#animaniacs#meme#stretching#body maintenence#millenials#yakko warner#jokes aside#body maintenance is really important#me and my partner have made a concerted effort to start taking better care of ourselves this year#we're not trying to get skinny or get swole or anything related to appearance#we've watched our parents go through so many struggles with loss of mobility and other age related health issues#it really made us see that you only get one body and you can't take your health for granted#we started exercising regularly#exercise has so many benefits beyond how you look#I don't think my appearance has even changed much but I feel more capable#I have more stamina my back pain and joint stiffness is nearly gone and I'm much more flexible#I think 30 minutes of stretching is a bit much for most people but we do at least 10 minutes after each workout#every other day we tell each other how grateful we are that we're taking better care of ourselves#we feel so much better and doing anything is at least 15% easier#I just don't want aging to be painful#I don't necessarily like exercising but a good pair of headphones with music and audiobooks and youtube can make a world of difference#I never thought I'd be a gym rat but here we are#bodies are meant to move#also why are we like the only people at the gym to ever take time to stretch?#do other people lift weights and then just put up with being sore?#I'd rather not feel sore after exercising#plus stretching is a great way to cool down and improve your flexibility#health over thinness

Tbh, can't believe I'm cutting ties with Fnaf before Batim.
#em.txt#negative#all thr fnaf stuff that's come outta my rbs since the anniversary have just been queued. my queue is huge it takes a bit#anyways#bendy has given me pounds of grief & a lot of it is my fault for like. falling in love with a proof lf concept#& not waiting for the game to come out in full & rushing in to each chapter looking for hints#to a conclusion i made up in my mind & was never ever coming. the ending to game one is quite trash#& while the sequel tries to make the ending in 1 worthwhile it's too little too late#because while a sequel can recontectualize its prequel it cannot erase how it was when it first was released#yeah so like. i figured between how shit the studio heads were & how I didn't like the first game ot the second game#or really the spinoff which i played i am like the only bendy fan i know that played that thing#& I'm not like. super stoked for any of the 3 games they teased in secrets of the machine#which i think is fine btw secrets of the machine is okay but i refuse to judge it as a game because it's an advertisement#i think some of the secrets in that game like the poster one are stupid but most of it is fine kinda cool. glad they got to reuse#all those assets from previous games & also cameo the car from the mobile game#ANYWAYS i figured all this would pile up to mean i would cut off batim. but I haven't. when the next games come out i will#probably at least check out a playthrough maybe play them myself if they seem interesting#meanwhile. like. the fnaf 10th anniversary happened#they dropped a sequel to help wanted. they dropped 2 more fnaf games. & I don't give a shiiiiittt#i woke up the day after the anniversary & realized like. I don't like the games. I don't give a fuck about the books.#the movie has practical effects & was cute but nothing i will think about deeply. the lore is a industrial sized dumpster fire#I don't like the community i only play ONE fan game & i just don't care about this series that used to eat my brain whole on the daily#so i gave it a month. maybe this was just a depressive spike. but no it seems like something shifted in my brain permanently#I don't like fnaf anymore which sucks#but what sucks more is i still like this other piece of shit that has easily given me worse times

Just had the idea of doing a Roxy askblog that's based on it being a secret blog she's not allowed to have and every so often if someone asks her something she just says stuff like "To the Fazspy reading this, I'm not the real Roxy." to try and throw the staff off her trail lmao
Will probably never make a blog like that, but it could be kinda funny. Maybe I bring the idea of an 'ask Roxy anything' game back where I draw the answers for it instead so it's not a whole ass blog dedicated to Roxy being a sneaky lil shit on the internet

Favorite Color: Grey! But specifically, I love that very light, almost iridescent blue-lavender grey right before sunrise or sunset. It's my comfort color. But I also really love a deep wine purple. Any reddish purple to maroon shade, magenta, burnt orange, deep forest green, golden yellow. I'm not a big fan of blue for some reason though.
Currently Watching: At the moment? Nothing. Though a friend and I watched The Last Voyage of the Demeter today and both of us thought it was boring and copied a lot of other good movies (like Alien/Aliens, other Dracula adaptations, etc.)
Last Movie/Show: Well, seeing as I've already answered that, I'll give you the last show I watched - I just finished The Midnight Club like a month ago? I loved it, but honestly fuck Netflix for canceling it!
Spicy/Savory/Sweet: SALT. I love anything salty and bitter. Salt & vinegar is my favorite even though it gives me HELLA hives from histamine. I also love super dark chocolate. And garlic. I can eat it raw by the clove cut up on a slice of toasted bread with a little coconut oil and salt 🤌🏻
Last Thing You Googled: a specific article I was interested in reading about PTSD and memory processing. Cooke, Emily. Traumatic Memories are Processed Differently in PTSD from LiveScience - I'm also going through the cited sources there and doing more research into it to figure out if that's why my memory is so bad LOL (spoiler alert, the answer is yes)
