screencaps from @three--rings can explain WHY Third Party votes NEVER work NOR is this the election to screw around in.

#poorly drawn odyssey #the odyssey #odysseus #penelope #epic the musical #Epic's version was very sweet and very well executed (and so cathartic!)#But Odyssey Penelope is *so* done with all the bullshit at this point in the story.#Credit where it is due; at this point she's been through a lot.#And to top if all off - her own son and one of the few maids on her side are buying into this (supposed) ruse.#This cannot have been the only time someone tried to pull this trick on her either.#Its the contrast between: 'Oh you're My husband?' and 'Ohh *sureeee* you're my husband. Just like the 30 other 'Odys' before you.'#The olive tree bed trick is a great gambit because it really is the final test to verify his identity.#I'm just a sucker for couples who have a secret only they know between them I suppose!#The match each other in will and wit! They will always find each other!!!#Anyways. The Odyssey is a worthwhile read and I highly recommend it. Epic is also a great musical worth checking out.

Ew ew ew I wanna throw up

Currently it's just me and 2 roommates at home (out of 6) and my roommates refuse to clean out out the dishwasher on the weekend (one of them also refuses to do her own dishes so her crap's been in the kitchen all weekend but I digress). Usually I'd do it, but I was ill so that seemed like a bad idea.

Anyway, someone did turn on the dishwasher, probably on Saturday. I just went to clean it out, and found not everything was clean. That happens more often, but what doesn't usually happen is the actual fucking MOULD growing on the still dirty dishes.

Fucking gross. Bye. I feel so so so sick.

I am fine with "the audience" -

downloading my fics

printing my fics

copy/pasting or screenshotting my fics

sharing your saved copy of my fics with anyone else who might want them in the unlikely but never impossible case that my fics are no longer available on ao3

making a book of my fic(s) and running your fingers across the pages while lovingly whispering my precioussss

doing these things with anything I create for fandom, such as meta, headcanons, au nonsense like 'texts from the brodinsons,' etc

I am not fine with "the audience"

doing any of the above with the purpose/intent of plagiarizing my work or passing it off as their own in any capacity

feeding my work into ai for any reason whatsoever

Save the fandom things. Preserve the fandom things. Respect the fandom things.

Enjoy the fandom things.

Why would SJM reveal anything about who the next book is about to any journalist, when she has said that Bloomsbury is trying to make it a "thing" and create hype around it? They've been so secretive, they wouldn't reveal something like that through random articles or the audible tiktok account 🙄

We have to differentiate the actual interview and SJM's answers from the journalist's commentary and clickbait articles.

Also, elriels are apparently unable to search for the bonus chapter but random articles are easily accessible to them. BUT they use the bonus as evidence for how thirsty Azriel is for Elain!
